The house is an excellent lake front property. My family with young kids enjoyed the game room and boats. The owner is very accommodating and good with communication. I highly recommend this property.

The setting was just beautiful right on the lake and the house was super comfortable to check in and enjoy! Well stocked kitchen and access to the dock, boats, and rafts made for a really fun, relaxing weekend. The game room was an added bonus. Tom was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great lakefront home. We loved that activities were included on premises. Row boat, canoes, fire pit, outdoor games, paddle boat, life preservers for all sizes, nice outdoor furniture, game room, toys for toddlers. Owner very nice and accessible. House fully loaded!

Tom was an excellent host, and the property was fantastic. Right on the lake, there were plenty of fun activities to do, not only at the house, but in the local community as well. Great for kayaking and rowboating, and highly recommend the very well kept local golf course as well. Had a great time!

Tom was excellent and the house was very spacious and clean. Added bonus that there are kayaks, a rowboat and paddle boat for use on the property. The check in process was seamless.

"Garda Lake" was a property that met the needs of our diverse group. Family & Friends from 15-73 enjoyed the lakeside location. We were looking for a level walk to the lake for my elderly father and it was a perfect fit, just a short walk to the water. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. Including a coffee bar with coffee available. The living and dining space was perfect for our party of 9 and the lake firepit was a favorite. Plenty of seating for all. It also has 2 docks and plenty of water toys to enjoy. Tom could not have been more helpful during our process. I messaged him several times with questions and he always got back to me quickly. We also ran into car issues while there and he reached out to other friends to help if we needed a place to stay after our rental was over. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer than 4 days... So much more we could have enjoyed. Thank you Tom for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. Your home was delightful !!!

We had such an amazing vacation! This is a perfect location and we all enjoyed every second of it! The house was great and very well stocked. Being right on the lake was perfect, we played games at the table down by the water while the kids fished or swam or kayaked! Tom was fantastic through our entire stay, he kept in touch and was very responsive any time we needed him. We can’t wait to visit again!

We enjoyed a beautiful week at this house. The house is right on the lake and everything you need is right there. Kayaks, row boat, peddle-boat and tubes. Our kids loved it! We never left the property. Swam all day in the lake. Absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be returning!

This house is awesome! Tom checked in with to make sure everything was ok. The house is right on the lake with stairs that lead into the water. Our family really enjoyed the lake, especially our children! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We only went to pool and community beach 1 day because honestly with the lake right outside our doorstep we didn’t really need to go at all. The fishing is great too! We caught a 14 inch bass from the dock! We didn’t want to leave and I would 100% stay here again! Thanks Tom!

This lake house was a little slice of heaven! The house was clean and had everything you could need. It is right on the lake so you can walk right out to the water, and has a peddleboat and kayaks that my family enjoyed using daily during our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the game room downstairs, and had a blast teaching the kids how to play fuse ball! The house is in a private community that has its own pool and private beach, so we never even needed to leave the community. This place is amazing and I highly recommend. We look forward to returning again.

We’ve done lake vacations for years now and this was our favorite getaway by far! Tom was so easy to work with and took care of any/all questions we had. The house had wonderful amenities and on-the-water toys to keep our kids (and us adults) busy for hours. The lake access and beautiful yard sold us immediately - there is truly something for everyone at this house.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. The home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The views of the lake were spectacular. Sitting by the fire alongside the lake was amazing and relaxing. This lake house had all the amenities that you can think of and more. We highly recommend this home.

The location, views and surrounding activities was everything you could ask for. However, what made the trip even more welcoming and nice was that communication and support provided by the owner, Tom. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He truly wanted to make sure that we could make the best of our stay. The place was very clean. Tom is great people and I am looking forward to the next trip at the lake house.

The property is exactly as described, with beautiful lake views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and deck and plenty of seating right by the lake. The property was very clean when we arrived, and we had everything we needed to cook indoors and on the outdoor grills. The owner was very good about letting us know everything we needed to know in advance and while we were there.

The home was beyond beautiful/ very clean along with this amazing view of the lake and a bonus relaxing rock waterfall that ran the size of the lot all the way to the lake. Tom was also amazing/fabulous on the communication. I highly recommend this home to rent. :)

From booking the property to our actual stay, the owner, Tom Garda, made the experience a positive one. The property is well equipped with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, grills, kayaks, and much more. The lakefront is lovely and level with 2 docks for those who enjoy fishing.I have bookmarked this property and hope to enjoy it again in the future!
