I rented this for a ladies retreat it was perfect for the 7 of us.

We rented the two floors of the house. Very spacious with lots of beds, had beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys to use. Was Super close to the beach. Only con are garages are very small, couldn’t park in them to unload, the double garage wasn’t tall enough to fit an SUV (which we had) and barely fit a minivan. Would be fine with cars though. But we figured it out and it worked out fine.

The house was clean, inviting, had great sunlight and the perfect place for our family to gather and spend a memorable weekend together. For a larger group it is perfect. Enough separation for privacy but still open and communal.

Stacey's place was awesome. Everything was as described, and everything looked like it did in the pictures. She gave good instruction and was very accommodating. Such a close walk to both the beach and the bay!

This house was conveniently located right by the bay and a couple minute walk to the oceanside. The location was ideal. There is more than ample supplies of kitchen utensils, a nice refrigerator and gas stove. The property was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The downstairs laundry is convenient. The outside deck was a pleasant area to visit with family and friends. We did not have a vehicle, we found everything that we needed within a short walk.

This place was in an excellent location and met our needs to the fullest. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place close to the beach that will accommodate a large group of people. The neighborhood was very quite and relaxing, many shops and restaurants are within a short walk (we really enjoyed Swell Cafe, which is pretty much next door to the house). The owners were very quick to respond and provided a clear house manual that made check in very simple. The doors have codes so no key exchange is necessary, and the parking instructions were clear and easy. The house is furnished beautifully and is stocked with all of the basic bathroom and shower supplies, towels, beach stuff, etc, you will need. Highly recommended, we hope to come back soon!

We loved this property and were so lucky to find a home in Mission Beach to accomodate our entire group! There were 20 of us total and we all had more than enough space to spread out. Each floor had its own kitchen and living room which let each age group of kids watch their own shows in the evening. We could walk to great restaurants and the amusement park as well as the beach and bay. We never left the property, except to visit Sea World and Legoland, but it was a luxury to have a space for all of our cars. This home has 5 parking spaces which is unheard of! We hope to come back next year and can't thank the owners enough for helping make the week so memorable!
