Large home very well kept and supplied with all you need to enjoy your stay. Beautiful views, spacious house, relaxing pool, in secured gated community. We really enjoyed the house with family. Not too far from town and shopping (About 15 mins). Hard to tell when your booking online but this place did not disappoint. Was better than our expectation. I'd happily stay here again.

Beautiful views, Beautiful home, great location but the house has roaches!!! We understand that there might be some bugs due to the location but the house has a really bad infestation of roaches!! We sent a text shortly after arrival to Jill who was our island contact explaining that the roaches were bad and that one of our beds had not been changed as there was sand still on the sheets. She let me know that was unacceptable and they would send someone out to bring roach traps and change the bed. Well that never happened. I contacted her again stating that the infestation was unacceptable and that something needed to be done immediately. We had roaches in the bedrooms, crawling all over the toilets, they were everywhere in the kitchen, One night we killed over 30 in the kitchen alone. Jill stated that she is not sure what she can do as pest controls are short handed. REALLY??!!??!! The cleaner did come out confirmed that there were roaches and clean the whole house, took things out of the cabinets and wiped it down, She went to the store to buy a powder to try to kill them. Needless to say we still had roaches!! It was absolutely disgusting. We all left our suitcases zipped and outside when we came home because we were afraid we might of brought them back with us in our luggage. The owners and management company have a real problem that they need to deal with and not make excuses regarding bug companies. We have video and pictures that I wish I could upload. Beware on booking this house unless you like roaches that are everywhere!!!!

A lovely place but a few problems. Garage door malfunction but names in info binder no longer with company. Finally got someone but was told could not get help for a couple of days. What if a pipe had burst ? Pool was dirty when we arrived with dirty spoons in it. Many roaches running around. Some windows and shutters not working. All in all could be maintained better and have better contact info and response for help

We planned a summer family vacation for 12 and staying at this house allowed all of to be in one location. The home is nicely appointed and had everything needed for a week long stay. The property manager's response was quick to address an air conditioner issue allowing us to enjoy every minute of our stay. I would highly recommend!

The home was roomy. The pictures are better than the house! Not very clean, lots of cockroaches. The pool is very nice. The patio was good and large for gathering family. The kitchen has everything you need and is very large. Master suite bed is very soft but the shower is amazing. The location is not walkable to anywhere except walking in the neighborhood. It is a short drive to the beach and shopping area. The air conditioners work great. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys which was super nice to have. There are stand up paddle boards but did not find a safe beach to do that at. Overall the property is good for a large group, we had 10 and plenty of room.

The house was better than I expected. The pictures don't do justice to the outdoor living space and the views!! The pool was sparkling clean and warm our entire stay and there is a large covered outdoor seating area, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor bathroom. We spent a lot of mornings and evenings out there. The location is perfect in a very quiet upscale gated neighborhood with security. You are very close to restaurants, groceries and downtown Kona. The inside of the house is large with a very comfortable living room and kitchen. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and there are 3 1/2 more bathrooms inside. The house was very clean. I've stayed several times on the Big Island and this was definitely the nicest house so far. We had an amazing time as always but it was very nice to come home to a beautiful comfortable house after a day of sight seeing. Some days we just hung out in the area. It's perfect for a larger family or several couples.

This is a wonderful property, spacious for meetings and gatherings as well as having a meal with everyone. The property staff are easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Everything we needed from hair dryers to body wash was there waiting for us. I recommend this location and hope to be back soon! A great place to unplug, THANK YOU!

The house was perfect for our family! There were 5 adults and 3 teenagers, and we all had plenty of room. The house was beautiful, very clean, with comfortable beds. We celebrated Thanksgiving here, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meal. Would stay here again!

Our stay started a little rocky due to a lack of communication around our check-in time. We had to tip-toe around a cleaning lady for the first couple of hours of our stay. Therefore, the house was not as clean as we were hoping during our stay, but that did not take away from our time. Taylor over at Equity handled our concerns professionally. The house is amazing for large groups and the view is priceless. Loved our stay and did not want to leave.

Perfect house for a family vacation. Plenty of room for all. Pool and lanai with outdoor bar/grill area was great for days we just wanted to relax. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware and pots for a family that enjoys cooking together. Taylor was very helpful whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend to others. Suggestions for improvement are to check on minor items such as making sure soaps, shampoo and conditioners are not running low, lights bulbs replaced where needed, replace scratched future pieces, and have garbage from prior renter picked up before new renter comes in. Think these are easy fixes once they get to hire a local caretaker to replace prior individual. My family had a great time and was happy enjoying each others company without feeling crowded.

Had to escape! This house was amazing! Fit out two families perfect, which can be hard with 7 kids! Pool proved to be great as ocean was rough during our stay! Would definitely return!

