We were very impressed with the accommodations. The house is absolutely beautiful, well equipped with everything needed. Neighborhood is very quiet. My only issue was there is no street parking and we wanted to entertain some friends that live locally and really couldn’t do it. Other than that, if we were going to come back out there, we would stay there again!

Friend group ski trip - exactly 20 minutes to Purg, 10 minutes to town. Great house. Super clean. Having garage was really great to store skis and gear. Super quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again

The home was the best equipped home we have ever used - enough dishes, pots, pans, dish towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Grocery store literally down the street, close to the ski resort & town. It fit our needs perfectly.

We rented this for our Christmas in Colorado trip. Overall the house was great! The only downside was that we didn't have cell service with our Verizon phones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Durango. This was our first time there and we'll definitely be back. The house itself was large and bright. It is in a golf course community 8 miles north of town. During our stay, we experienced a pipe leak in the garage, but our property manager, through yeoman effort, managed to get someone to repair it over the weekend. There were some other minor problems. There was some chipped paint on the walls, non-functioning vertical blinds, and a torn sheet on the bed. The owner chose not to provide garage remotes for guests so there was the inconvenience of exiting the car to enter the code on the keypad when entering and leaving. We respected the request to remove shoes at the entry, but felt it was unnecessary given the color of the carpet. I believe with a little work, the property could rise from pretty good to excellent.

The house was perfect for our family group. Comfortably furnished and with a nice backyard. Location is great. Far enough from town to enjoy the mountains, but close enough to get to town quickly and easily.

This property was amazing all around! Honestly the vrbo listing under sold how great it truly is. Clean, easy location to find and a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely look to rent this property again in the future.

Fantastic property with lots of room for gathering. The owners were super responsive to the chirping of a smoke alarm battery. Very clean, very comfortable and in a beautiful location.

The house is nicely appointed and close to the riding trails that we rode. Have access to the garage was great so we could leave the bikes in there then go into town for dinner. Nice neighborhood.

The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. (While the following did not affect our stay the agency needs to know that the sprinkler system is not working and the grass is dying.. The router was plugged into a switched outlet and therefor was off when the light was switched off. Also the cover on that outlet was broken.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with pretty much anything you could need to have a comfortable stay. The management company is very responsive, so there are no worries.

The photo of the house is a misrepresentation. There is very limited views of the mountains. It is at least 10 to 15 years old because currently the house is surrounded by 25 to35 foot trees. . Listing the house as four bedrooms is disingenuous. This is a three bedroom house. The bedroom which is in front of the house has no closet. So it is truely not a bedroom. In addition, this front room has double doors to the open living area. So there is no privacy and it is not closs to bathroom. Appliances seem to be the original ones. The oven door was loose, and the digital readout faded. The toaster sometime only toasted one side. Our first week there was not a smart TV and we were appreciated that the agent got a smart TV. However they did not replace the old TV in the master bedroom. The house has many large windows which makes it bright and cheerful. However the windows were dirty.

We absolutely loved this property! It is a beautiful and clean house with lots of space. It was very well maintained and the management company was very accessible through texting. They were attentive to our needs and wanted to make sure anything that needed fixing was done immediately, which wasn't needed for our stay, it was perfect! The neighborhood is on a beautiful golf course and every yard is manicured to perfection. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Durango.

This house was perfect for family to gather and reconnect. We found most items we needed in the kitchen and there is plenty of seating for small groups while still being open and allowing everyone to mingle easily. The location is great for going into town or up the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.
