My husband had pretrip doubts about a beach front home in Hilton Head for our family of nine. In his words… “Too expensive and I don’t play golf”. WOW, one step onto the back deck and he changed his mind. The view alone is fabulous and our entire group spent a full week Swimming (pool and ocean), biking, exploring and reconnecting. We can’t wait to return !!

Plenty of room for all 9 (our five adult children, son-in-law and granddaughter) of us! Beautiful view of the ocean from nearly every room- two refrigerator/freezers and washer/dryers just made it all run smoothly - loved the option of pool and beach- having bikes, beach chairs, beach towels provided was an added ease to moving into vacation mode. Truly everything I could have hoped our family vacation could be! Paul was just a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns- awesome hospitality- quickly became our home away from home☀️

We had a wonderful week on Hilton Head and this home was very comfortable, lots of amenities, and lots of space to spread out! Highly recommend the Low Country Boil by Paul! Paul and Owner have great recommendations for things to do and restaurants!

This was our family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and we had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The location can not be beat! Staying right on the beach was a dream. The views were gorgeous and spending hours relaxing on the screened in porch with views of the ocean was perfect. We definitely utilized all the house had to offer from the large living area to the pool table to the bikes. Paul went above and beyond, providing us with information about fishing spots and great restaurants as well as securing passes to fish in certain areas. If you have the opportunity we definitely recommend taking him up on his offer to prepare a low-country boil! It was such a fun and delicious experience. Marc, the owner of the property, checked in on us at the beginning of our stay to make sure we were comfortable and followed up on our last day as well. This trip was planned last minute since our normal vacation spot was not available and we were NOT disappointed. The trip was so successful that we are already considering our return visit next year!

This is our second annual girl's trip at this property and can't say enough great things about the hosts Marc and Paul and the house. Location is perfect, has something for everyone whether it's going to the beach (chairs provided btw....), lounging by or in the pool or just finding a quiet spot to read a book, this has it. We heated the pool this time around and it was worth every penny - was perfect temperature! Long list of amenities provided so you really don't have to worry about anything at all. Marc and Paul were fabulous hosts and were available for any and all things if needed. We are looking forward to returning for our next trip! ~Carrie E

You cannot get much better than this house! It has everything you will need for a wonderful beach stay. The outdoor areas are exceptional and the ocean views are 💯. We will definitely be back!

After decades of vacationing on Florida's gulf coast, we chose Hilton Head Island for this year's family beach trip.So glad we did! Arriving at the house which is located in a quiet residential area made us feel instantly relaxed. This beach front home is perfectly located to nearby shopping, restaurants and other amenities. The owner,Marc,has thought of everything to make one's stay more relaxing and enjoyable. He has carefully stocked necessities for the kitchen, baths and provided beach towels and beach set ups.We especially enjoyed the large adjustable pool side umbrella. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 5 young children. A screen porch and upper level balcony got a lot of use. But what truly made this a great experience was the friendliness and attentiveness of Marc and his property manager, Paul.We arrived to find a bottle of wine, fresh baked goods and chocolates. Paul personally greeted us to help orient us to the property and answer any questions. Best of all we had Paul prepare us a low country boil that was both delicious and great fun. Our family agreed hands down that this was our best beach vacation ever and all want to return to this same house-which we have booked for 2023 and 2024. Thanks again Marc for sharing your beautiful home and being so welcoming. (Uncle!) Paul you were the best and we hope you'll do another cook out for us next year. Joe and Toni C.

Beautiful house in prime location. Well furnished.

Our family had the most amazing stay this past week!! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had all the little things that made our stay so much more convenient. The backyard was easily the best part, giant pool, great jacuzzi, hammock and seating everywhere. The shortest walk to the beach which was so clean and very private! Everything we needed was there, we barely left the property all week. This place exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!!

