This hole was perfect for our family vacation. We have a large group so when we can find a place that holds us all and is so close to beach it a gem. Walk to the beach was very short. Sunsets were amazing. The home and pool were great. It was very clean when we checked in. Host was wonderful at checking in- we had some internet connection issues but host assigned in getting us back online. Rooms were a decent size. We didn’t spend much time on the front porch- too hot but if the weather was cooler it would be have an excellent spot to relax. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded.

This rental is an older beach house, really only room for 8 adults and some small kids on the trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected so that was an issue for our group. We had a plumbing issue which was addressed promptly. There were lots of mosquitoes in the yard ! The beach was delightful and we used the 4 boogie boards that

The house was everything we hoped for! The check in and out process was extremely easy and streamlined. The location in relation to the beach could not be beat. We also enjoyed easy access to the Jolley Trolley and everything Pier 60 had to offer. One con was that the air conditioning system couldn’t keep up with the extreme heat as the day wore on, but there were plenty of ceiling fans to help with air flow. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with this house and vacation experience!

This property was perfect for the stay of my family for the week. The layout of the home provides a feeling of one’s own space all the while being able to be together with the rest of the family.
While the beach was conveniently located right across the street and made it easy to get out every day,
The pool was a great option for the kids when the adults needed a break from the sun.
This location was one of many that were rented between families that came out for this trip. For us, location and walking distance to everyone else was very important and we got that with this property.
10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Overall the location and amount of space that the 12 of us had was awesome!
The location to the beach and the main strip of restaurants and shops is really perfect. Since the rental is in a residential area and further north than the hotels, the beach was never crowded and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property, especially with the new pool addition! Plenty of space for our family! Such EASY access to the beach! The property had everything we needed!! We would definitely recommend to friends! Very close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

We loved our stay here! You just cross the street to the beach walkway. With the pool/table/chairs out back, the covered front patio, and the rooftop deck there was always a nice place to relax.

This is our second time staying at this house the location is amazing as you have a beautiful beach that is not busy. However you are close to pier 60 and all the tourist things.. you can walk the beach and be there in 20 minutes or take the Jolly Trolly and be there in 5 minutes.. The house is perfect for a big group.. There was 10 of us 4 grand kids our daughter son their spouses me and my husband. The pool was great for the evenings .. We will be back

Overall, very good property although we had alot of trouble with the TV and getting cable, etc. TV in one of the bedrooms constantly "no signal". Also, in the kitchen, might I suggest a few more teaspoons and more coffee mugs. There were just enough mugs but always washing them. Only 4 teaspoons, plenty of big spoons though. I am considering the property for next year but would like to see TV improvement. Thanks!!

Our family booked this house for our spring break trip. The size of the house is great for multiple couples plus kids. The location is great and having the pool is an added bonus. We had a great week and would stay again!

We had a wonderful week. Location of house was great for Phillies spring training games in Clearwater & Dunedin. Proximity to beach perfect! Interested in renting again next yr if available. In a few yrs, plan to look for a monthly rental (Feb) to “get out of PA!” and enjoy a month of warm weather & spring training games! Very happy with our week! Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Our group were ages 2-64 and EVERYONE had a great time! Thanks so much!

Where do I start ! The whole experience in Clearwater was a great one. This VRBO we chose made the magic happen. This house was inviting, had all the perks we wanted and they supplied it all. The location and the comfort for our family, three generations of 12 people ! Location location location ! We did it all. Thanks Bill for the opportunity to rent your place and Joanie his manager was ACE !! The comfort of having her at the end of a txt message and her prompt return of our txt’s. Was amazing ! Thank you Joanie. Can’t wait until the next time we need to rent it !

Our family vacationed together the week of Christmas/New Years and we loved the location. The house had plenty of room and my 3 year old grandson swam in the pool every day even though the weather was cool.

Bill (Owner) and Joanne (Property Manager) were very communicative!
The place was perfect for our family from Illinois to get way and celebrate our daughters 21st birthday and graduation.
The rooms were very spacious and the eight of us never felt crowded. The pool was a surprise as it was updated and very warm to take a dip in.
Access to everything was within walking distance, so not much driving had to be done. The rooftop access was so amazing for sunrise and sunsets.
I would highly recommend this vacation home as a VIP rental for any family looking to getaway in Clearwater!

Had a fantastic time during our stay. We were in Florida to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from University of Tampa- was the perfect location for getting to and from the fairgrounds and the girls had a wonderful time exploring Clearwater Beach. There was plants of room for all 10 of us. The home was spotless and everything we needed was there. Would definitely stay here again, everyone was so helpful and easy to get in contact with. 5 stars all the way!

My three siblings and I took our 90-year-old mom for a week in Clearwater Beach and this house was perfect! On a quiet street about 100 feet from the path to a beautiful white sand beach, there is also a private backyard with a small pool. The property manager, Joanie, was very responsive to our questions. When I mentioned that there was no grab bar in the bathroom shower where my mom was staying, one arrived via Amazon the next day! The downtown area is just 1 mile from the house and the recreation center there has three Pickleball courts! Highly recommend this house.

The first thing we noticed about this house was the large open concept with plenty of space for a family of 9 to move around. The next item was how close to the beach we were! Right across the street, a 2 minute walk. Close enough that the kids could walk on their own and be able to carry our items. The sunsets were a perfect ending to the day. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything we could ask for and in a wonderful location. We enjoyed the outside patios and rooftop patio. The outside showers were also a great bonus after a long day on the beach. The neighborhood was beautiful and a short walk to downtown. The house was a few steps away from the crystal clear beach. The property owners were super accommodating and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. And it was. We can’t wait to go back.!!!

