We had a great stay at Beachside. Everything was as described. The advantage of being on the ground floor with a 7 and 5 year old was a plus. It takes about a minute to walk to the pool gate, from there, you can take the boardwalk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Showers were clean and no issues with water. Kitchen is fully stocked. They provide towels, umbrella, sand toys, and beach chairs. Kids loved the beach and heated pool. The heated pool was a plus on the day it was very windy. We stayed in April, so the weather is a little cooler. You can find any type of restaurant about 1 mile away from the condo and they all have a kids menu. We visited Baytowne Wharf a few times. Also, Publix is right down the street. You can find more restaurants around that same plaza. Another Broken Egg was perfect for breakfast. Also, there is a shuttle that come around every 30 minutes. You can look up the shuttle schedule to get to Baytowne Wharf and other locations. The owners were always available if I had a question and very helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Easy access to the pool and beach. Security on site making it very private. The first floor was very convenient. Owners communicated promptly. Would stay again.

This is our second time staying here. As expected, we had a great time. The location of the condo is perfect. Extraordinarily easy access to the beach and pool area. Kids once again loved the yard space right off the back patio. The king bed is very comfortable and I was easily able to catch up on much needed sleep. Had a very minor issue at the beginning with check in information (this was VRBOs fault. An IT issue) and Doug was available immediately and quickly rectified everything for us without delay. Five star condo. Five star hosts. We'll be back.

We stayed 5dqys family vocation, the condo is the best clean organized very beautiful, first floor that’s where we wanted to stay cuz we have kids it has golf course at the back facing the ocean, our kids loved playing outside while we sit and relax at the porch, best condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the ground floor condo was perfect for our family which included 3 young children (4 and under). It was a short walk for anything left behind while we were at the pool and even the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, and the addition of beach chairs and toys was a great perk. Our oldest (10) enjoyed trying the skim board on the beach. The pool at this condo is also perfect for young children. The large shallow sun deck allowed them to play independently without us having to hold them in the pool the entire time. We will book again if we take a beach trip to the same area!

Condo was very clean. It was perfect; however, if you want to cook, you have to buy most of your ingredients, only seasonings provided were salt and pepper. All cookwares were available. The beach was amazing to walk on. We were lucky it wasn’t too hot but the waves were high a couple of days that they didn’t let us in the water. Everything was very close by, restaurants and grocery stores. thank you Jennifer for being a great host.

I booked this condo based on other reviews. It did not disappoint. We arrived at exactly check in 4pm on Sunday. We have 3 kids ages 6,4 and 1 -all boys. We really enjoyed the main floor property. Location was great and close to the parking lot for unloading and loading. We just grabbed a cart from the main lobby area and unloaded in our room. The back patio was great and our kids enjoyed the grass area. The back patio light could be brighter we weren’t able to sit outside too late due to this ( not a huge deal) The rooms were HUGE & so clean. The actual unit was spotless. Towels were big and fluffy, lots of outlets and charging areas for all items. Beds were so comfortable until all our kids crawled in with us haha. The kitchen had so many items, we were not without. Laundry was easy to use & dishwasher was handy! The unit was updated and bright and clean, the windows in the master and back patio let in so much beautiful light! The host was so easy to communicate with and very quick to reply. I was so pleased with the communication and her efforts to make our stay wonderful. The gate off the back patio to the pool was locked during our stay because of a little construction so we’re not able to access that path but we just used the inside hallway instead which worked out better because we stopped at the ice machine to fill the cooler on the way to beach/pool! The beach is incredible And private to beachside which made it quiet and enjoyable! We loved it all!

This first floor condo was perfect for our recent beach stay. Beautiful accommodations and felt like the beach and pool were in our backyard. Just steps from everything. Highly recommend.

Great place for families and close to everything. Wish it had a golf cart option as you cannot rent one in Sandestin unless your an owner we found out. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect. Kids loved the backyard right off the patio. Very easy to supervise them. Convenience of the first floor can't be stressed enough. No elevators. Quick access from the beach/pool for bathroom breaks. Quick access to the beach right off the patio. Heated pool (kids swam in comfort despite the recent cold front). Easy gas grills with extremely quick access. Can't wait to come back.

Boardwalk to beach was being rebuilt while we stayed there. This made the trek to the beach a little long and annoying. All that said, boardwalk is open now. Nice property - would recommend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sandestin. The unit was well maintained and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The location of the unit was convenient for coming and going and the property as a whole had a lot to offer. The beach was beautiful and the heated pool was great on cooler days. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this condo. Loved the ability to walk right out of the condo to the pool and beach and all of the San Destin amenities.

This property was everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. Clean and comfortable! The location is fabulous! It is quiet and private and the best part is being a few short steps to the pool and beach, making things so convenient. The private beach was not crowded and had plenty of room for the kids to play and not feel as if we were disturbing anyone. Our kids loved going to Baytown Wharf in the evenings. We plan to come back in the future! Next time we think we will rent a golf cart- everything is easily accessible by car or shuttle; but it’s definitely a fun golf cart community!

We absolutely loved our week at this property. It looked exactly like the pictures, maybe even better! The condo is very clean and has everything you need for a week at the beach. The newly renovated pool is absolutely amazing (the nicest we’ve ever seen at a condo building), our kids loved spending hours playing in it! The private beach right in front of the condo is beautiful, much less busy than in front of other buildings near by. (Security does a great job making sure the area is reserved for building guests/owners only.) Location is a great, the Sandestin neighborhood has a lot to offer. We can’t wait to go back!

I have used Vrbo previously and it was a no brainer finding this property. The pictures tell the same story when walking through the door. Being located on the first floor was perfect. I agree with my adult daughters in always wanting to stay on the first floor going forward. The property was clean, friendly neighbors and staff, beautiful views of property, pool and ocean peaks. It was over 95° and higher, but the ac kept us almost freezing so there were many days we raised the temp up to 85°. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to run a home while on vacation. My family and I, were not disappointed with this condo, location, beach and pool access, our security gate. Everything was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the condo and look forward to rebooking our next vacation to Sandestin.
