Laura made everything easy. She kept us posted and even made us a plate of cookies to welcome. The water is not exactly right there , you'll have to walk down but our girls liked it to splash around. Went tubing landa falls.

Laura was very quick to help with any issues that came up. We had issues with the Tv and they quickly took care of the problem and replaced it! The kitchen is well stocked with about everything you would need! It was almost like home! I would stay here again!! Laura is a great hostess!!

What an adorable place! It was a great little escape for us. Had everything you needed and more. Kitchen was fully stocked, as well as bathroom!
Had plenty of room for us, and our little to roam around . We did not get to the River, as it was cold this weekend, but it was gorgeous waking up to!

We were very impressed with the accommodations. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The duplex was clean & as shown in the pictures. Great location. Laura sent an online guidebook, so to speak, with restaurants & places of interest, this was definitely a huge help. We will definitely be back!

It was great! Super clean, super attentive. I had to add two extra days and the process was super easy! It’s a beautiful property! The river was amazing it was overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!

It was a nice little home away from home. The house was right on the river for us to enjoy some fishing. We caught quite a few small bass and pirch. Our 4 year old son caught his first fish. The house was clean and the perfect size for us to relax on our get away. They even had books and a few toys geared just for our little guy when we were inside. Thank you for having us!

Great find in the heart of the Hill country snuggld between San Marcos, New Braunfels and Greuene. Very peaceful. There was water in the lake. However, we did not swim. The duplex is extremely clean and well-kept and Laura provides everything you really need to enjoy your stay. One suggestion I might make is perhaps putting a screen for the siding glass door that locks in case you have small children, but that way you can feel the breeze come in from the water Thank you so much!

This was a great home base to check out the towns between San Antonio and Austin. And a nice relaxing home to return to at night. Hosts responded quickly to any questions.

We had a pleasant stay but we were visiting family nearby, and only returned to the property to shower and sleep. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets, thankfully.

This is a very cute and clean property, stocked with all the essentials and more, plus a convenient location. We were a short drive from both San Antonio and New Braunfels, giving us lots of great options for things to do. The outside area looked like it would be very enjoyable. We did not get the chance to use is sadly because the weather was terrible during our stay. Laura was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here. We hope to come back when the weather is better.

This property backs up to a river, has a nice back deck area, covered parking for one vehicle. The inside has two bedrooms, one bath, laundry, kitchen and den. Very nice, clean and stocked with amenities. Everything is labeled for ease of locating items and storage.
The property owners are a lovely couple and we had wonderful communication with them.
Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Family members came from Washington, Idaho, and Florida to attend a wedding. The retreat was ideal for our situation. Everything was clean and adequate for our needs. Getting the lake restored will be ideal addition. Loved our time there.

Price was fabulous, house was pretty and clean. Very peaceful, loved the labels on doors and cabinets. Laura was attentive and helpful. My friend was disappointed there was no river/lake to relax by, as she expected from pictures. It was a very relaxing stay nonetheless!

This property was really amazing! It was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the AC was a bit hot and when I called the owner, Mrs. Laura, she was very curious and helped me fix it in less than 5 minutes. Overall we were very satisfied and would love to come back.

I stayed 3 days and nights. Unit was very clean and neat. The unit has a lot for the money. Bed was comfortable. Great value.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible, and we were very comfortable during our stay. I would definitely stay there again while visiting Texas and highly recommend the house. Owner was very kind and responsive.

We and our friends had a great time at Reiley Resort. The house was comfortable and very accommodating. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and floating in the Guadalupe River. It was a short easy drive to New Braunfels where we floated the Comal too.

Relaxing Stay
This was our last minute summer vacation. We had a great time here and the manager and property both were fantastic. Loved fishing off the dock and floating in the water. Prefect relaxing stay.

We and our friends had a great time at Reiley Resort. The house was comfortable and very accommodating. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and floating in the Guadalupe River. It was a short easy drive to New Braunfels where we floated the Comal too.

Everything was great! Exactly as listed on VRBO- however, pictures do not do this place justice- it was beautiful!! We took 6 teenagers & it was a comfortable stay for us all. Everyone enjoyed being on the river & the activities provided. The neighbor was so nice, talked to all the kids and us every day. The owner was very responsive & the check in and out was a smooth process. We will definitely be back!

We were very impressed with all of the details that were included with our stay. My 3 year old had plenty to do inside and outside. And it was conveniently located to water, restaurants, entertainment and so much more!

Family Fun Getaway
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Lake Placid. I spent the first morning sitting on the deck with a complementary cup of coffee, enjoying the beauty and quiet of the backyard's river view. We had many days of swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. My husband and son both enjoyed the fishing, which was helped by the green lights as well as the dear neighbor feeding the fish nightly. The inside of the home is really comfortable with plenty of space, and the owners have thought of everything - there is a full set of dishes and pots and pans for cooking, washer and dryer, entertainment system, and even a stack of puzzles and board if you find yourself without power due to Hurricane Harvey ;) An amazing place to spend a night or several weeks, we'd definitely stay here again!
