We had a great relaxing time staying at Adagio and Santa Rosa. The condo is beautiful and very clean! You will NOT be disappointed. The only negative thing I can say is the rental price for the beach umbrella and chairs, roughly $650 for the large umbrella and 5 chairs for the week. This is not the fault of Adagio, but you need to be aware for budgeting purposes.

The only major grievance that I have is that the complex has give an umbrella company the rights to rent umbrellas and chairs and they have allocated them 3/4 of the beach front. You had to be at the beach at 5:30am to get a position near the front.

Having to sit near the back of the beach in the middle of summer is brutal. You do not get the ocean breeze to cool you down.

For that reason alone, I will have to reconsider staying at the property again.

While we loved the condo, it was not necessarily very child friendly for those traveling with young children. Several glass tops on furniture were not secure, as well as an excessive number of power strips located throughout the condo. Additionally the pool gates did not have working latches/locks . The only issue we had in the condo was with the oven- there was no way to turn off the oven once started unless you set a cook time , and chose a stop time, or if a cook mode was selected the oven would not shut off until the time was complete ( we selected this by accident and had to wait 35 minutes before being able to turn off the oven). This of course presented some obvious safety concerns as well. Overall though we definitely enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider renting this condo in the future!

The balcony furniture has a large table with cushioned chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The sectional sofa in the living room is huge & comfy! Even though we weren’t Gulf Front, the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Building G is the closest pool side building to the beach access. We rented a 14 foot umbrella for the week and brought our own chairs. We were always in the front row. We reserved the umbrella from LDV online about a month before our arrival. There are quite a few steps going down to the beach. We decided not to use our beach cart that we brought. Bringing it down the steps would have been difficult. The pool is awesome and huge! It never seemed overcrowded. We walked to the Aloha store, and Blue Mountain Creamery. There are a few other places to eat in walking distance. We ate at the Irish pup across the street! Great burgers! We also had pizza delivered.
Checking in/out was super easy. Our unit was ready before the 4:00 check-in time. I was emailed codes for our door, drive-through gate, pedestrian gate, and the gym before our arrival.
Awesome, family friendly place! We will definitely return to Adagio!

We've stayed in several other units at Adagio and this one did not disappoint. Blue Mountain Beach and the Santa Rosa Beach area are the ideal on the gulf coast. Not as crowded and more scenic than Panama City and Destin but both are easy drives.

Wonderful place! Five stars, very clean. Missing a few kitchen items including dishwasher detergent and more dish towels, which are nice for a longer stay.
