A lovely property that is close enough to walk to the seafront and Brighton Centre (approx a 10-15 min walk). Lovely big house and well kitted out. Clean and welcoming. Amazing fish & chip shop opposite. Would recommend.

The property was very good catered for all our needs , the beds were comfy and plenty of room for the family . Sadly the garden furniture wasn’t cleaned so didn’t use the outside terrace . The property was 20 minutes walk from Brighton town centre and shops near for food and drink . The only downside was on a busy road but with windows shut was not so noisy so overall we were very pleased with our stay .

Great host. We had an issue with the original property and she kindly moved us to her other one. Similar location and was great for what we wanted (pubs, horse racing, food). Really recommend booking with Babs.. she was super helpful throughout the whole weekend.

Honestly the pictures doesn’t do this house justice. The rooms are large, bright and beautifully furnished and decorated. The place was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need. There is a bus stop literally on the doorstep outside which takes you straight down the the seafront in 10 mins and comes very regularly. We stayed over the weekend and parked in zone S which was free and about a 5 min walk. There’s a lot of pubs, cafe and fast food right on your doorstep and it helped to have a co-op a few minutes walk away. Babs couldn’t have been more helpful and answered messaged quickly. I would 100% recommend and am even looking to come back with my family. Thank you Babs!!!

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. In the photos it looks pristine but it is not that clean when you start looking at cables to kitchen appliances, skirting boards, picture rails etc. It was all a bit grubby. Added to that I don't think the house can sleep the number advertised ,the double beds are very small. I would not recommend this property.

For a group of people the house was great. Clean, tidy and an easy straightforward walk to all Brighton has to offer.

Although parking was in the streets behind it was free and safe. It was an easy walk to the sea front. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had which made the stay stress free. I would recommend a stay here.

We came to Brighton for my sister's Birthday celebration so it was great to have a whole house for our extended family to stay in and more convenient than a hotel. Although on a main road, the noise was hardly noticeable. The house was warm and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for our cooking needs, although an abundance of food outlets are right on the doorstep! We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.
