The apartment was clean and nice. We enjoyed relaxing there after a few days of biking in the area.

Very clean and comfortable. We used it as a base for traveling around the lake area and it’s a bit more remote than we expected. The host/owner is a very cordial person and made us feel at home. It has a fully equipped kitchen allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet private neighborhood. Fully supplied kitchen with everything we needed. Great to have a washer and dryer available too. Mike and Liane we're great hosts!

I would recommend this place. More toilet paper should be provided. Other than that we were golden.

That is the best discription for this vacation spot. It was everything we were hoping for and more. My husband was in a Bass tournament for the weekend and I decided I would join him this time. I found this lovely place that was a short distance from the ramp he would use to launch and I could just enjoy the lake. I wanted to be able to get right on the lake and feel safe if I was swimming or kayaking alone. It was perfect, we had our own private spot and I relaxed the minute we got there. There is a public boat launch right down the road as well. The apartment above the garage is so homey and clean. The views are spectacular from all the windows. Sunrise over the lake view and sunset view from the back porch overlooking a private field. Mike and Liane are superb hosts who were so helpful if we had any questions and I could tell enjoyed the fact that we loved their place so much. Truly good people that I hope to keep in touch with. I could see myself retiring to a spot just like this. So bring your best floatie and your best mate and be ready to let your cares just drift away.

Beautiful spot on Lake Champlain. The house is new and clean. Having Mike across the street is a big plus . We brought our own beds because we’re very picky about our beds. Mike didn’t seem to mind.

The North End Nook is a perfect getaway for a quiet and peaceful stay. The private beach and secluded location made for a restful vacation for my husband and I. We were able to explore North Hero State Park and Pelots Natural Area and enjoy the local establishments on the island, all within a 15 minute drive. The loft was clean and well appointed and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect little apartment with everything you could need. Hosts were super helpful and available, lovely to talk to. Especially loved the private back deck for morning coffee/tea and easy access to the lake. We enjoyed this quiet getaway in the beautiful and peaceful North Hero.

Second story back deck with awning looking out over an open field was great for eating outside, small private beach with chairs and fire ring great for sitting and having morning coffee.

My boyfriend and I had a very relaxing vacation in this home away from home. We got to experience the serenity of nature and the unobstructed tranquility of the water. The house was beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. The deck had a nice grill w/ a small patio set. We really enjoyed listening to the birds chirp as we sipped our coffee in the am and enjoyed our evening cocktails. The only downside was the bed sunk in considerably. Our backs were a bit sore the next day. Regardless, we still had a wonderful time. Mike made us feel very welcomed and even gave us a little history behind the property. He was very accommodating and let us know he was available if we needed anything. Overall a great stay! Just what we needed!

This is an apartment I could come back to again and again whenever I need a respite from the world. Our own little beach and an apartment that Liane and Mike have thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need. There is also a great deck with an awning for outdoor dining. Super pleasant! This property is in a very peaceful spot which is perfect for us. And Liane and Mike are responsive hosts. When I asked if they could turn off the security light by our bedroom window, Mike installed a new electric switch to make us happy. Five stars!

We were in town for a wedding and the location perfect! Our son loves to fish so the dock was wonderful!

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. The apartment is spotless and so new I couldn't believe anyone had ever stayed there before us. It was a sweltering August weekend so the AC came in handy, although we also enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening to take advantage of the island breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The loft (with one closed bedroom) is clean, well-equiped (with A/C*) and very well located.
The bed is not the most confortable and very noisy but not a deal-breaker for a few nights.
We strongly recommend it!

The North End Nook is a cute, quiet, calm little spot. The home is well-appointed (dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, grill) and very clean. Across the street, next door to the owner's home, is a small visitor's beach and seasonal pier. There are chairs to sit and relax with a lake-front view. The home is also a quick drive to the national park, where you can run/walk the trails, fish, camp and picnic. Also a short drive into North Hero, where some of the inns have restaurants that you can take advantage of if you don't want to cook all of your own meals. There were not many "left behind" kitchen staples (spices, oils, etc.), so definitely shop/pack accordingly for all of your basic needs. There were full sets of pots, pans, knifes, utensils, plates, etc.

Good and complete appartment for 2 adults and 2 kids. Warm hospitality and help were needed. Great days as a last part of our vacation in the usa

This is a beautiful little one bedroom loft ( funky low / angled ceilings in some spots) but it does NOT sit on the water or have a hot tub as it says. It sits across the road from a "guest beach" and the home of the owner that has a small area for sitting and a fire. The home is very clean and offers high quality furnishings and everything you need except food. The location is quiet and private.

Great location and beautifully updated accommodations. Short drive to Montreal and Burlington for day trips.

My husband and I came with our two small children and had a wonderful experience.
