Was disappointed in the poverty surrounding our stay.

Overall it was very nice,the place is very nice .this was our first time staying here we will definitely stay here again.the is friendly cordial and professional we felt the time went to fast, therefore we will be back.

Condo was clean with great views on 12th floor..When we arrived we found 2 bathroom faucets were broken, I called maintenance and it was repaired in an hour. Was well supplied including coffee filters. Overall great experience and great communication with the hosts who answered every one of our emails promptly..Would certainly book again

We stayed at the Las Palomas 5 days and we didn't have water 😒 and we paid for each day full price,but no water that's unsepctable,they're should reimburse some many back to the guests!

Property was great the view to ocean was beautiful at mornings and at sunset. We had a great time only downfall is our ice chest wasn’t allowed at pool.

Room was perfect for my family and I . Great room with a prefect view . The room is close to the the elevator that is convenient to go up and down . Also wasn’t loud as some would think . Cleaning service came around daily that was a nice extra we weren’t expecting . This is our 2nd time staying at Las Palomas and look forward to coming back !

Outstading

Las Palomas is fantastic and this phase 2 room was perfect for a few people. It’s right off the elevator and made it very convenient.

This is a first rate property that offers as much or more than any US based ocean front property. Hosts were great and responsive. The food in the area was fresh and better than expected. Everyone we met, either guests or visitors were warm and inviting. Lots of street/beach vendors will sell you anything and everything. Suggest you bring a lot of small bills. Exchange rate is trending downward. We found the casino gave us the best exchange rates. Pay for restaurants w US cash or pesos not credit cards. Exchange rates are location but location. Pharmacy prices are extremely cheap. Suggest Super Ley or Bodega Aurrera; both are interesting cultural surprises. Oh, zero issue w border crossing.

Place is really comfortable, clean and spacious. Everyone is very friendly. We had a great time.

Property was as described, clean, and slightly bigger than expected. Comfortable size for 4 adults. Location was great, Las Paloma’s is always a good place to stay at. The pullout couch bed was not comfortable, especially for my tall spouse (not a surprise for us) but we were realistic to that when we chose to book this property that may be the case. The hot water was not working for the first day but hosts were helpful in guiding us to a switch that needed turning on to get the hot water and had no further issues. Overall, a great stay. The resort has a great breakfast and nice coffee place that’s been added on site since I visited Las Paloma’s last. I would come back to this property as long as I got to stay in the bed and not pullout couch. Thank you Jim and Sandy!

Fine. We go alot

Was impressed by the cleanliness and care taken of the condo. You can tell the owners take pride in their ownership. A few items noted 1. Bed is very high , for short people challenge to get in. 2. The shower is either hot or cold.. mix valve may need replacing.

The condo and the resort are very nice, clean, comfortable and safe. The condo has beautiful views of the beach, it was fun to watch the pelicans diving for fish right in front of our eyes. There were a few missing items in the condo that would have made it easier for people like us who like to cook( a baking pan/ sheet; a Pyrex or steel serving platters, a whisk, a corkscrew ). The owner explained the missing top rack of the dishwasher as a temporary problem due to breaking and not being able to replace it before our arrival. The smart Blu-ray was missing the HDMI cable that connected it to the TV, we bought one but realized the remote control would not operate the Blu-ray. Jim was always easy to reach and replied our messages quickly. It’s a lovely condo and we enjoyed it, the golf course and the beach walks.
