We were celebrating two birthdays, one for an eighty year old and her great-granddaughter’s 3rd. Great place for family. Particularly liked that there was an outdoor shower for sandy bodies.

We have stayed at this property several times and we love coming back. The property manager is great to work with and always quick with getting back to us. The house comes with everything that you need for your stay. This visit it was colder and the blankets in the closet came in handy. There was one day that it was storming so we stayed inside to play games and loved having the big windows to see the ocean waves from the dining room table. We love this place and can't wait to come back again.

This property is very close to Belmont Park, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Tons of places to eat and things to see. The property had everything you could think of. Pots, pans, silverware, blankets, towels, laundry detergent, shampoo.. there was not much we needed to purchase except our food. Do check to see if there is firewood while you’re out and about. We didn’t have any and needed to make a run to the store.

Perfectly located, great price. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family vacation

This was the third or fourth time we have stayed at this beach house. We love staying here. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of anything you need. We literally did not move our cars for three days. It is always a disappointment when our dates our booked and we have to stay somewhere else. This house is our #1 choice, we have nothing bad to say about this house -- it is the best !!!

We visited October 2021 for Fall Break. We had a wonderful time despite a little setback. The home has everything you need. The cabana is great as a kids hangout with extra coolers, beach toys, boogie boards, ect. Enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning.. pretty much lived on the deck the whole week. Great location on the beach as far as proximity to Belmont Park, Crystal Pier and any grocery stores you might need. Pro Tip.. Clicklist your groceries so you don't have to leave!

We had an amazing time. The house is cute and the location is outstanding. We spent the mornings on the patio people watching and staring at the ocean. Plenty of room for 6 women and we’d definitely book again!

Sleeps 7 comfortable. Clean, on beach, perfect location. Beach items a bit old. The owner showed up on side of house asking if we needed anything, I thought it was odd. We didn't ask, felt a bit nosy. I also wished it had sugar/Splenda for coffee, but other than that, our stay was perfect. Thanks for the stay.

We have stayed here for a family vacation for several years now. The location to beaches, activities for the kids, and room for all of us keep us returning. Beach toys are provided along with just the patio to sit and watch the kids on the beach. Most things needed are supplied. Easy walking to Belmont Park and food there as well as walking to Pacific Beach for stores and food there. Very convenient.

What a perfect location that accommodated all of us from age 4 to 74. Loved it and will definitely be booking another stay!

everything as advertised get location

I rented this house for a bachelorette weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with this beach cottage. We were pretty much on the sand and the deck was amazing. There was enough space, tables, and chairs for our group to lounge around and watch the waves crash while enjoying our meals. The year round tenants were super friendly and helpful when we had some questions. Brant was super helpful as well and so kind! He allowed us to get an early check in to decoroate the place for the bachelorette which was super awesome and made our trip even more special. Abby the dog was the best part of the trip though! Such a sweet welcoming pup to greet us. We all wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be renting again and hopefully soon!

My wife and I stayed with another couple for 4 days. The location is amazing, We spent a great deal of our time right on the front porch deck. The home had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

The property was very clean and provided everything that a normal home would have. We definitely will be staying again.

We had a great trip. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. There was plenty of room and the entire house was comfortable. Everyone was friendly and Brant was helpful with our questions. The patio was the perfect place for the whole family to hang out and enjoy the San Diego weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the location and patio!

CLEAN, WELL KEPT NICELY STOCKED FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY!

It is impossible to describe how much we love this condo and property manager. He makes everything so easy and was amazing at fulfilling our random requests. For this past trip we booked the main condo and the apartment behind for a family vacation. There was plenty of space for the 10 people that we had staying in the main condo and the 2 in the apartment. This place comes with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, including a surf boarder, skimboard, body boards, sand castle stuff, beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, blankets, etc. Plus you have everything you need in the kitchen for preparing your own meals and making that morning cup of coffee to enjoy on the huge patio that looks out on the boardwalk and the ocean. The views are nothing short of amazing. We love this place and can't wait to stay there again on our next family trip.

Hands down the BEST location and CLEANEST place we have ever stayed at Mission Beach! Hoping to come back again, soon...we didn't want to leave!!!

They've thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay stress free. Best location to come and go from and best patio on the boardwalk. Absolutely loved our time spent here.

We had such a good time! Biggest issue was with the lights from the property in the back... they shine directly into the back bedrooms and the blinds in those bedrooms are not sufficient to block the light! Was almost like daylight at night! The house is a perfect location...could use some updates!
