Very comfortable condo in a fabulous location! It’s an easy and short drive to all tourist things In Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay. Restaurants, bars, beach and grocery stores were within a 5-10 minute drive from the condo. The condo was clean, nice touches and the view from the patio was absolutely Amazing!

A nice, comfortable condo with great views! And an added bonus: it is within walking distance to the shops of Follly Beach!

This is the perfect location to walk around Town of Folly and to the Beach. It was also a quick under 10 min uber ride into Charlotte. Very clean and loved watching the dolphin and the boats on the back patio. Owner and Manager very nice and helpful since we had plane delays and late check in. Highly Recommend

This was a great, clean property. We were very happy with this rental. The location is great if you enjoy a short, very doable walk to town. We loved walking back and forth for breakfast,etc. It is just a short walk across the bridge (scenic), to get to the heart of Folly Beach. You can always drive if you want to! The pool was closed for the season but we did use the tennis court which was a plus for our family. They do have a pickeball net if that interests you. Communications with owner were great! No complaints at all and hope to be back!!

Property was just as described. Very comfortable. Short easy drive into downtown Charleston. Host was great and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Rob was very responsive. The condo was great! It was perfect for family to spend time together and have their own space. The walk to Folly beach was quick.

This place was so nice! It was perfectly located near EVERYTHING! The sunrises and sunsets were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. It was so quiet and peaceful and felt like home. The condo was more than adequately stocked with linen, extra blankets, kitchenware, box fans and games! We highly recommend and plan on returning! One of my most favorite vacations I’ve ever been on. Stop looking, book this place now and you won’t regret it!

There were a bit more hoops to jump through to book here than the last time we stayed there. This time I had to sign a lease, send my license plate and DL into etc. Check in was fine, the gate was open. Getting in touch with Robert is not easy. He does not always respond quickly and the phone number listed on VRBO is not his number. Lindsay was very responsive. When we arrived, there was dirty laundry in the kitchen floor, preaumably left by the last renter. A dirty dish in the sink, cream cheese in the fridge, and water left in a cooler. One bed was completely unmade. Its laundry was in the floor. I had to move the wet sheets out of the washer and move them to the dryer so they would not mold. I had to move the soiled used linens to the washer. Also a chair was broken and left in the middle of the living room with a note and cash from the previous renter. Most of the condo was clean so I guess maybe the cleaning crew had to leave early and never came back to finish the job. The back porch was hot even with the fan on. The windows did not open very far to allow air to move around. The back door on the porch did not lock, but thankfully the inner sliding door did.

the overall experience was amazing! the owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. My only concerns are about the surrounding property. The access code to initially enter the property did not work. We eventually just followed another car in. The pool did not get cleaned all week. By day 3 there was a ton of duck poop all around and in the pool. It got pretty gross. Our condo was beautiful though, no complaints at all!

Great property. Very clean and updated. Close walk out drive into Folly Beach area. Beautiful back covered patio to have coffee and relax in. Robert was awesome communicating and helping with everything. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed with our son and daughter-in-law and brother and sister in law for a week. Beautiful roomy 3 bedroom condo with great amenities and close to everything (Charleston, Folly Beach etc.) Robert was great as we only needed one clarification on door lock. Thanks

Our group of females in their 30's all enjoyed our long weekend in Folly thanks to Rob's condo. From start to finish Rob was a wonderful host who was happy to answer questions and assist us as needed. The condo was well appointed and in a great location if you don't mind either a short walk (about half of a mile) or a quick car ride over the bridge into Folly Beach. We loved being able to walk over to restaurants and to have a quick drink or two. I look forward to coming back and would definitely stay in this condo again.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I have stayed in a lot of places and this was probably the most clean one I have ever stayed in. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect too, not far from the beach and close to other shopping. The owner was great! He was easy to communicate with and made sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Definitely a five star in every aspect!

We rented this condo for our family and my parents. We like to have our own space and this place was perfect for that. Plenty of beds and little nooks to sit in. Beautiful views and wonderful owners who were available to answer any questions. There was some construction that was going on while we were there and the owner called us to give us full transparency as to what to expect and gave us the option to cancel if we felt it would be an issue. We still went and only had one or two minor problems which the owners were quick to fix and even gave us a credit for. Truly wonderful people and once the dust settles from construction we hope to go back!

Great Location - very peaceful loved the outdoor screened porch. Great indoor space for all of us and kitchen well supplied. Location was so easy to drive or walk to Folly Beach. Would stay there again!

Everything was great. Clean, great view and close to everything. Our only problem was getting in the gate. The code wouldn’t work so we called # on pater work and never did get a reply. Ended up sneaking in behind another car, got the gate card to go let our friends in. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo and Folly beach.

The property was exactly as described and much more. Gorgeous marina view from enclosed porch. Condo is spacious, sparkling clean, fully appointed kitchen, plenty of towels for all! Loved staying there! Would definitely rent again when go back. Folly Beach is fun small town and just minutes from downtown Charleston. So much to do...have to go back!!

This Vrbo had everything we needed, and even saw dolphins from the screened in porch (with ceiling fan). Rob was great to work with, and any questions we had, he responded within 10/15 minutes. Would def stay here again.

Condo was in great location, was clean and spacious. Price given by owner does not reflect all the fees, so was much more costly than we anticipated. Also, would be kind of owner to provide bikes and parking passes.

Would recommend the following for this condo: 1. Provide two pool keys. 2. Add coat hooks to back of all bedroom and bath doors since only one towel pp is provided and towels cannot be hung outdoors. 3. Sofa and loveseat were very comfortable, as were all the furnishings. Thinking a sofa bed would be good, but maybe would put it over maximum occupancy.

This condo was just as pictured. Very clean (I’m very picky about this) and spacious. The kitchen is small but packed with everything you’ll need. All appliances are high quality. The beds and pillows are comfortable, towels are nice quality too. The best part was the screened porch. Dolphins each morning and sometimes the evenings too. Just a stunning view we enjoyed! The lack of grill was a downfall for us- We liked to eat at the condo and walking to and from the pool area to grill was a pain, but the charcoal grill was decent there. The pool and close proximity to the beach was a nice bonus (we never walked it). There is a SUP tour that takes off close by at the boat launch. We also chartered a fishing boat and sailboat that were close. Overall, if we return to Charleston we would stay here again.

Nice family vacation rental. Pool close to condo and beautiful view of dock and river from the porch. Short walk to dock to view sunset.