Mark and Paul are the most attentive property owner/managers! Everything was absolutely wonderful, and they checked in periodically to make sure we were doing alright. The proximity to the beach was awesome, and the amenities/supplies were so helpful! We enjoyed everything this property had to offer, and had the best week with family. The views inside and out were incredible, we had a low-country boil at the house and it was fabulous, we swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub almost everyday, and we rode the bikes on the beach. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dogs which is key for us. We can’t wait to book again for 2024, since 2023 is fully booked already!

We just spent a wonderful week at 8 Wanderer. We went with a big group, 4 grandparents, 4 parents, and 4 kids. The house was perfectly suited for all our needs. All the beds were comfortable, and the house was cleaned well. Before I talk about the house, let me mention how attentive and friendly the manager Paul, and owner Marc are. They stop by from time to time and help with whatever needs it. They are very responsive! And the seafood boil Paul offers is not to be missed. 10/10 compared to going to a restaurant!! What the pics might not capture is the BEAUTIFUL view from all the common rooms. The windows in the living room are breathtaking, and the screened in porch is the perfect spot for coffee looking out at the beach. The upstairs master even has a balcony where you can look out over the beach and ocean, and even see if any of your gang is in the water! The pool is large, and the hot tub is hot when you want it to be. The house comes fully stocked, too. While it is not the most modern house on the beach, it is well taken care of, and they thought of everything you might need. We hope to stay again!!

Wonderful vacation rental experience! Marc and Paul were very attentive throughout the whole process and made sure we had everything needed. Looking forward to our next vacation rental from them!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. This was our first time renting oceanfront and it was the perfect choice for our family of 7-8 adults (could have added more as there was plenty of space). Beautiful views from lots of places in the house. The main balcony is spacious and well furnished with a gas grill, boiling pot, dining tables and chairs. The uppermost balcony (off one of the two master bedrooms) had a spectacular view and was perfect for morning coffee. The pool was quite the luxury and made for a great place to relax and cool off when the beach got too hot in the mid-day. The pool deck area had 8 new lounge chairs that were very nice, and there were plenty of beach chairs and 8 bikes available for our use. The fire pit was well-situated for a relaxing evening campfire. The kitchen is a bit small, and its one single entry point made it difficult for multiple people to enter and use. The house, and it’s furnishing is a bit dated, but in someways that made it an even more relaxing place to just hang out. The property manager and owner were easy to access and communicate with should the need arise. Couldn’t say better things about the location on Hilton Head. We’ve been to the Island many times and we usually stay in Sea Pines, which we love. This was our first time staying North of Coligny Circle. We were concerned it would feel too far removed from the places we loved, but the setting was so beautiful that we seldom felt the need to even leave the property.

We were looking for a winter getaway and found this wonderful place in Hilton Head. Wonderful views of the ocean, excellent access to the beach, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, stocked kitchen, and just about everything else you need for a beach vacation. Hot tub and heated pool were lovely. Seamless check-in and very responsive hosts.

This house was the PERFECT base camp for our large running group. Clean and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. Amazing views to relax to and a hot tub to recover in. Paul was amazingly helpful during both check in and our stay, ready to answer any questions we had, and the thoughtful treats and extras were a great touch. Everyone LOVED it, and I was amazed by how quiet and peaceful the location was.

The house was PERFECTLY located on the island. The beach itself was wonderful, but the fact that it was just steps from our door even better. If you don’t like the beach there was a good size (heated) pool with hot tub. Marc was great and quickly responded to any questions or issues we had. He never made us feel like we were bothering him. The house was fully stocked so we didn’t need to run out immediately and get the basics. As a plus, every bedroom has a designated bathroom. The views were phenomenal and the house is located in a very nice area. I would definitely recommend and plan on returning.

We LOVED staying at this property! The pool, spa, and the ocean out the back door-the kids were all in heaven!! It was very relaxing and we will be back. Marc was always available if needed!! Thanks for the great memories!!

