Home was sanitized and clean upon arrival. Sunny bedrooms, all the family enjoyed the close proximity to the Northside Park, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Ample space in unit with plenty of starter household items for the week. The only negative was the smoking on the decks below us and next to us. Owner was very prompt in response to questions.

We rented all 4 units for our family and what a tremendous time. all the units were well stocked, great location plenty of restaurants, things to do for everyone. Great beach access and the deck views are wonderful. We have shore houses in Cape May and Sea Isle but we will be back to rent here.

Had an incredible experience here. Stayed a week and absolutely loved this place!! We had enough room for me, my fiancee, and our 5 kids. Very convenient location and literally just steps away from the beach. This was our home away from home this past week. Pet friendly, so we were able to bring our furry friend to enjoy this beach vacation! We will renting this again next time we go to Ocean City. Don't miss this opportunity

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect location...just steps from the beach. Also only a short walk to Northside Park and restaurants. The unit itself is very warm & welcoming, clean and just perfect!

We had a great time. The accommodations were perfect for us. Definitely thin walls. Glad we were located on the top floor. The beach is literally right there & very easy to get to anything you’d like.

And the location can’t be beat. The owner is clear and thorough in her communication and even went the extra step to provide some local events details for our stay. We couldn’t be happier and are working on booking again for our next stay!

Conveniently located near the beach. Bathrooms were nicely updated, kitchen had ample counterspace, plenty of sleeping accommodations , washer and dryer nice plus. Had a nice , enjoyable , and relaxing time !

We took a fall vacation and this was just a great place to stay. The apartment is a great size, steps from the beach, and really offered everything you need. I hope to come back in the future for a summer stay.

It was nice to have a roomy place to stay that was steps from the beach. Nicely updated, beds were comfortable. All we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals was available. It was end of season so there was some dusting needed on vents and such, but the bathrooms were immaculate and everything very nice. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location! Ocean view from the porch, short walk to the beach. Quiet area, plenty of street parking. The condo is spacious and the updated bathrooms are beautiful. This is a great rental, we will be back!

Fantastic, 3 bedroom unit! Very close to the beach with a view of the ocean. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Owner was excellent to work with and communicated quickly with any questions prior to visiting. Highly recommend!

Great location, and exactly as advertised. The recently renovated bathrooms look amazing. Carol was responsive and helpful. The house was clean although a deep cleaning was needed. We had an overall great experience, despite the bad weather, and would definitely like to return next year.

Your condo was the best of the building because of the view of the ocean. Thankful that such a nice place was dog friendly. Other years we would stay at a dog friendly motel in Dewey. Hopefully we will be able to come back again.

We had a great time staying at Carol’s place over Easter weekend! The condo was very clean and well-kept, the bathrooms were tastefully renovated, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchenware and pots and pans. It was pretty cold for part of our stay in Ocean City, but the central heating kept us nice and warm. The Smart TVs in the condo were also a nice touch, and the wifi was fast enough to have all of our video devices going all at once. Carol was a very gracious host, with speedy responses via text and an easy-going demeanor, which made our stay all the better. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat, and this stretch of the beach was quiet and almost empty during our stay, which is exactly what we had wanted. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It is in an amazing location - just a few steps to the beach and within walking distance of a large park, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. The condo was well-stocked and more than comfortable for our family of five and two small dogs. Carol was fantastic to work with - very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Couldn’t beat the 1 min walk to the beach. Place was clean. Walkable distance to mini golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. would stay again.

I love this location as its NOT too close to the craziness of the boardwalk. The owner is very communicative and the beach by the condo is never too crowded. I have been there 2 years and will continue to go!
