This condo and location is Perfect. I don’t think you can find a better location. Dealing with the owner is very easy. She’s more like friend you have always known. You are steps away from the beach. Or sit on the porch and still see and hear the ocean.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach! The townhome was not the newest we have ever stayed in but it was CLEAN (super important to us as we have two 2 year olds and a 4 year old all over the floors and everywhere). The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and it was organized. The owner was great to work with. We ended up having an issue with the air the first night. I messaged the owner and she got it handled immediately. It’s a close walk to the beach and a nice pool. We plan on coming back next year!

This condo has everything you need for a family of 5 and a pair of in laws. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the pool. You walk out into the back and you step right on the beach. I loved waking up early to drink coffee on the patio that was overlooking the beach. Even on a crowded day, there weren’t many people on the beach, which I prefer. Also my kids loved the close proximity between the beach, condo, and pool. It was a lifesaver! The condo was clean and the check in/check out instructions were easy to follow. Carol responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed at this condo several times & we really enjoy being right on the beach. The condo is always clean & has everything that you need. Also, Ms. Carol is very easy to communicate with.

Great beach home for family vacation. We took our 6 month old granddaughter for her first beach vacation. There is parking directly in front of the condo and beach access directly off the back porch. No elevator, no parking issues, no waiting in line to get off the beach. The property is family owned and not operated by a management company. Mrs. Carol was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive.

Beautiful home and location

What an amazing vacation. The house was steps from the beach, the porch perfect for letting the dogs lay in the sun and watch the Ocean. Had everything we needed and more.

This property boasts the beach as its back yard. The deck is very roomy with plenty of furniture to relax and take in the view. The home is well maintained and brightly decorated; well furnished and supplied. The owner’s communication was always clear and informative. You won’t be disappointed!

We fell in love with this condo - right on the beach. Had wonderful walks on the beach and loved sitting on the private deck/patio listening to the waves crashing on shore. We booked again for next year.

I cannot put into words just how much I loved this place! It was clean, spacious, in a good location, and topped off by the most beautiful view you could ever ask for. My family had a wonderful time and we cannot wait to go back!!

We enjoyed the location, and the outdoor space was the best! It is covered, which allowed us to sit and enjoy early morning, late at night, and even when it was raining. Comfortable bed, as well as comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Only a few steps to the beach. Great getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with owner as well.

Really enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay in unit 4. It was so close to the beach that the kids could walk back and forth on their own. The view was amazing. The owner was great about communicating everything. She always answered right back. Everybody said they would definitely stay here again.

Such a delightful condo right on the beach! My family appreciated the deck so much, loved the bar chairs for looking at the ocean for coffee in the morning and the conversation area to relax in during the evening, It was perfect . Our family had a great time at this condo! The check in and communication from owner was quick and easy. Just steps from the beach…you can’t get closer! The beach was never crowded & very quiet. The pool was always clean. We loved sitting out on the huge deck in the evenings. The condo had plenty of furnishings and towels for our family of 6. We also brought our doggies along & they had such a great time! Very thankful for accommodating our furry family members. Loved being so close to the best donut/ice cream shop around! I definitely would recommend this condo!

The beach view was amazing. We loved everything about the unit, the pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. Close enough to all to Thomas Donuts! Overall great vacation

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect area away from the crowded beach but close enough to Pier Park and restaurants you could be there in mins! Very nice place! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

We had such a wonderful week. This place is spacious, clean, comfortable, & cute. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen & played cards at the dining table. We either sat in the sand or on the large deck. A sea turtle laid a nest while we were there! so exciting. The outdoor shower was nice. We can’t wait to come back.

What a great weekend we had in PCB. Carol is the best host and the condo was perfect. Such a view and comfort. I would highly recommend staying here!

First of all, I'd give this property a 9.5 out of 10 for location. It really is very close to the beach, a short drive to Pier Park and Panama City Beach but out of the congested area with the high rises. The sunsets from the outside deck were gorgeous and we loved sitting at the deck bar overlooking the beach. The only reason I can't give it a 10 is that the walk to the beach leading from the staircase opens up very near the storm drain onto the beach. We saw 2 snakes in the drain pond and you'd need to close a close eye on little children in the area. Otherwise, the beach is gorgeous. (Please note that there are 9 steps leading to the beach not 5 - two short flights from the deck through a closed door.) Be sure to bring beach towels and beach chairs for your stay. The kitchen is decently equipped. Parents should be warned that there of lots of knick-knacks and some framed mirrors in low places. The family area was comfortable for watching TV and we loved the openness of the den, dining area, and kitchen. The owner communicated quickly and often via email and text. She seemed very concerned about departure day, reminding us repeatedly of what need to be done before departing, even adding some tasks along the way. We were little overwhelmed by the instructions; taking out trash and stripping sheets and even starting a load of wash is one thing but to wash them, fold them, then wash towels as well as start the Roomba is a lot to expect when one is busy straightening up and finalizing packing for a long trip home. We did appreciate the clear instructions, but between the 4 of us we've spent a lot of time in vacation rentals, and were all surprised at the high expectations. Would we stay here again? Probably. The rate was reasonable, the location is hard to beat and the ground level condo is convenient, especially when traveling with the mobility challenged. However, we had to do a spot or two of cleaning after checking in and were a bit overwhelmed by the décor and instructions, and struggled constantly when opening the sliding glass door to the deck. And three of us l thought the beds in the spare rooms were uncomfortable (no complaints made regarding the bed in the master). These issues, however, were largely overlooked every time we finally stepped out onto the deck and saw that lovely view.

This was our first time renting a property through Vrbo. Could not have been a better experience! Carol was great to work with informing us before arrival of an issue with one of the TVs being repaired before we got there. Our college age daughters spent every moment on the beach. It was pure heaven on the lovely deck, listening to the waves. It was hard to leave to return to snow at home. I hope we can come back again sometime!

It was a girls week and second time staying here. We LOVE the location! Right on the beach, beautiful sunsets. Quiet but close enough to grocery and Pier Park. Everything is clean and stocked with enough essentials to get by until you grocery shop. Beautifully decorated. We will return and I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We loved this beautiful unit! Fantastic Gulf Front view , 5 steps down to the sand from the large deck and maybe 20 steps to the beach. Nice to have the outdoor shower at the bottom of the deck steps. Very nicely furnished and decorated, very clean, plenty of storage spaces and nice sized rooms. Comfortable beds, large washer and dryer, good kitchen appliances and even a closet on the deck filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys. We loved being on the first floor with no steps. So convenient to the pool, Pier Park and all our favorite restaurants. Carol responds quickly and is so nice to work with. We look forward to staying in this wonderful unit in the near future!
