We had a great time! The condo was little and fit our needs perfectly. We had everything we needed. There is even two umbrellas you can take to the beach with you and a infant play pin. One thing that was kind of a bummer is, the hot water in the kitchen sink did not work and the ceilings could use a cleaning from all the dust. But it wasn’t anything that hindered our stay. The view and location is perfect!! We will be staying at this same place again when we come back to SPI!! Oh. And the property manager is very responsive!

The 2 things that attracted me to this property was the price and the location. We were literally steps from the ocean the sliding glass door opened up.right to the beach. We could go out enjoy the beach then retreat in side when it was hot....then go out again. The place was clean and just big enough for what we needed, I didn't come to the beach to stay inside the location is everything for this property. The view was ok from the patio but just a few steps away you can sit right on the beach so that wasn't a big deal. We also enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. We were in walking distance to places. We walked to stripes a block away for coffee and bendryl when I got an ant bite. I didn't realize I needed to bring my own shampoo and Coffee so I know now for next time.The parking lot was very tight, thank goodness my husband was driving but always had a spot to park. The manager was super nice and helpful as I didn't know how to open the lock on the door lol. She walked me though the process. The property was a great deal.i would stay here again.

We went to SPI for my daughters 13th birthday! This property was a perfect location! Was a great place to stay! We will for sure go back! We had so much fun! Location was safe, secure and perfect for beach access. The place next door was great also food and drinks available there. Information for check in and out made everything super simple.

The owner & realtor are very communicative before, during & after stay. Unit is in front of the beach. Kitchen is equipped to cook. Unit is clean. Maybe the entrance door just need to be undated.

The location was excellent, the unit itself needs some loving! The tiles on the floor were popping and coming loose, dirty air vent and dirt on the ceiling, unit wasn’t very clean(hair all along the baseboards, bathroom and shower), shower was clogged with a lot of hair and would not drain until I cleaned the drain, appliances are rusted, and the toaster had mold in the bottom of it. A few basic upgrades would make this unit great! Overall the location was most important and to have that great access to the beach was awesome.

The condo is so awesome. Close to the beach. Manger was very helpful with all of my questions and replied promptly. Will definitely be back !!! Thank you so much !!!!

I was down in S. Padre for a conference and spent a very short time on the beach, but it’s right out the back door. I wish there had been some information about a key that could be used for the sliding door vs. having to access the beach through the main complex. The unit was fine, but wish the bathroom had been stocked with shampoo and body wash like every other VRBO I’ve stayed in.

The one bedroom condo was well located on the island and steps from the patio door to the beach. The furnishings were tired and the property was worn out. The entire condo was in need of fresh paint. There was no dish washing soap and the dishes had a greasy feel as if the last guests washed them without detergent. There was no bath soap. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy.

The property was exactly as described. Located on the beach. First floor unit with a view of the ocean. If you have children or pets it is great because it is so easy to get to the beach. It even has a shared yard of very nice grass for everyone to run around in ( not fenced). The unit has had some updates, kitchen and furniture was very nice. Bath a little small but it is a one bedroom so that is to be expected. Laundry facilities on premise coin operated. Small patio with chairs, quiet street, and a lovely pool area , tight spots in the parking lot but doable. Overall an excellent place to stay for convenience and accessibility. Very reasonable cost for the accommodations. The bar next door had great food, and drinks and has a volleyball court. Plus on the beach there are chairs and umbrellas for rent as well as a life guard station.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive stay right on the beach, this is it! This place is a few steps from the water. Even on a rainy weekend we managed to get plenty of beach time since we could just step out as soon as the rain stopped. I haven’t been impressed by the food on the island so I was glad to see the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals. Communication with the property manager was great, check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced at La Internacional. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

Overall our stay was great. We had good instructions and she was very responsive to questions. Palce could use a little maintence, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. TV in Bedroom wouldn't work, Screen was not working on back door and Main door was sticky. But again all small issues that would not keep us from going back.

Love the apartment had everything you needed the beach directly in the back yard. And the pool and the jacuzi was nice . Had a beautiful stay cant wait to gp back.

Loved the access to the beach! When we got tired of the waves we went to the pool! Condo was well furnished. Had everything we needed. There were boogie boards and lawn chairs available.

