This quaint property has all amenities you need for a relaxing coastal vacation. Perfect size for a smaller family. Beds were comfy. Plenty of storage. Laundry in the unit was a plus, allowing us to pack light. Access to/from the property was convenient. Tina even had everything you need for the beach or on-site pools, both of which are close. We will be back.

This is a nicely setup condo really well -stocked with about anything you need for vacation. The only downside are the steep stairs, but a nice place with a responsive manager

It was in a nice area, a short walk to the beach park across the street. My only issue was with the screen on the door to the deck was always a battle to open &.close.

We had a very nice time staying in Tinas condo. It was clean, well kept, and she was great to work with!

Condo was well stocked with all we needed for our stay, from kitchen ware to beach supplies. Tina was easy to contact and answered all questions extremely timely. Only suggestion I have is for nicer sheets. They are thin and pilly so glad I brought my own. Also, some kind of holder in shower for soap, etc. would be nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would come again.

Tina was great to work with, and attentive to correspondence. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we were expecting. The condo was very well equipped, with nice beds, kitchen appliances, and beach supplies. The gas grill worked great. Pools were clean. We checked into the temporary library card, but it was $25 (lasts 3mo). Overall, we found the unit comfortable and of great value for the price.

Clean,neat, comfy bed, good wi-fi, close to shopping and beach and the folks around you are quiet and polite. Parking is easy and it is in the safest of areas.

A nice property, Tina is great to work with. Would stay again but with lower level unit. Really nice location, walkable to beach, stores, resturants.

Condo was well stocked with everything we could need. Tina was very easy to work with. We would definitely rent again if back in the area!

Everything was as shown and we were very happy. Tina accommodated is nicely after a minor issue. I’d just be repeating everyone else but we were very happy with our experience.

Great location. Close to beach and grocery store. Lots of essentials needed for the beach already in the condo.

This condo was perfectly located in the Madeira beach yacht club. The pictures are exactly as the condo is. Close to local stores, restaurants, across the lot from sports park. Archibald bech is across the street. Great place to stay. We will be back

This condo was a good place to stay while in Madeira Beach. It has two bedrooms, o e shower and toilet with two separate wash areas. Also the walk to the beach was a bit longer than I expected, about 15 minutes. The condo is within walking g distance to some local bars and restaurants. The pools are also well maintained and heated, as was the clubhouse. The pantry was also nicely stocked. There were also beach chairs and toys available for use. The Hammocks Park was also a good fun beach to enjoy with a bar, restaurant and live music. The place is worthwhile to check out.

Great location. Close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was with the bbq. Needs to be replaced.

The Good: kitchen is extremely well equipped, best Rental kitchen I’ve ever been in. Condo is clean with good beds and updated decor. The dollar store and Winn Dixie are a 5 minute walk, the beach is 10 minutes. Beach is FABULOUS. Loved the area, easy walk to John’s Pass and a multitude of bars and restaurants. Pools are great and well maintained. Complex is quiet and well tended. $22 Uber to PIE and $26 to TPA. The Bad: master bedroom absolutely needs blackout curtains. It’s very, very bright all night due to exterior complex lighting. Internet needs more bandwidth, hangs when two people using it at same time (so could not be used while one of us was working). BBQ needs cleaning and maintenance, not really useable as is. Suggest a better (more sociable) layout for living room furniture. The patio is small but useable but needs a side table or two, and it does not get sun. The tub did not hold water, might be an issue for those with young children. The Ugly: there’s no ugly, we would return in a heartbeat.
