Another perfect summer vacation in the perfect spot! This was our fourth or fifth stay at this house and it was great - as always! Angela has always been attentive and easy to work with...can't ask for more!

I always pride myself in finding the best vacation homes when my group of friends and I travel around the world. In the small, lovely Village of Saugatuck, this property didn't just meet our expectations. It blew them out of the water. All of the appointments at the home are wonderful and just as described in the listing and more. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to begin our weekend getaway plans immediately. The kitchen and outdoor grill were absolutely perfect. We ended up canceling our dinner reservations both nights and elected to stay in and cook so that we could enjoy the property that much more. Accommodations for our group of three were more than perfect. We each loved having our own dedicated sleeping spaces and bathrooms including the extra powder room on the main level. I cannot say enough about the Hansel And Gretel Cottage in downtown Saugatuck except for the fact that I can't wait to be able to return and stay again!

We loved staying here! This is a quiet property, but within walking distance of town. Perfect for our girlfriend getaway. Would highly recommend in every way!

Our family had a great time at this home. Not only was it in a great neighborhood that was very walkable to everything, but it may have been one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. We greatly enjoyed our time, and will be back.

This was our 2nd time at this home, and it was as lovely as ever!! Adorable home with every amenity imaginable… perfect location, only 2 blocks to downtown… homeowner was so pleasant to work with… highly recommend!!!

My boys are grown so this was the first time in awhile to get my family on vacation and under one roof. The home was perfect. It had great separation for 3 adult couples yet a small feel for entertainment. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard along with the games provided for family fun. When you walk out and turn left there are stairs that take you right into downtown. Could not ask for a better home and location. The owner even contacted us as we forgot our apple watches. You would think we are rookie travelers but believe it or not we are seasoned. Thank you for being honest.

Wonderful! Had everything we needed! Landscaping could use a little work as it was overgrown, but other than that it was great!!!! Great location to town and the house is decorated so eclectic and is so charming.

This house is perfect for a stay in Saugatuck. Close to everything and the house/backyard is great if you want a night in!

We had a wonderful time with family in Saugatuck and the house was set up great for everyone including one infant. It was a short walk into town and there was even a playground on the way for our little one to run around. The house is a quick drive to the beach as well. We would highly recommend this house for your family trip!

This was a charming little town and a perfect house for our ladies getaway! Everything was very clean and neat and it was wonderful to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. Would highly recommend this adorable house! It is within walking distance to town and in a quiet neighborhood as well.

My friend and I (she from Grand Rapids, me from Chicago) met here to escape for a long weekend and loved every minute. The home is wonderfully appointed, with space for everyone, comfortable beds, plenty of cooking support, glassware, kitchen stuff and easy to use all around. It is a great off-season find and we loved being able to walk into town and explore on foot. I’ll be back!

Great property. Three floors, each with their own bedroom, full bath and sitting area. Impeccably clean. Fully functioning kitchen with every accessory you need. Next time I’m visiting this is where I will choose to stay.

With spacious bedrooms on each of 3 floors we had more than enough room and loved cozying up on the main living areas to have breakfast, read and play games. The house was spotless and we had all the amenities (and more) we could ask for. It's impeccably decorated, every room, every corner well thought out. Angela, I couldn't help but notice your tasteful art work and unique light fixtures too :). Beautiful home. And the location is perfect. On top of a hill just 2-3 blocks from all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for families, couples/friends. We hope to be back soon!

A couple of friends and I stayed for a weekend girls getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Everything is within a few minutes walk or a 4min drive. The house is immaculate, very cozy and the kitchen is fully stocked. Also some great books on the bookshelf if you forget yours. Overall great trip, would definitely recommend!

Fun and fast 2 days! Quick walk to town! House was awesome! Cozy and lots of privacy. We all want to go back!
