This was a wonderful place for a mini family reunion. Plenty of space in the condo and it was very well equipped. Overall a wonderful experience.

Condo was spacious and had plenty of room for eight people. Had beautiful views of the beach from all three bedrooms as well as the main area. We would definitely recommend staying in this unit.

I love that this is right in the water and that it’s a split bedroom plan. My husband and I and our best friends wanted to get away for a few days to enjoy the beach and this was perfect! Kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed and plenty of linens for our stay were provided. The view was the best of all!!! Walls of floor to ceiling windows to allow the outside in and just relax in the beauty of the water and waves.

We were able to accommodate everyone from our teenagers to our 80 year old mom who has dementia. It was a beautiful home feeling with amazing gulf views. Would recommend.

The property was not managed by VRBO but by Blue Swell which was a different process than we were familiar with. The room was clean and nice. The exercise room was closed and the pool shown in the pictures was no where to be found. I messaged Blue Swell about these issues and they told me I would need to check with the property. Well when we got there we just drove in and went to our room. There was not a front desk or anything which was also different than anywhere we had stayed in the past. However later I received an email from Blue Swell stating the exercise room was closed indefinitely. Probably would not have chosen this complex had we known.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of towels…thank you! No issues of any kind.

This property was perfect. The location was as described. The beach was beautiful and with no other access other than adjacent condos the beach wasn’t over crowded. There was plenty of dishes etc and everything was very clean. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable We would stay there again

Property was nice. Needs a little bit of maintenance but overall it was good.

Overall we had a great stay. The place was not ready when we arrived as apparently there was some confusion on whether new tenants were coming in. They sent the crew right away and had it clean in an hour. The cleanliness was good, not great. There were some spills under the couch that we noticed when folding out the sleeper. The couch cushions were left sitting upright as if someone forgot to put them down, no big deal. But overall, the cleanliness was good, just minor details. We had a couple small maintenance issues, nothing urgent but a door latch, door handle and TP holder. We notified Blue Swell and they responded immediately. The maintence man was there within an hour to make the repairs. Then the dishwasher was hit or miss. Ran it a couple times and water didn’t run or the pod didn’t dispense. Maintenance came again and cleaned the filter at bottom of tub, and it seemed to fix the problem. But then it was still hit or miss. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn’t. I wouldn’t let it discourage you as it was a great place, pictures are accurate, beach was great, pools were great. I would come back for sure. The little things were to be expected in peak season as these units get a lot of traffic.

Everything was clean and stocked with everything in the kitchen you would need. I would definitely like to return. Only downfall was I left an item (my fault) and called to see about it being shipped. I was told $25 charge, no problem. I was then told on multiple occasions they would have the cleaning staff look and call me back. I never received a call back and I continued to reach back out. Sad to say it was never located.