Seven of us came down for the week on a girls trip and had such a great time! The owner met us the first day to give us a run down on all of the amazing amenities provided to you - seriously, if you've ever done a VRBO for a week and had to go buy salt/pepper, cooking oil, coffee beans, shampoo/conditioner (too much to list here) etc.. you know how much of a pain that is - you don't have to do that at this property! Such a great thought and care was taken in making sure that we had all the basics needed to just be able to come in and start enjoying our time at the beach. With seven of us, we had plenty of space to spread out without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. The house was perfect and the sunrise and beach views were amazing from the large back deck. We've already booked to come back again same time next year and can't wait!

We had long anticipated a family vacation since the pandemic changed everyone's schedule. The pictures on-line didn't give justice to the actual house, location, amenities and proximity to other places in Hilton Head. it was a red-letter week with lots of memories on the beach, pool, hot tub, local golf, shopping and restaurants. The stay started off on the right foot. Both the property manager and owner greeted us upon arrival. Cleanliness was outstanding, and the house has incredible views. Everything you need is provided. Great week

We were a family of 12 (including babies/infants) staying there for a week and had a great staycation. The house has everything you need. We had cars so could go to the local shops to get the staples but the kitchen has all the amenities/spices/herbs. Detergent provided for the 2x washer/dryers. The use of the bikes is a must. The distance to the beach is hilarious, you can roll out of bed onto it so don't worry if you forget anything. When you're tired of the waves/sand, relax by the pool. Owners were great. Super friendly and took care of all our needs. Considering making it a yearly trip if we can manage to get a booking!

We have come to HHI numerous times and have loved this past week. The view was great, the house super stocked and all the amenities were included. We took advantage of the pool, beach access, bikes, and decks. Will definitely return!

The views of the beach and ocean throughout the house were wonderful. Our family of ten especially loved the screened porch where many card games were played and everyone hung out. The kitchen was well equipped, and having 2 washers and dryers with ten people was great.

Had an amazing week with the family. House is clean, spacious, and super easy because of how well stocked it was. Great views of the ocean from nearly every room. Big pool heated to perfection with lots of pool/beach toys available. Bikes included were very convenient. Great location and beach wasn't crowded at all. Marc (owner) and Dave (manager) were both super nice and responsive to any questions or needs. Can't wait to return next year!

We loved the place. Had a great relaxing week with my whole family, children, spouses and grandchildren. We had never done a seafood boil before and really loved that they had everything there to make it happen. It was easy and fun. The beach is perfect. We were in the heated pool every day.

The very best thing about this lovely property is the view and location. It was cool (naturally) in January but the giant floor to ceiling windows and toasty heated pool brought the sea to us. Great restaurants and retail are all nearby but out of sight. We felt free to be outside for long walks and bike rides leaving winter virus worries behind. Property owner Marc was very attentive.

We stay in a lot of VRBOs as a family. This one blows away the others. The house is huge and beautifully laid out with ocean views of the Atlantic from every room and angle. Directly on the beach with your own private pathway. Huge swimming pool and hot tub. But what puts this property over the top is Marc and team’s attention to detail. They make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Instead of having to immediately run out to buy soap, trash bags, etc. they have you covered. Then there are bikes, sand toys for kids, pool floaties, etc for your use. The cherry on the cake, was the towels individually folded like you would see on a cruise. Each with a small candy. And a welcome best French baguette I’ve ever had, a chocolate croissant, wheel of Brie and rose cava! Are you kidding me! Amazing!

Perfect jewel of a home in its perfect setting. The owners were professional, courteous and personable. Marc and Dave filled the home with all the little extras-the things you need but always seem to forget. Plus the coffee maker was a dream come true. The reverse osmosis eliminated water bottles and the Brisker was a new experience for us. We did a crab boil- so sorry we didn't do it on the first day-we would have done more! The location in close to everything but still offers seclusion. The beach was fabulous. Sunrises and sunsets from the decks gave us many picture perfect moments. The pool heat was worth every penny, exactly 89 degrees.. We swam everyday-in December!! We will rent again as soon as family can coordinate the schedules.Many many thanks to Marc and Dave!
