This property is very nice and in a great location if you visit the cool little town of La Conner. Allan was great - very responsive and clearly went out of his way to make sure the house was perfect and we had everything we needed.

Benton Street Retreat was the perfect spot for our women’s gathering. Home is lovely, clean, well stocked with an incredible view.

Do not hesitate to rent this home! It is spotless , very spacious, has exceptionally comfortable furniture and bed linens and towels. It has very well stocked kitchen for cooking creations. The location is perfect with easy walk to town for shopping, coffee or choice of restaurants! Allan the host is nearby and responsive if there are any questions. We went 4/19 to 4/26/23 for tulip festival, all 5 gardens are within 10 miles from the house. The house is located with easy access to major roads. We also visited Deception Pass, Port Townsend: woodbey island,Coupeville , Leavenworth and a casino. Beautiful area of the country to see. Highly recommend this rental home!

Had a wonderful weekend here with our family of seven for a memorial service down the street at the Methodist Church. Hosted relatives at the house after. Alan had an outdoor heater for sitting on the deck. Folks gathered inside and out visiting and playing bocce ball. Perfect

We rented the home for three days in November for our family of 4 (2 college-age girls) and as a place to host extended family in the evenings who were in town for a memorial service. The home was perfect in every respect. Beautiful location perched on a hill with an east-facing view of the Cascades, a large living area and connect deck area that warms quickly with the morning sun, clean and well-kept space, and a five minute walk to coffee, restaurants, and a terrific wine store and wine bar (Hallams). The host owns the home and lives next door, and made sure that everything was comfortable for us while we were there.

Love that all rooms had king-sized beds. Kitchen was well-stocked with handy items. Space was beautifully-updated and comfortable. Easy walk to shops in La Connor. Host was extremely kind and helpful!

We had a great time could not have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. The house is very well laid out and extremely well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Great experience but high dining table and chairs made it difficult for older people with knee hip and other problems. Everything else was superb.

La Conner is among our favorite NW day trips, but we discovered how great of a base it is for exploring the entire Skagit Valley and Samish Bay area. Very comfortable house, peaceful and with great views.

This is a beautiful place and a great location literally a few minutes walk from the shopping in La Conner. Short drive to many wonderful spots in the area. The host was great and very accommodating, allowing for early arrival and late checkout. We had a wonderful time.

This house is lovely, clean and new with great design. Right in town and yet a sweeping view. Wraparound deck to enjoy and a very quiet area. Host is nice and close by.

We spent two weeks at this lovely home and found it to be one of the best places we have rented in a long time. Location was perfect for walking around town and enjoying the many good restaurants, shops and waterfront activities. Allan was a gracious host and the house was clean, comfortable, and supplied with all you could need to cook at home. The large outside deck provided a great place to enjoy meals and more importantly an afternoon nap! Definitely recommend this property and hope to return.

This is easily the nicest vrbo rental we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot - and in some very nice ones. It was absolutely amazing and perfect for our needs. It’s in a great location (a short walk to the La Conner waterfront), and also a quick trip to Anacortes to take the ferry to the San Juans. We also drove to the Cascade mountains from the house (a bit of a drive but do-able!) The house itself is immaculate and has everything you’ll ever need. It’s super clean and has these devices to sanitize the air. The towels, linens and beds are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked, plus a drawer full of random things like a clothespin (which I used), and extra iPhone charger to borrow, tape, scissors etc (a neat “junk drawer” with random things you might need!) The outdoor areas are spectacular - back deck has Mountain views and beautiful sunrises and plenty of seating. The front patio has a fire pit and out in the yard is bocce ball. We truly enjoyed our stay….the house is wonderful and owner Allan so kind and helpful with recommendations (but he is also mindful to not be intrusive). We would highly recommend this lovely retreat!

This had to be one of very best rentals we have experienced as a family. Alan was a joy to talk to and compassionate during our stay. The home is light, airy and modern. The kitchen is even better than ours at home. LaConner is a great launching pad to explore the San Juans, Annacortes, Bellingham and the Skagit Valley. The town itself is thoughtfully done and welcomes tourists. We hope to return soon.
