House size was great with plenty of room for everyone. Location to trail along the river and the quiet neighborhood was nice for a little bit of solitude feeling.

This house was spectacular. Great amenities, comfortable, we loved the extra blankets for watching movies on the couch, streaming apps available on the tv, plenty of bathroom and overall space for 5 adults and 2 kids. Loved the short walking distance to the pool as well as to the Deschutes River trail. Also short driving distance to everything we wanted to in town as well as the nearby lakes. Thank you!

With not knowing the area at all and coming to attend a wedding we picked the perfect spot. This home had everything we needed for our family of 7. We felt right at home. Close to the pool was a us for us. The home was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend

This is a great property in an ideally located development on the outskirts of Bend right on both the Deschutes River Trail (great for hiking/jogging) and the Rim Rock trail (great for riding). It's minutes from great breweries and restaurants, and has a great community hot tub (pool closest to us was closed). The house has a deep garage that we made use of to store our boat, with still ability to park two cars outside. The house has great amenities for cooking, and as a family that likes to cook this was a really easy kitchen to cook in. It has an electric outdoor grill, which is my only negative comment (except we brought a small gas one). The outdoor furniture and dining table were ideal. We can't say enough great things about this location and this house in particular!

This 3BR, 2-1/2 BA home was spacious & clean in a quiet, attractive neighborhood. The house was well supplied- lots of cooking utensils. We enjoyed our stay & will consider this rental if we return to Bend. Only disadvantages of this rental: 1) Lots of stairs. We were 5 seniors over age 75. There were 16 stairs to the 2nd floor, and and another 16 to the basement garage. 2) No garbage can. We had to carry kitchen trash to garbage cans by the swimming pool one block away. 3) Confusion about check-in time: Web site indicated 3PM check-in, confirmation indicated 4PM. I called rental company, and they allowed us to check-in around 3:30P.

Everything was great, except the garage door remote didn’t work, nor did the keypad. This meant when we arrived, we had to walk around to the front door, walk through the house and open the garage door from the inside (and vice versa when we left). While the house itself was great, the garage door situation was quite inconvenient. Would definitely stay again, if we knew this problem had been taken care of.

Experience form start to finish went as documented. Only issue was the garbage cans were not where they were documented to be. The property manager was at the neighboring property and said he was aware and to leave the garbage in the garage and they would take care of it. Done. Great location and amenities.

The house was in a great location, and the neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. The property manager responded very quickly with anything I needed. The house has everything needed to cook with. Everything was clean upon arrival. The heating system worked great. It’s very basic inside and has some wear and tear on it , could use an update at some point.

We had a great time!! Clean and spacious. Only complaint or advice is that since this is a vacation rental it would be great if a couple of sleds were provided for the winter months. We had to buy them and don’t live in snow. Jennifer

Easy check in process and beautiful home. Especially appreciated the boot warmer for after a day at the mountain as well as the deep garage for parking out truck. Property manager was prompt in responding to my note about the heat.

We had no hot water for 2 days of our trip. Property was minimally maintained with lots of small issues that could easily be fixed if there was attention to detail. No one has offered any compensation for no hot water at Xmas time (or any time!). Would not stay in this property again.

This was a great house with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of hang-out areas, and beautiful surroundings. We would love to come again.

Great accommodations and location for an end-of-the-summer friends getaway. The location is great and the house was perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is the second time we stayed and enjoyed it just like the first. Nice to have air conditioning for the daytime and all of the windows to open up for the evening. Enjoyed eating outside on the large porch. Would like to have a few more items in the kitchen for cooking(oven mitts, towels, fresh spices & placemats to protect the tables and bar). Will definitely return.

We came to Bend to visit family. This home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very spacious and had everything we needed as well as close to town. Our Bend family came to have dinner and it was wonderful that we could all be together. The porch has ample room for everyone to catch up. We took a very lovely hike along the River trail. Stunning views. I highly recommend this listing to anyone coming to Bend!

Great house close to the trails and our favorite brewery, Cascade Lakes. We had a great time and the house was so nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and the overall process of booking, check-in an out was simple. Only very small criticism was that the sound system wasn’t working. We had a great time and would love to revisit the property again.

Hi, We enjoyed our stay at Big Pine and loved the house. Just wanted to lyk that some pans in the drawer under where the oven is were very dirty - black when we tried to wipe them off. Also the windows in the upstairs bedrooms were very hard to close and lock, so we couldn't close them all the way when it was cold at night. We were happy to get the blankets we had asked for. But other than that everything else was great.

Great condo with all amenities. Like that one master downstairs. A little confusing driving up to garage. Address is there on outside of garage however main entry door is around front of condo. Needed to continue around street as garage only access at first level. Great and close accessible walking trails along Deschuets River. Perfect for our family attending a wedding. Lots of room and well appointed kitchen. I'd highly recommend.

Very comfortable home, very well stocked with essentials. Large garage is nice for gear.. coming back in August and look forward to using the large wraparound porch for Bbq.

Perfect Bachelor trip. Super convenient to everything. House was clean and a perfect layout for a family of 5. Couldn't have picked a better house for our spring break.

The place was clean, organize and well situated in Bend for a Christmas ski trip with my parents.
