This was a great property. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, convenient location.

We loved our long weekend here and enjoys the peace and quiet of the community. There are stairs to get to the top (3rd) floor condo, but we have no problem bringing our bags up and down ourselves. Proprietors were gracious when we accidentally dropped a water glass in slippery water while cleaning it and it broke. We were able to follow the instructions for access and enjoyed both the pool and the gym on site. It’s also in walking distance from nice shopping and eating.
We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, refreshing atmosphere, relaxing and beautiful. We throughly enjoyed the gym and pool and the lovely atmosphere. The owner was great to communicate with at anytime. Very convenient to everything especially to our sons’s home.

We enjoyed our Florida stay. Condo was bright and sunny with a nice pool and hot tub in the complex. The owners were mostly responsive to our communications. The condo is well located for supermarkets, malls and restaurants.
However, RENTER BE AWARE that there are 33 steps up to the condo with no elevator. This was difficult for us with suitcases and supermarket shopping. We wish this factor had been noted in the VRBO listing. Window and sliding door screw are in need of repair.

We had a very pleasant stay! Enjoyed the huge pool, gym and tennis courts with our kids. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home, even beach chairs/sand toys. We felt safe in this beautiful area. The hosts were very responsive and check-in instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely come back to this place if I'm in the area again!

This condo was perfect for my family! Extremely quiet and secure neighborhood. Stores and beach nearby. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we were the only people using them! Nice gym, open 24 hrs. Plenty of extras at the condo to help us enjoy our stay, like beach chairs, cooler, spices, and appliances. Great communication with owner! Quiet space, well maintained grounds. Gated community to increase security. Very nice town and super close to beautiful beaches.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. Great location with so many restaurants and stores nearby. We especially loved the pool at the complex. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

Really loved the property and location. Condo was clean, comfortable and served all of our needs. The pool was amazing and it was centrally located to beach, site seeing and shopping. Would highly recommend.

This was a nice property in good condition in a good location. It’s a great layout with a small balcony overlooking a pond and fountain. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but not a huge deal. Be aware that there are two separate flights of stairs, one on the outside to get to the unit and one upon entering to get up to the main living area. This was not a problem for us, but without an elevator it could be for others. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped with towels and kitchen essentials. Remember to bring your own soaps (both hand and shower). The complex is beautiful with a nice pool, gym and walking trails. It is within walking distance of several stores and a short drive to several malls and beaches.

Great condo and location! The complex has an amazing pool/hot tub/BBQ area where we spent hours relaxing. So many options for close day trips without staying in a downtown concrete city. The condo was very nice and clean. The owner was extremely helpful with dining/shopping/activity options. He checked in before and during our stay to ensure everything was going well. No issues or concerns…just a terrific time!!!

We stayed here for four nights while we were in town. The condo is well appointed, impeccably maintained and is in an ideal location close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Check in was a snap and the views of the lake from the balcony are spectacular. The owner is also one of the best we have ever rented from, proactively reaching out before during and after our stay to ensure everything went smoothly. He is first class all the way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Perfect getaway from the cold in Michigan. Beautiful condo with many amenities and lots to do in the area. When our flight got canceled the host was very accommodating and let us stay an extra night.

Unit is very conveniently located and served as a perfect hub for our golf outings. Owners were very easy to work with and their place was clean and comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the condo amenities because all we did was golf ⛳️
