my only complaint is that we tried to book a few extra days and they were sold out. lol….I understand why!

The location is amazing and the facilities are always clean. The hot tubs on the roof are awesome. We love being able to walk to everything in Durango. We will stay here again.

It seemed like since we had been there last the pull out sofa beds were changed and were much less comfortable than before.

great location and parking. Beautiful fully stocked condo (kitchen, bathroom etc). appliances and coffee etc was perfect! I had everything I needed to cook a meal for 5 people! loved the jacuzzi too. quiet

Exceptional front desk staff. Very clean property, both the room and public areas. EXCELLENT location in downtown Durango CO.

The only challenge we observed was the parking which is somewhat limited, I think, because of the downtown location. However, we did not experience any issue since we mostly walked and did not need to re-park during the day.

The scent of the cleaning materials used in the room was overpowering. Had to open the patio door and turn on all the fans and leave for a bit to disperse it.
