Awesome property, very convenient to everything!

We loved everything about our cottage stay in Key West! The unit was lovely and the courtyard was amazing! We couldn't get the downstairs fans to work but otherwise everything was perfect!

As a former 4th generation native (conch) of Key West, I was happy to have found a nice , clean place to stay in Key West, as I was visiting for a family celebration of life service for my Uncle. My family and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in the unit.

Lovely place and centrally located. My only negative is that it would be nice if there was more flexibility, within reason, for check in and check out times. You’re dealing with travelers. Also a few more basic needs in the kitchen for cooking.

My wife, I and our dog stayed for a week wrapped around our son's wedding weekend. The location was perfect -- yards from CVS, Key West Cuban Coffee Shop, and Sinz; on the doorstep of Duval Street; close to all Old Town offers -- yet offering a quiet, secluded vibe. Plus, the property managers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The Abaco suite was a wonderful oasis in a thriving and busy Key West. It was just as advertised. Loved the privacy of our little bungalow, and yet you could walk around the courtyard and chat with neighbors if you wished.

Perfect for the 4 of us (husband and I with 2 20+ year old children). No complaints from kids sleeping on pull out couch. Walking distance to beaches, great restaurants and entertainment. With being so close to the action… hard to believe how quiet the place is.

Great location, had a fabulous time celebrating an anniversary as well as NYE. Staff from Vacasa were amazing. Will totally use them again for future vacations.

We stayed in the Abaco Suite at the end of December. The location was fabulous! An easy bike ride to most places. The unit was very clean with a well thought out layout. The vanity in the upstairs bedroom made good use of the space while getting ready. The bed and the pull-out sofa bed were comfortable. There is a bike rental shop RIGHT next to the unit but we had no issues with noise. The covered porch was so nice and the shared courtyard was a perfect place to relax outside day and night. A couple of tips...It was SO hard to find parking for our car. So much that when we did, we left the car there until we headed to the airport. There is a CVS with a grocery section a block away. Fresh fruit and meat was limited but they had a good selection of basics and snacks. The upstairs bedroom gets a lot of early morning light so bring an eye mask if that would help you sleep. Communication with Vacasa was A+. We would stay at the property again for sure!

Great location! Walking and bicycling distance to everything we wanted to do. Property was Extremely clean with unexpected gorgeous courtyard. Management company is excellent as they checked in a few times through our stay and when I have called I was contacted to extremely helpful representative. Two reasons why we did not give 5 stars is because: Firstly, Parking is the biggest issue but we were extremely lucky to get street spot right in front of gate. Secondly the Kitchen is not well equipped for someone who is planning to make meals. Other than the above mentioned draw backs I highly recommend this property and would return in the future.

If you are looking for a negative comment, find another review. We loved this place! Everything was Perfect ! Clean, roomy, beautiful inside and out, quiet but awesome location. They supplied everything we needed I will be back! Love the neighbors too! I’m so glad I found this spot!

Condo was beautiful and located in the heart of Key West. It’s walking distance to about everything

We LOVED the location of this rental. One block to Duval. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Rental was clean. Sofa bed is not comfortable and mattress is in desperate need of replacement. Make sure you have lots of quarters if you need to Do laundry. The grounds were also beautiful and we loved the garden area. We stayed in unit 1. The property manager in unit 3. I take rules to an extreme when staying in a rental so I was dismayed to open my door on day 3 to a one page list of never before seen rules with my infraction highlighted. We had returned from a day at Smathers Beach and left our three beach towels out for 30 minutes max before I was left this list. Interestingly enough, the people in unit 2 left out an article of clothing, flip flops and an empty beer can for at least 12 hours and I never saw them receive a nasty gram. There were some that smoked weed on their front porch, others doing cannon balls in the 3’ deep pool and my towels were a big issue? I’m ALL for rules and following them, but they need to be given at check in to be fair, AND consistently enforced for all staying there.

We loved to stay in the old town garden villas. It‘s a beautiful place close to the best part of Key West. You can do everything by foot and we appreciate this very much. The small villas were very cute, clean and perfect for our vacation. Thank you very much

Courtyard was like New Orleans Clean pool room friendly helpful hassle free. Very nice.

Parking was a hassle but not a struggle. Always on street or a block away. Golf cart/ bike rental and Cuban at the corner. Beautiful tropical garden and good for kids. Lots to do in area. For us this was one vacation on foot.

This was a charming little Villa a block off of Duval. The courtyard is a beautifully landscaped secluded little chill area and a great place to eat, have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night. We would definitely recommend.

Very convenient to too many restaurants to mention. Don’t plan on swimming in the pool. It’s 3 ft deep. The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous and makes up for the lack of a pool to get into.

Walking distance to all we wanted to see from Hemingway House to 0 Duval and The Southern Most Point. House was clean and comfortable. Courtyard was pleasant.

Loved our stay. Very clean and close to everything

We loved everything about the unit and it was dog friendly so we brought our little dog. We arrived and I was walking out through the courtyard walking the doggy on his leash. A guy sitting in the courtyard, who I assume was the owner, barked “No Dogs in the courtyard! Gotta get him out on the street!” Yikes, I promptly turned around and went back to our room. We weren’t there 5 minutes and this was our warm welcome. Just don’t understand how people like this are involved in the hospitality business. I am not questioning the policy, just the frickeng attitude this gentleman had.

Great property, very clean and comfortable. Parking in general in Key West is a challenge. That’s the only down side.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The downstairs bed is a foldout couch that needs some major attention. I would not recommend it for anything but young children. WiFi has very short range, does not work upstairs if you plan on touching base with work from master bedroom. I would correct the naming of the “ Spa “ it was essentially a heated pool. We loved all the Christmas touches. Thank you fir your hospitality.
