Cute little cottage with 2br, 1ba. Very clean, close to the beach. Lots of supplies for the beach.
Could use softer towels in bathroom and perhaps some instructions on the shower as it was quite hot on any setting.
Prior communication was slow but once there was pretty attentive.

Property was exactly as described! Very clean, a short walk to the beach, plenty of hot water, decently comfortable beds. Had just about everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The only negative is the couch isn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great 2 bedroom rental just a short walk to a very uncrowded beach. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening and the kids loved the pool. The condo had everything we needed for the week long vacations, from beach umbrellas to pool noodles, even a volleyball and football. TV was very large. Only negative was the couch was a bit small/uncomfortable. Would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend trip. The unit had everything we needed plus items we did not even know we would need. So clean and nicely decorated. Even being a unit that backs up to the busy road, we did not notice traffic noises. Perfect for 3 adults and a 2 year old. Nice to be just a short stroll to the beach. The unit is very well maintained and we would stay again in a second. We have told everyone we know how nice the unit, beach and area were. Thanks for the hospitality!

This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches.

We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and easy access to a quiet beach. Plenty of room for the two of us. One downside, the couch and chair in the living area are super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the couch. Other than that, we really onjoued our stay. Location is great as you have plants of beaches north and south.

Our family of five had an amazing time here! The unit was very clean and exactly like pictured! We had everything we needed and the boogie boards were a huge bonus that our children loved! Just steps from the beach front! Pool is heated and very nice! Laundry right next to the unit too! Check in and out super easy, we HIGHLY recommend!

We really enjoyed this condo at Longboat Key. It is very close to the beach. The condo was decorated very nicely and was very clean. Photos are accurate. The only downside was the couch and chair were not comfortable. So when we tried to watch TV as a family became an issue. Otherwise very nice.

We had the absolute best time at Longboat Key. This cabana is in a very quiet and not commercialized area. Loved the decor and retro vibe! There were thoughtful little extras throughout. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!

Fantastic property! Just a VERY short walk to the VERY uncrowded beach! Ms. Damm has thought of everything as far as amenities go. We loved the decor, the comfy beds, and all the "extras!" Great restaurants all around us and never had to wait on a table. Publix and Harry's Corner Store were nearby for any extras you may need. It was a WONDERFUL and very relaxing week PLUS we had a fantastic and entertaining neighbor. An absolute blast of a vacation! Thank you again, Ms. Damm!

The furniture and beds are SO uncomfortable, would of been even better stay if the comfort of the guests was first and for most.

The condo was clean and cute inside. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the large table was great for both meals and board games.
The beds were comfortable and the beach was just right there. When my kids discovered the boogie boards they were over the moon!
The pool was also a nice bonus.
10/10 would definitely return.

For the second year in a row we stayed at Cabana 9, and had a relaxing wonderful stay. The cabana is clean, decorated nicely and has just about everything we would need! We had lunch on the patio swam in the pool and relaxed on the beach. Can’t wait to return!

This property is literally steps from beautiful Long Boat Beach; just walk out the door and down a short path.
Property was as described and convenient to many locations. My only suggestions for the property would be to provider a larger cooking skillet, put some towel hooks up in the bathroom and possibly update beach umbrellas as they were weathered at the bases and did not fit securely into the anchoring device that goes into the sand; causing them to tip over/tilt very easily.
Would definitely rent again and recommend to all who are looking for no hassle access to the beach and local restaurants.

When I rented this place I was using a walker and liked the first floor rental. When we arrived (since we couldn’t get our money back) I was using a wheelchair for a foot injury. We were shocked that there were steps inside onto the kitchen/dining level and into a bedroom. The entrance to the bathroom area was too narrow for the wheelchair. The bed in the back bedroom was uncomfortable and the pool area unimpressive. The unit was closest to the busy and noisy road and farthest from the beach area. The kitchen and bath supplies were good; that’s the only good thing about the place. We had paid for 3 nights and stayed one.

We had a quick 4 night stay in cabana 8. We really loved it. The condo is spotless and decorated so beachy and beautifully. There is a nice pool and easy beach access, which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Had an opportunity to do a quick getaway over the week of July 4. Found this little condo complex right on the beach in Longboat Key. Our unit was just as described and the photos were an accurate representation. The only thing I would change/update would be the shower door. I would have it frosted so if the shower was in use, the rest of the bathroom could still be used - traveled with wife and 2 daughters. The location was great - the beach wasn’t crowded at all during the holiday week. Close to Publix for groceries and restaurant options. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay in Longboat Key at the Beach Cabanas condo. If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing, family friendly area then this is the place! The grounds are beautiful, the condo offered everything we needed and more! We loved the close proximity of the condo to the beach. The one level condo was perfect for our kids allowing them and us to get outside quickly and easily. The grill area at the complex was clean and maintained. The pool area was very nice. Book this condo now - you wont regret it!

We have been staying at this complex for years, first time in this particular unit. It is well equipped, nicely decorated, and very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

In the past we stayed on Anna Maria, but it’s gotten so expensive we looked for an alternative. We liked this place better. The kitchen was well supplied (many places are always short on utensils), the table could fit our family of six, and it was decorated very nicely. We will definitely be staying there again if it’s available.

My wife and I along with my 1 year old daughter and my wife’s mother stayed here for our daughters first trip to the beach! The house was everything we needed for our stay and more. Super clean, easy to get to and great proximity to the beach! Would highly recommend for any family with children!

My husband and I stayed here for four days. The condo is very lovely. This was our first time staying in Long Boat Key. We were glad to be close to Coquina Park as I couldn’t get to the beach on the property because I have to use a cane or walker. We would stay there again because of the condo itself.
