Perfect rental for my family (2 kids, ages 4 and 8). It felt more like staying with family and not a bare-bones rental like some others we’ve stayed in. Having muffins, fresh fruit, milk and English muffins saved us a trip to the store after our cross-country journey. We loved the quiet ceiling fans in each bedroom, the ample table seating options (indoor or outdoor), the toiletries, nightlights, etc. Would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for your use of your house. Really liked the first day in supplies. Did not have to worry about getting to store right away. House was clean and plenty of supplies to start out with. Area was nice and quiet and located near any type of store you may want. Only complaint that I would have staying for 3 months the beds were not that comfortable.

The house was very clean and accommodating. We came down for a fishing trip and was very close to the lakes. We will be coming back in the near future

Ginny and Lorenz are wonderful! Their communication from start to finish was very helpful! They are excellent hosts who have thought of every little detail that would make your stay comfortable including leaving breakfast food items for us when they knew we would be arriving late on the first day. The house is beautiful, spacious and very very clean. We were so happy with the entire experience! Would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Very easy checkin. The owners left us a few items to start off with like milk, pastries, and some snacks. They were very willing to help in anyway they could. House was very well stocked with things needed in kitchen, bathrooms etc. we would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in this beautiful home. The owners could not have been more helpful and made us feel like we were at home by their kind welcoming ways and yummy treats upon our arrival; it was delightful from beginning to end. The home itself is quite accommodating to suit anyone’s needs with comfortable and stylish furniture, beautiful, large and private backyard, but above all, it had everything and anything one could ever want or need to spend a fun vacation. If you are looking to stay in a lovely, spotless home, in a quiet neighborhood, we would definitely highly recommend this place.

The house was very clean and roomy. The host provided some fruit and muffins, also milk and eggs. The fact that they allow pets is what sold me as that is not very common. There is a peacock across the street that we saw on the roof! Definitely recommend this property.

The place was great and well equipped with toiletries, kitchen appliances and utensils! You will not need anything when you stay there! We enjoyed our stay and we went to another Vrbo location on the gulf and we were not as pleased.

I felt “at home” at this home! Very cozy house in a quintet neighborhood!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Close to our son, close to shopping (if you want/need to). That back porch! I never wanted to leave it. We were there during Christmas, we walked into a Christmas tree, little goodies, ...it was like walking into your own home. We will definitely try to book there again!!

Our last night there we were hungry in the middle of the night and I scrambled up some eggs and we had those with a scone. We do quite a bit of travelling and most rentals are ran by rental companies that do not provide anything extra for comfort. So these extra touches were so appreciated. The home was lovely and clean. Yard was perfect for our dogs to run around in. We will be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful. The best part was the small things like providing a high chair for our baby, beach items, laundry detergent, and leaving us some breakfast items upon check in. Our kids loved the jet tub. The outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise!

Lorenz and Ginny have a nice house, in a quiet neighborhood, where you won't be bothered. This was the second time we stayed there, and we were just as happy this time as we were last Christmas. We'll definitely be back, as we have great-granddaughters to come visit, and this house is a perfect place for several of us from Georgia to stay, and it's even a nice place for the locals to join us for an afternoon or evening. Definitely a thumbs up!

This property is very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to stores/restaurants, and well-situated for excursions in the Palm Bay and Melbourne area. Lorenz and Ginny answered all our questions very quickly. We especially appreciated the long dining table (two leaves available) and eight chairs, which made our large family dinners very enjoyable! We used almost all of the appliances without any issues. We enjoyed the jetted spa tub in the main bathroom (which works really well). It was also nice to have a private bathroom in the master bedroom. We highly recommend this property.

Where do I begin? We chose this property to come visit our granddaughter's family (with great-granddaughter!!), as well as taking our daughter and other granddaughter with us, and it was a great place to call our home base. We could all sit around the living room and relax, the sleeping arrangements were great, and the amenities, well, they were great. The hosts had set up a Christmas tree, so that was a great finishing touch, where we could put all of the presents for that beautiful great-grandbaby. What a great special touch! There's a washer and dryer, and with that many people in the house, that is a real bonus. The master bath gave my wife and me the privacy that we so desire, and while we didn't use the back yard, it was beautiful and looks to be mostly private, and if we'd had time (with all of our other activities) that baby would have loved playing in that back yard. Oh, and Lorenz and Ginny are awesome hosts. They're very friendly, and seemed to be willing to help out with any problems we may have had, though we didn't have any. They have provided a great set of directions for all of the various things (washer, dryer, tv, satellite, dvd, and so on), and a list of places to go, as well. I've stayed in about 6 or 8 different VRBO properties (more than my profile shows, because I had to recreate my account a year or so ago), and I can't think of one that was a nicer place. Since we have a granddaughter and great-grandbaby living in the area, I have no doubt that we'll be back.

This home was even more beautiful than advertised! The hosts added special touches throughout and provide just about everything you could ever need during your stay! We highly recommend and will be back!

We had such a wonderful time. This house was just beautiful, with so much attention paid to details. Check in was a breeze, even though we arrived quite late. On entering this home we were taken back by how lovely and warm it was. Lorenz left us a little welcome gift of bakery items and fruit which were appreciated and enjoyed. Everything one might need on vacation was supplied from pails and shovels for the beach to pots and pans in the kitchen. The porch was an extra treat. We loved having coffee in the morning in that beautiful space. We are looking forward to to returning in the near future. We strongly recommend these accommodations when in the Palm Bay area! We could not have asked for more! Definitely 5 stars!!

We were shocked to see that they’ve been renting the house for 14 years and it was very nice and cozy there and I was reading through their guestbook and everyone seemed to have a great experience as much as we did I would definitely Recommend it and will probably be staying there more often since our kids will be going to college up there

Clean, well maintained home with plenty of space to relax. The little details made all the difference ... toys in the closet for the kids, coffee in the cabinet, and milk and eggs and water bottles in the fridge! We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of plenty of extras!
