It was a beautifully maintained property. The beach is a two minute walk away. Quiet area at night! My two boys loved the house and how close it was to the beach. A really nice place to stay if you want to slip away for whatever reason !

I wouldn’t have wanted any other place to stay than here, pretty close to perfect

The location of this property is wonderful to access most everything tourist. We would have enjoyed AC because the area is noisy, so leaving the windows open at night wasn’t optimal.

We loved this place that is quite literally a minute walk to the beach and to Belmont park.The home is spotless but could use an update. Just know that it does not come stocked with cooking supplies/ coffee. They have a short supply of cleaning supplies.Ralph’s is a car ride away for groceries This can’t be changed but know that you will enter through the back alley and will be greeted by overfilling trash cans. We had three infants and things to bear in mind if you have little ones- bring pressure mounted gates - there are two flights of stairs and we could contain them on the second floor space with gates. The location is noisy at night but our babies could sleep. Even though there’s no ac, they have plenty of pedestal fans and the open windows cool the home with the cross winds. Parkings is tight but with lots of finagling, 2 minivans fit ( ours and the first floor renter). Streets ( or alleys) have no street parking. We just walked to local eateries. We enjoyed the fireworks from the third floor patio. Property management is prompt and very responsive. We would still come back for the proximity to the beach.

The location couldn't be better and the place was clean and had pretty much everything we needed, but it felt a bit like a glorified motel and could use an update. Also, the neighbor was rude because we had a large SUV (travelling with 6 kids and young people, I need a large car) and I parked slightly on the white line in the carport. I moved the car immediately and apologized, but got a lecture on 'mutual respect' and he was obviously not happy that we were there. That made us feel uncomfortable. All in all, I would say it's a lot of money for what you get, especially with all the fees and taxes. There were also lots of questions and concerns about us having young people in our party, but we are just a family on vacation, not here to party.

We had a blast! The condo was just as shown in pictures. We loved the roof top and the location to the beaches. The only things missing in the kitchen was a spatula and oven mitts. We left some puzzles but it would be nice to have some cards and games available. Everything else was great.

This VRBO was in the perfect location for our group - Mission Beach. Our two young men could walk anywhere without the need of a car or us! LOL! There are 4 flights of stairs from ground level to the upper deck. You definitely get a work out. You can hear the planes fly over because the windows are open but it wasn’t too bad. We brought Alexa to provide white noise at night. Check in and check out was easy. The place was very clean.

The place was perfect for our family of 5! Everyone was able to sleep on a comfortable bed, the main living area was bright and open for all of us to gather, the rooftop was spectacular and had a huge shade umbrella, and the location was unbeatable...no car needed! Only downside was the stairs but we had baby gates for our little ones. Thanks again!!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The refrigerator was leaking water, fixed after 2nd phone call and the washer Machine was not working. We were told it would be fixed same day & it never was. Top balcony furniture was bare & cushions were shoved in the master closet. Should have all been set up for us prior to stay. Guest are told to enter and exit through the alley instead of going towards the front yard. This was not acceptable as we entered/exited by the trash cans that were full of flies all around. A bit disgusting for us, especially for the amount that you pay to stay at this location. Guests should be able to exit to the beach and return from the front yard. Temp in the condo was also too warm for our liking even with all fans on and windows open.

The place was nice but the month of august is a no go since the house is not air conditioned. It was hot. I had no idea to ask about air conditioning. It would have been nice if the listing mentioned in the description “this is non A/C house”. Especially in August. Money wasted. Had to go rent another place to stay. I’m sure if the owner advertised no ac in the summer they wouldn’t be able to rent it.

Just a short walk to Mission Beach, and the Belmont rollercoaster. Two flights of stairs so be ready for some climbing, but otherwise a perfect location.

The property was centrally located which worked well for us since we had a range of ages. It was relaxing. The property had everything we needed.

We had a great family trip staying at this property. We enjoyed the roof terrace, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Good instructions left by the property company too - Olive was a great breakfast spot! I will say the property is probably due for some updates before too long but that didn't detract from our stay. Also we were driving a large vehicle (to be expected when the property houses 6 people comfortably) and we couldn't use the on-site parking due to space

Everything was as stated, in the advertisement, no surprises. House meet our needs for a family of 6. Lots of room, 2.5 baths was nice, everything worked, with the exception of bbq igniter. Overall satisfied with the rental. There was no surprise cost, or hassles from the surf style team. Location was excellent, close to Belmont park, and mission boardwalk, easy walking distance, to the heart of all the action, of mission beach

Everything about this condo was exactly as stated on the website. It was extremely clean, there was a good selection of beach toys, the mattresses were very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped.

The house was perfect for our group. Clean space that was close to everything we needed.

Property was nice and in a great location. The rooftop was a fun addition to property. It worked well for my family visit. I felt it was a little expensive for what it was as there are others around that are similar or nicer for less. However we enjoyed the stay and it met our needs. My only complaint was the slightly lower value for the money.

This property is a mere steps away from the beach. In the living room you can hear the waves. Parking is at the house, but a tight space. Would stay again.

The property was perfect for our family. We were within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. As well, it was easy to get to the wedding venue on the Bayside and airport.

This worked really well for our extended family. Very friendly & helpful management.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed the property. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. Really close to Belmont Park. We went to SeaWorld one day, just a little over a mile from our property. The family rented tandem bikes one day. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and we were even surprised there was a BBQ grill. Thanks for the relaxing vacation.

Had a very nice time - house was clean, beds were extremely comfortable - had all the amenities. Quick walk to beach and great to have beach chairs/ toys etc - only one minute walk! Would go back!! Rooftop was really great !!

The host responded quickly to our questions, you can walk to everything, the house was a great size for our group of 6, clean, and had 2 great outdoor areas including rooftop with wonderful views!!! We'd reserve again for sure.
