Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. The property was a little ways out, but we knew it would be and we loved the beach and facilities! Property manager was helpful and friendly too.

The condo was nice but Tessoro was still being constructed. Private elevator was a nice touch but shaky and loud. Sewage smell on last night coming from drains and toilet got pretty bad. No restaurants, bars, vendors or even a little convenience store was on site. Manuel and Jesus were very nice and helpful but the place lacked in upkeep, trash and unsafe construction materials everywhere. We had kids and a dog so we noticed it all. The private beach was the best part and very quiet. That is why we gave 4 stars. The condo itself was spacious and had most of what we needed.

Our stay was great. Very nice condo, super clean. No complaints there. *There isn’t an actual swim-up bar - one with alcohol, that is, but that was okay as we had our kids with us. Just don’t expect a stocked bar, nor a bartender to serve you anything. The location of the condo is secluded - about 10-15 minutes from the nearest store, so arrive prepared with beverages and food. This was both an amazing aspect of our stay (we felt like we had our own beach at times), as well as somewhat of a bummer since it was a bit of a drive to be where the action is. Overall, I’d recommend the property. Just know you’re off the beaten path - which could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Property was clean and a fabulous view from all the balcony's. The building is probably only 1/2 filled with livable condos, so we basically had the place to ourselves the first day (Tue), a few more on the 2nd and 3rd day. Overall though, not nearly as busy as the Sandy Beach area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and cleaned daily. The beach was wonderful and we had a lot of fun swimming in the ocean. Manuel the property manager was very nice and could be seen walking the grounds.

We've stayed at other properties in various locations in and around Rocky Point, but none compare with this property. First of all, this is a Super Host ... literally. I had one or two questions before and after we arrived and he was so fast in responding to me--that makes a huge difference in the quality of the stay. Tessoro is a fantastic location at the end of Las Conchas. While the drive may seem lengthy to some, it's the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the holiday Rocky Point holiday crowds while providing very easy access to town for when you want to play tourist. The condo itself is amazing. It's appointed well with all the necessary appliances, dishware and flatware. Having three full bedrooms, each with a King bed, means there's no arguing over who gets which room with my kids because they're all great and all have amazing views. The pool area down below is fantastic and the condo's location provides amazing access to the beach. The private elevator to our condo was supremely convenient and having a door code for condo access instead of a lock and key meant we could just cruise down to the pool or the beach and not worry about who had the key, or even losing the key. Finally, the staff at the condo is tremendously helpful and can answer any questions you have, as well as point you in the right direction if you're looking for something in town.

The facilities were clean and beautiful and there were two other families on the amazing beach and at the pool with us on Memorial Day weekend. The check in and out was incredibly simple with no wait. The balcony has sunset views that were unbelievable. My family and I made such amazing memories.

This place is so clean, very quiet I can’t wait to stay here for future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit at this property. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are extremely comfortable, the unit is furnished well and there are lots of towels. Check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The views from the balcony are spectacular with amazing sunset views. We saw dolphins from the balcony on three of the days we were there. The pool and jacuzzi on the Tessoro property are great. All in all it is a place we all enjoyed and a place we will come back to in the future. Thank you to the owners of this property for making it available for others to experience.

I chose this property because I needed a pet-friendly space for 6 close to the beach. This apartment was lovely and spacious with a beautiful balcony, great beach access and exceptional staff. The property owner was VERY responsive and my interaction with everyone there was top notch! We WILL go back.

We had a wonderful time in this rental. The owner sent lots of info that proved to be very helpful and was very receptive when we had questions at the start of our stay. The property was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location as it was private and away from the big city. We would visit again and hope to soon!!

Beautiful property on one of the best beach areas. Owner and management people are fantastic. If you want a beach that is quiet and beautiful this is a fantastic option

The condo was great as expected. Very accurate to what you see in the picture, it was actually more spacious then we expected. Very pet friendly place to stay. We will definitely be going back.

property is really and pretty, kitchen provides all tools you need for cooking every meal, including glass wear for drinks. jacuzzi outdide and inside property, over all a very relaxing weekend.