We all loved our stay. The house was clean, plenty of space for our family and so very close to the beach. The kids found quite a few sand dollars and we saw 4 or 5 HUGE manatees swim next to us in the Gulf. Great experience.

We had a group of 10 family members ages ranging from 7 to 70. This property was in a fantastic location. So close to the beach! We fit in the home comfortably for the week. The property manager and owner were excellent communicators and seemed to really care about our stay! We had food ordered ahead of time in which the cleaning crew put away for us which we really appreciated. We rented a golf cart which was delivered and picked up conveniently. LOVE the outdoor shower! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

We loved our stay and had a lot of fun memories made. Joanie (property manager) was excellent at responding to all my questions or needs. My only complaint was the temp in the master bedroom (already discussed with Joanie). It was very difficult to maintain the 73 degree thermostat requirements. During the day it stayed in the 80’s but would cool off at night. It was also extremely hot that week in Florida. I would definitely recommend this property and return there myself. The bedroom space was perfect for us all (even plenty of room for pack and plays). It truly is a very close walk to the beach. I loved it there!

Very nice place to stay. Right across from the beach. Pretty close to ride the trolly to restaurants, shops and the pier. Quiet neighborhood with no disturbance. Plenty of room for the ten of us with five bedrooms and three baths. Would highly recommend!

This house has the perfect set up for seperate families to enjoy a combined vacation. A clean, well equipped home in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from a nearly private beach. We never used a car as we rented a golf cart and were close enough to all the amenities to enjoy rides and dinner daily. Great experience for our first Clearwater vacation.

The house, amenities and location were perfect for our group of 5 Dads and 5 teenage boys. Quiet and classy neighborhood, just steps from the beach and walkable/bike able to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and the kids loved the hot tub and rooftop deck. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked and/or grilled out several nights. Great place - very much a recommend.

This was a great house for our family vacation. The 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 2 children. House was clean, had all the necessary amenities including a great hot tub and beach necessities (towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys). Family room was comfortable for everyone to relax in at the end of the day. Location was perfect - easy beach access right across the street. Local property manger was fantastic - very helpful and responsive to questions/issues. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter had a wedding to attend in Clearwater Beach so we rented this family-style home to ensure we had enough space for all, bedrooms and bathrooms. Did not disappoint. Great to have Pack N' Plays available and a highchair for the little one. So many places to hang out or just be alone if you wanted. Great sun deck, front gathering area, private backyard, and good-sized family room area and kitchen. The generous main bedroom area has its own bathroom and a door leads right out to the outdoor shower! The back bedroom has its own door to the backyard patio so my kids could come and go and not wake the little one sleeping in the adjacent bedroom. Super close to activities, about a mile, yet a super quiet residential area. Very clean, all amenities as listed, and good communication with the owner and property manager a plus. 34 steps to the beach!

The house was perfect for our group. In a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. The beach was right across the street and it was a short walk into town. Loved the hot tub.

I haven’t had all my children and their families in one place …. Ever! This was the best Christmas gift a parent and grandparent could give their children. Even though the oldest grandchildren were only 4 1/2 I’m sure they’ll remember the beach and Disneyworld. Most of all it was a time the children were able to get acquainted with their cousins and myself with my boy adults and their wives. I hated to leave and my dream would be to be financially able to live on the beach so I’ll be on the lookout. Perhaps if I do find one, they’ll be down every chance they get. We were a group of seven women using the property using this home. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the hot tub and the spacious kitchens. We found the beds largely uncomfortable and the toiletries provided substandard but it felt like a safe stay.

We stayed here for 7 days with our family of 4 and another family of 3. The bedroom setup was perfect for our families. We loved the location, it is very close to the beach but away from the busy tourist area of Clearwater. The property was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and bedding are so cozy. The setup of the bedrooms allowed for people to have privacy without being too far away from one another. The main living area is nice and open with plenty of comfortable seating. The hot tub on the back patio was a nice treat after a long day. The upper deck/patio offered beautiful views and a nice comfortable place to relax. There are two outdoor showers which were perfect to wash off all the sand from the beach. The property manager Joanie was so nice, helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!!

House was great for us with 2 toddlers. 5 bedrooms and all living space on one level made our stay more relaxing. No stairs! Fenced in yard a plus. Property well maintained. Super friendly and helpful host. Same can be said of property manager. Steps away from the beach. Short walk to downtown area. Short ride to Dunedin—so glad we did a dinner and evening there as recommended by host. We recommend this property.

First time at Clearwater Beach and it was beautiful! The house is just steps from the gulf and in a quiet area of town. We had about a 15 walk to the main area of the Clearwater Beach strip where there many places to eat, drink, and shop. The short walk to the community pool which also had tennis courts was a nice little break from the beach. The house was clean and the communication with the host was very good. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Overall experience was great. This house is great for 2 large families.
Everything went smoothly. It’s in a great area, it’s clean and has everything you need. We had an issue with the dryer that we believe was user error. The host was out to check in first thing the next morning and it was working. The only drawback of the house is that a couple of the rooms have very bad cell and no Wi-Fi connection. This can be easily fixed with a Wi-Fi extender. I’d certainly stay again.

Wonderful property
Beautiful home in a great location! Just like the description said, steps from the beach. The location is away from the hotels so the beach was never crowded, traffic was minimal yet you could get to the shops and restaurants easily. The home was spacious enough for the family. I would definitely stay here again!