It was perfect! Our stay was enjoyable and the condo was close to everything. Looking out the door and seeing the ocean was heaven

Was an AWESOME location and stay. Beach is literally in the sliding door patio. Steps to the beach Literally steps! Condo had everything we needed as a family of 5. Very comfortable and welcoming. Everyone else at the property was super nice. Wanna wanna beach bar is literally right next door to the property so great place to eat or get a drink BUT does not get loud at night or rowdy. Can’t wait to book our stay for next year but for much longer next time! Owner of the property was super nice and quick to respond to every question I had within minutes! Thanks again!

We rented this place because it looked to be right on the beach. You can see a little bit of the beach in this first floor condo. However, the view is obstructed due to a sand dune with lots of vegetation. I do understand it’s like that for a reason due to previous reviews. Other than the lack of beach view we loved it! Property had everything we needed. We used the provided boogie boards and beach chairs, thank you! It was also a very short walk to the beach. We would stay here again. Sorry that we checked out 30 minutes late, our son couldn’t find his Nintendo games! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you again!

We come back here year after year because of the convenience of the location. The beach is steps from the back door of this unit, the best beach bar in town is right next door, and we can rent chairs and umbrellas for a reasonable price as soon as we walk outside. The condo is modest - clean - comfortable. Fits our needs perfectly. We'll be back!!!

Great condo and an awesome location. Lots of towels and beach accessories left for us. Literally steps from the beach. Wanna wannas is next door so we would order their awesome food. It is also just down the road from a local convience/gas station. There's virtually no reason to move your car from the condo. Always our go to place to stay.

This is actually the closet you can stay on the beach. Beautiful views. The kitchen does not have much (just pots & pans) so don’t forget stuff if you want to cook. I had a few check in issues , but The property Manager response was so quick. I would go back to this spot. You can park & literally not have to leave for the entire time.

Absolutely 💯 recommend renting this condo. The location is the absolute selling point... the beach is literally in the backyard! There's nothing fancy about it, but it's clean and cozy, functional and practical for the price. Property manager promptly responded to any questions asked. Check in was easy. I'm not sure what else I could say other than we enjoyed our family vacation/Father's Day/my daughter's 16th birthday on the island at this condo 100%!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! The location can't be beat. The only complaint is the pool is terribly hot, so we were only able to use it in the evenings. The beach was amazing, the unit had everything we needed, and was clean. We would absolutely stay again, we can't wait to start planning our next trip!

Old, but very clean. I do recommend plumbing update. Very poor water pressure in kitchen and shower. That's my biggest complaint. Also, the shower rod was very rusted. Purely cosmetic. Nice little place and cozy quiet. Good security around pool area, presence noted.

We were so close that forgetting something wasn’t a huge deal as walking back took less then a minute. The property manager was super responsive and quick to make our stay more pleasurable. The beds were comfortable and the unit came with everything we could need including beach towels and chairs. The unit itself needs some major tlc. As soon as you enter the unit you are greeted by a wet musty smell. They desperately need to invest in a dehumidifier. We constantly felt somewhat damp just like how you feel when you wake up inside a tent in the morning. The shower has black mold as well as the shower curtain. The ceiling where the vent shoots out air was black and dirty which mean the inside of the vent might be. That’s the air you’re breathing. The person who cleans the unit could do a better job since you do pay a cleaning fee. The patio door was filthy and cloudy, drawers were dirty, and the shower was gross. The property manager did drop off fragrance plug ins and windex (so I could clean the windows) which helped. Overall, great location and unit itself could be great with a few changes. I

This is my absolute favorite condo and most importantly room to stay in on the island!!! Right on the beach, clean and the management team is very quick and responsive with any questions or concerns that you may have. This was my 4th stay with Roxie and plan on continuing the tradition!!

The location to tourist spots and the beach was phenomenal. The building felt secure, everything was tidy and clean. The condo had a wonderful view! Property manager was amazing when we had trouble getting into the gate. Would absolutely recommend for a stay.

My husband and 3yr old son had such a nice time. We loved that the beach was such a short distance and the pool was perfect. Quiet and cozy for our family of three! Check in was super easy and the property manager was very informative. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
