Although the weather this time of year (early September) is a bit sketchy, this property made it all better. I hosted our annual friends and family get-together at the beach and this place delivered! Perfect location, and great overall size and layout made it our best place yet!

This place was absolutely perfect! It is spacious, clean, inviting, and more!! It is nearly on the beach! The view of the beach is fantastic! It has wonderful balconies to people watch and is well in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and more! I have stayed many time on the island, and their are a few reasons why I found this place to be particularly special…
-the kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of seating for your group.
-it is so close to the beach that going to the beach is always a good idea. It’s a hop skip across the street!
-the outdoor showers were a game changer!! You can easily clean yourself off so as not to track so much sand indoors and in the pool!
-spacious garage/parking! With so much family, having a place to park was so convenient!
-several ac units that cooled the house beautifully!
-Lots of seating! I felt there was always a place to relax
-2 refrigerators in the kitchen!!!! Um yes!!!
-excellent communication with owner…I felt whatever my needs were, she would be able to help me. But if I were being honest, she did such a great job with the experience there was simply not much of anything we needed!

My family I rented this house for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more pleased. The layout really made it a great place to celebrate with loved ones. Also, having a private pool area and being walking distance from the beach allowed for everyone to choose their fun with ease. We are already planning our next trip to this house next year.
One last note, a special thanks to Lyly for being available at all times of the day to make our visit even more special!

Wonderful property with room for large groups to spread out. Beach front was right across the street! Lyly, the property manager, was very easy to contact. All of our children’s families had a beautiful stay!

The home was in a great location near the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. We had 16 people staying together and everyone enjoyed the private pool and and large kitchen that allowed all of us to gather together.

We rented this villa for a family event. With 18 people to accommodate, the set up and location was perfect! Large kitchen and main family room easily accommodated family meals, and had everything we could ever need. Multiple
fridges, ovens, microwaves, etc. The master suite was beautiful, and each bedroom has their own en suite bathroom. Super convenient for everyone! Lots of stairs, so know that if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues, but for us, it was the perfect spot to celebrate the holidays!

The house fit our family perfectly. Darn weather held us back from many things we wanted to do for our first time, however not being able to walk the beach or use the pool and hot tub was unfortunate. Can’t control the weather though 😩.
We found a wonderful Church Service for Christmas Eve.
Lily was wonderful when we needed to connect with her. A few communication areas in the rules and checkout instructions, but everything was still wonderful.

The property was comfortable for all 15 of us to sleep, have meals together and enjoy the pool and pool table for entertainment. We were walking distance to the beach also!!

A group of 12 and we do this trip every year. This was the first time staying in this home and it was amazing. Easy check in process, house was clean, plenty of space and an amazing pool. It was awesome.

Beach front property did not dissappoint
We brought our entire extended family down for a week long stay over the 4th of July week. From the moment we drove up to the property we were all very impressed. Then you walk in the front door to the house and you're in "awe". This place has every single amenity you would need to live in the house permanently, let along a week long stay. Each of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and accommodating. The main floor with the kitchen/dining/living room was large enough to fit our entire family very comfortably. No issues with the pool and it's temperature (which was perfect during the sweltering heat outside). Same with the inside. The 3 zones of air conditioning kept the house perfect to come into after being on the beach for hours and being a bit overheated from the sun and your sunburns. We had one small issue (albeit small) when we turned on the pool jets, that when running also heat the hot tub part of the pool. It tripped a breaker and we didn't know where to flip the breaker. A quick phone call to the landlord and we had it fixed in minutes. Excellent communication. The family is already wanting to plan another trip back to this place!! 5 STARS

Awesome House
This was a great house to stay at for my family, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was convenient. The house is set up for large groups/families and it was perfect for us. It is also right across the street from a beach access so you are on the beach in minutes. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again when we take another Family Beach vacation!

Beach Getaway
The rental experience for this unit was simple and easy from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend staying here. The place is huge with plenty of room for a large party to stay comfortably.

Easter weekend celebration
They were 26 of us and we all had more than enough room inside of this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Prior to our arrival property manager gave us the code to get in super simple and easy. The home was equipped with TVs in every bedroom and living room/gaming area to our surprise it had Netflix. The beach was easily accessible from the home. The backyard with the pool area had showers conveniently located outside for us to rinse off when returning from the beach which was very nice and convenient. I will be recommending this home for a large groups.

Everything was as described, the check-in process was seamless, communication during the stay was great, and the house was perfect for our group of friends! I wasn’t sure what SPI would be like right before the spring break crowds start arriving, but it was great. Low key if you want it, but lots of music , fun bars and food options.

Absolutely amazing!
My extended family stayed here for a week, and it was wonderful!! Very clean, sooo much space and the location couldn’t have been better! Mattie was great- very responsive to anything we needed or had questions on. When we return to SPI, I won’t stay anywhere else.

South Padre
Home was great. We loved the space and how each room had a king and full bath. Would have liked the hot tub to work full time. One suggestion we have is to put pads under the bar stools around to table as the scooting noise was super loud throughout the house.

SPI dream house!
The house was perfect for the 9 of us, and the pictures were very accurate, very spacious and the perfect location with a beach view from the balconies. Unfortunately we did not use the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ grill due to the wind/cool weather. I would definitely stay here again... I recommend this home!

Our entire family, party of 20, enjoyed our stay here as much as we did last year. Plenty of room for everybody....nobody felt crowded. Great location; great view of the Gulf and easy access to the beach. Already booked our stay at this property for 2022!

We were in love with with pictures and in person was nothing short of what we saw. Amazing and BESTA place in PADRE ISLAND.

This house was perfect for our stay. The location was great right across from the beach. It was a short walk. The pool was perfect. Kitchen and living area worked great for our group. Overall this is a great house for a group. We brought three families, ten kids (ages three months to eight) and three babysitters. Everyone fit comfortably.
