Jackie is an amazing hostess with great communication and so helpful! The cottage will exceed your expectations with its amenities, location and views! Kayaks to walk out your back door and into the river. Bikes to access trails to downtown, The Mill district and parks. The backyard is an oasis with tables, comfy chairs and a fire pit. The inside is equally impressive with all the amenities! Comfy beds, loads of pillows, blankets and a stocked medicine cabinet. The kitchen has everything you need and great coffee beans, a grinder and Ninja coffee maker. We can't wait to stay again!

Not only are you on the river, but you are centrally located downtown. You can float, kayak, paddle board from the property. You can go to the local playground. There’s fifteen fancy coffee shops in walking distance in every direction. I can’t recommend the location enough.

Such a cute cottage on the river with fantastic backyard and all the amenities you could think of. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return soon!

This cottage is in a Beautifull location and comes equipped with all u need with easy check in. Very easy to grab bikes, tubes, paddleboards, or kayaks from the storage shed and have fun. We were so grateful to meet Jackie’s family and to learn how to play pickleball. Jackie connected with us the day before our arrival and made herself available throughout our stay for any issues or questions we had. We enjoyed biking the river trails and walking to nearby cafes. We all really appreciated how quiet the cottage was and the comfy beds. The outdoor setting was so thought out for barbecuing, gathering at the fireplace with s’mores , or lounging with a book or magazine. Even our dogs were exhausted by the end of the trip from running around in the big backyard and dipping in the river. We hope to visit the cottage again in the near future to make more memories. This was a lovely property right on the river in bend. Our host couldnt have been more gracious and responsive, & the house felt like our home away from home while visiting.

The cottage was perfect for our stay!! Very dog friendly our two dogs loved the backyard and the river. Easy walk to Old Mill and downtown. Nothing beats floating down the river starting right from your backyard!!!

Awesome place, great host and in thr perfect location.

What a perfect, immaculate little cottage in a prime location. We enjoyed the walking trails right outside the door. The backyard was a hit, we had campfires, fished, played croquet, and watched our dogs run free in the secure, fenced yard. The beds were comfortable, all the extra throw blankets were cozy. We will absolutely be back. If you are looking for the whole “Bend” experience, look no further. This is the spot.

It was a perfect place to unite with our kids for some river time and a visit in a beautiful outdoor area. This is the best dog friendly rental we have ever stayed in, and that’s saying a lot as we take our big boys with us every getaway. The location is perfectly situated between the Mill District and downtown which offers a lot of great dining and shopping. I highly recommend this property for your next getaway.

The adorable cottage is perfectly situated on the river. Jackie has outfitted it perfectly inside and out. The rooms are comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed including s’mores fixings and a lovely bottle of wine. The outside is paradise. Multiple comfortable sitting areas where we relaxed in the sun and watched the floaters go by. To top it off we made use of the well-maintained bikes, floats, paddle boards and kayaks. We felt lucky all week to be there!

Place was awesome! Access right on the river, bridge to jump just a walk away, bikes to travel around the whole city were awesome! Only downside, was there are two floats that have holes and the river access is a bit muddy in the home side. Didn’t bother us to much

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family getaway! The house had everything we needed & we couldn’t beat the location. The beds were so comfortable & lots of areas to hang out. Paddle boards & kayaks & s’mores & wine left for us! We had breakfast every morning outside & watched the people float on by. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We stayed at this house on the week of our wedding and it was fantastic! We have a 120 pound Leonberger puppy and the house was so perfect for dogs! It had dog food/water bowls, and a safe fenced area for the dog to run around without getting in the river. It also had river front access for we needed to take a swim. The neighbors were also very understanding when I big guy got out of the river in their lawn :). The house itself is small but the yard more than makes up for it! Its a perfect location to bike anywhere in Bend. The hosts were amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

Lovely house with an incredible backyard and the most beautiful view of the river. Loved that we could walk to all the great places Bend has to offer. Definitely want to come back!

We would definitely stay at this property again. The location and backyard was great and we loved jumping onto a kayak and going for a ride on the river. Loved the access that the owner provided to bikes, SUPs and kayaks. The house was a bit smaller than expected but we spent most of our time outside hanging by the river. There was a few maintenance items that needed to be fixed including a broken front door window held on by duck tape, which made me a little nervous.

Just got back from a fun trip to Bend. This property was very clean and was just as described. Everything we needed was available and all we had to do was show up and have a good time. This was a completely stress-free experience, and the back yard was by far our favorite feature!

Jackie, our host, was amazing! We were greeted with the sight of 2 bottles of wine in the kitchen when we arrived. Lovely touch! The location and property are amazing! The house is 10 minutes by walking to 3 great breweries. After checking out the breweries, we came back and used the fire pit and hung out by the river. The views can’t be beat! We are looking forward to coming back!

We have stayed at multiple rental properties the past few years, but I can say this location by far was our favorite. Jackie was incredibly accommodating, the house was in perfect condition, and we truly were right on the river. We will absolutely be back to Jackie’s rental property!

I cannot express how magical this cottage and property is. The house is well equipped, and the host makes sure you have everything you need. Amenities include comfortable furniture and beds, candles, TV in both bedrooms, cozy throws, bikes, paddle boards, wine, and makings for smores. The back yard is on the river, has lots of places to sit, relax and congregate. The location is close to several shopping/dining areas. We will definitely return,

A group of us stayed at Jackie's rental for a two day ski trip and her house was more than we expected. You can tell she put a lot of care into the accommodations. There was a lot of attention to details to make sure we felt right at home . The location was great; close to restaurants, parks, Mt Bachelor and right on the river! We will definitely be back for the summertime!
