Location, location, location! The home was located right across from the famous Lone Cypress Tree along 17 mi. Drive. Just a beautiful setting that Carmel has to offer! The home was immaculate! Everything you need was readily available! The only suggestion I can possibly make for the home is having a Nespresso machine! That would have made me so happy! But they did provide all the coffee and condiments ! not to mention a nice stocked bar !! The beds were also super comfortable and the linens were nice! The back house was so equally cute and was perfect as well! I can’t thank Cindy and Tracy enough for making our stay that much more enjoyable! Excellent communication and excellent service! I really hope I can come back and stay in this beautiful home again! My whole family loved it! Thank you so so much!

The Cole house on 17 mile dr at Pebble Beach was perfect. We had three couples and all three rooms were so comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed our view of the Water inside and outside while sitting around the fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals during our stay. Loved walking across the street to the Lone Cypress tree and along 17 mile dr. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

We are second timers at this amazing property. It’s everything one can imagine, scenic views, casual split level living, great for a family gathering, close to Carmel-by-the-Sea but yet away from it all. I am a photographer so couldn’t get enough of the ghost trees & iconic Lone Cypress! No whales this visit but maybe next time! Thanks for keeping your house so simple yet complete!

We were 3 couples in which this home accommodated us perfectly and so welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time exploring the history that was shared and admiring the fun and unique decor throughout the space. The vignettes and relaxing atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable as well as the views. We would stay there again. Thank you Tracy for sharing your home!

Comfortable home on 17 mile drive, a short walk to the Lone Cypress. Kitchen is well appointed, beds are great and lots of outdoor space to watch the waves break on the cliffs. Will definitely be going back.

We so enjoyed our 3-day stay with two other couples. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfy and plenty of extra towels and sheets were provided. The kitchen had everything anyone would need. The setting is so peaceful and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from most rooms in the house. Sitting on the patio with the firepit going and listening to the sounds of the ocean was so restful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We particularly enjoyed the three-ring binder in the kitchen that had ALL the info you could possibly need. But what we really enjoyed about the binder was reading the history of the original owner (so interesting) and seeing the before and after pictures of the remodel. So well done! We would love to return again. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us!

The Cole House is a very comfortable California style home with lots of glass to view the ocean across the street, and fully updated living and kitchen areas with decorative nods to the home's 1960's heritage. Multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas provide ample space to visit or just relax and listen to the waves. It was a great house and location for our group of three couples. The owner and local team were great!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is walking distance to the Lone Cypress. We spent several hours on the terrace in front of the fire pit listening to some music and drinking some good California wine.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cole House. It was a little getaway for our all-adult family. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking our dinners in and the kitchen was fully equipped. Extra bonus was each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The large family room was a great place to spread out and relax with great views. We would stay at the Cole House again.

Could not put into words how incredible this place is from location to how well outfitted it is. We have stayed in countless incredible places from Kapalua, Kauai, Kaanapali, Sea Ranch… this is the best place we have ever stayed.

Wonderful property located in a fantastic location. Walk to the lone cypress and enjoy the beauty of the coast. Wake up to deer and hummingbirds flying outside your windows. Perfect location to explore Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey. My family had a lovely time and the home was perfect for enjoying everyone’s company but spacious enough for my two teens to have their own space. The host had everything you needed to kenjoy meals at home and s’mores by the fire. Simply magical. Definitely would recommend this beautiful home.

The house was everything described. The layout was perfect for 3 adult couples and a large gathering of family and friends. Communication with owner and house manager for excellent. We loved sitting on the patio - overlooking trees and the view of the ocean. The house was so well stocked with cooking items. We felt as though we could have moved right in! We spent a very relaxing weekend at this wonderful property. My elderly parents really appreciated the bedroom on the main floor. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. A very special home on the 17th mile drive!

From the beginning, this was a great experience. The communication with the owner and property manager put us at ease right away. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location! As golfers, we were among the best courses in the land. The house is funky, retro and inviting and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to take advantage of all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer.

This Pebble Beach home is well appointed with spectacular views! I enjoyed the extras provided by the host including a welcome bottle of wine and box of chocolates! Thank you. I especially loved learning about the history of the Cole home, the home was built with intention of being shared with visitors and I felt welcomed the moment I opened the door. Communication with the host was excellent! I look forward to returning.