This property was just as expected. When renting from a business there are expectations that the owner won't cancel and that things may be a bit more worn and less personal but largely adequate. This was the case. The large dining room table and the expansive living room were big enough for a group of 12-rare to find. The view out to the beach is unobstructed, with many lovely sunsets. The pool was heated and warm enough-clean as could be. A few hiccups but these are expected-the ones I would mention for future renters: the downstairs bedrooms have louvered doors so the sound from the kitchen travels. If you have late sleepers, they should be upstairs. There is no coffee/tea on arrival-so we did not pick that up on our way necessitating a second trip the grocery store. Next to that, when there was an issue/question, we contacted Georgia the property manager who remedied it immediately. For this price point, I think this was excellent value for money.

2 families together for the first time. Great property with lots of space and beautiful views. Everything you could want in a vacation property.

This was our first home rental in the big island. The view is spectacular, and the home was better than the photos online depicted. We played golf at Kona Country Club, which was five minutes away and a great course. We drove to Hawaii Volcanos National Park for a hike, and stopped at the Fruit Stand for a fresh smoothie and panini. The home was close to the local grocery and about 10 minutes from Walmart and the Safeway. We went to the beach and used the chairs and snorkel equipment- it was brand new and it was nice not to have to rent. We also went to a luau at the Sheraton - only five minutes away. Dani went out of her way to buy us poker chips for the stay also. We had nine adults and had plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

The property was very accommodating. Lots of room with a view. The pool area was quite inviting. Our family truly enjoyed very much. Feeling very thankful.

The house is great for a friends or family vacation. We traveled with friends – 3 couples and two single ladies! We all liked it a lot. It's located in a luxurious gated community a mile or two from the coast above an abandoned golf course! Amazing views. We witnessed the green flash from the pool! Loved the pool area. There are plenty of kitchen supplies, most importantly a blender. A great selection of beach supplies as well: plenty of chairs, 2 umbrellas, 5 pairs of good snorkel gear, large coolers, and lots of towels. I didn't see one bug in the house, a complaint I've had in previous Hawaiian homes. The master bedroom is the only room with an attached bathroom and king bed, but that didn't seem to bother anyone. Good AC throughout the house. Everything felt very safe. It's fun to walk around and admire the houses/views. The gated community makes it difficult for Uber/Lyft to pick you up, but they can drop you off. It's a long walk uphill to the gate. The gate attendants are very nice. There's a supermarket area within walking distance, but walking outside the gated community isn't very safe as there's a busy road with no sidewalk – however! – There is a secret access road on the abandoned golf course that can shortcut the walk safely in 10 minutes. The abandoned golf course that sits across the street is actually an ancient Hawaiian burial ground and it's beautiful, so if you're respectful maybe you can walk on the old golf paths. The location of the house is beautiful, however most things you will have to drive to: We went to a Luau at a nearby beach hotel within a 5 minute drive; the local shops are a 15-20 minute drive; the marina to go manta ray night snorkeling or Captain Cook snorkeling is 30 min drive; Hilo - the town on the other side is 2 hours away - the botanical gardens there are really cool; 5 minute drive to great snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach Park; 7 minute drive to our favorite people watching beach with good sand - Magic Sands (aka Tragic Slams) - it's a natural wavepool, it's fun and tragically stupid; 50 minute drive from our favorite California Style beach - Hapuna Beach. We checked out Mauna Kea and the Hilton resorts while we were up there. The Hilton is massive with a trolly and a Dolphin Quest, but it's also a family resort filled with chlorine smells and screaming children. The Mauna Kea is the coolest resort on the island hands down, but with a bunch of friends we were glad we chose this house.

We had an amazing vacation on Big Island and this home had everything we needed. The management team was friendly and responsive and our kids loved the pool. We would highly recommend!

The house is a perfect layout for a large family with kids. Each family had their own space in each of the five bedrooms and the kids spent much of their time in the pool. The pool area was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets and we were fortunate to have a birds nest right by the pool so we could bird watch as well. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the necessary items and the garage had everything needed for pool and beach toys. The location of the house was perfectly central to daily excursions to each side of the island and we also spent several days at the beach nearby snorkeling and watching the sea turtles from a distance. Our host met part of our group upon arrival and was in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to ask if additional was needed. The grill area was wonderful as we went fishing one day and brought 57 home to grill for the group. Overall this home was perfect for our family. Close to shopping and great outside area for lounging and visiting. The private community was also appreciated as it was quiet and the front gate guards made regular trips through the neighborhood which gave a sense of security. Also, the guards at the gate were friendly, professional and prompt. Great house, amenities and host!! We will stay again on the next trip to the Big Island.

Enjoyed the property very much. Our daughters mentioned a musty smell in the upstairs queen bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the property. However, no hangars in the master bedroom.
