We had a great stay for our family vacation (even with tropical storm Debby)! This house is exactly as described. Great space and perfect location within walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and even the pier to shop, dine, or grab some sweets or ice cream. Patti was an amazing host! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

I can't do justice with words when describing how lovely this cottage is, and how perfect it was for our family. Not only is it immaculate, but it's literally steps from the beach. It's obvious that the owners of this property take a great deal of pride in this home, as I would too! The layout of the interior is awesome. My family has been visiting SSI every summer for 20+ years. We usually stay on the beach but this time we needed a pet friendly rental, and those are hard to find on the beach. This cottage was by far the cleanest we've ever stayed in (I'm a clean freak ... AKA OCD). We loved the open living area that included the kitchen space. The backyard is perfect if you have a pet, and it's so nice to relax and cook out. The shower and changing area in the back is amazing as well! No one could go wrong with this rental as long as it's the right size for your group. It was perfect for us, and we had 5 adults and one baby. But it's perfect for 6 adults. The only advice I can give is to be sure you only have 3 cars that you need to park. The homes on the street stick to the policy of number of cars allowed at each home. Often I will pay attention to number of cars allowed but I know some people are like me and might overlook a detail like that. We've already decided that we hope we can get this cottage again for our 2025 trip. I want to say thank you to the owners of this property because it truly was a "home away from home" and could not have been better!

This cottage is a great place to stay while in St. Simons. You can’t beat that it’s so close to the beach and village as well as the cottage itself is so beautiful and relaxing!

Wonderful host, always prompt responses from her. Very well appointed cottage. Ample seating for dining & gathering. Nice to have starter products for our weekly stay. The beach wagon is an added bonus for shuttling chairs, umbrella & coolers. Highly recommend this cottage!

When we decided to return to SSI, we couldn’t find any rental that was more attractive or better located than this one. We were delighted to stay there again. Patti is a responsive and responsible host. The house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only things missing are beach towels and a beach umbrella, which would make it perfect. Be aware that the residents/owners in the neighborhood seem to be obsessed with leaf blowing, and the relentless racket starting at 8 a.m. can ruin a quiet morning or afternoon on the back patio.

Perfect for our week long stay on St Simons. The living room and kitchen are nice and big, decor is perfect!

Great location short stroll to beach, very comfortable home with all the details thought of. Lovely owner who goes above to make your stay perfect!
