My family and I were very pleased with everything. On the 7th night our last night the dryer started making a horrible noise. But the last load was just towels so I hung them around to dry. The condo was great and way more stocked in the kitchen than anywhere else we’ve stayed. There did not seem to be many tourists, mostly older folks living there. The beach: if you are expecting to body surf in the ocean right at the condo think again. There are huge rocks right under the surface of the water. We drive about 10 minutes down the road and beached there. No rocks in the surf. Overall would definitely go back to condo. Great family vacation.

Great location with beach access, community center with pools and fitness equipment.

We were very pleased with this rental. The condo has a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the sunrise and is about as close as you can get to the beach walkover. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. Most importantly-it was very clean. We will be back.

Great location, communication, lovely unit, peaceful, protected, clean, spacious, wondrous balcony. Magnificent sunrises. Dolphins every day. It was a soul restoring vacation with my daughter.

A native of Florida and I had never been to this area. Beautiful!! We had a lovely time in this beautiful, clean condo. We woke every morning to an awesome sunrise and enjoyed the day at the beach and then at one of the two pools at the resort. We even managed to see a few dolphins and other wildlife. The condo has very comfy beds, bedding, towels, etc. Everything is up to date. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We cooked at the condo most of the time. There is a grocery store just down the street. We did eat out a few nights. The property management company was very accommodating if we had any questions. We are hoping to return.

I was a little hesitant to book a reservation online (photos can be very deceiving)but I was thrilled to find the my condo (735) and the Cinnamon Beach complex to be exactly as it was described. The condo was spacious and moderna and the view was excellent. The pools were fun and clean and everyone I ame in conract with was very helpful. The one little thing I did not like at first were the rocks on the shoreline, but after a day we figured out that they served a good purpose to create natural 'kiddie pools" and provided entertainment for my two year old in the form of tiny fish and crabs.

We had a wonderful time this year and the Condo was clean and spacious. I have 5 grandkids so I always look for a condo with 3 bedrooms and we also had a couch that pulled out into a bed, so we had plenty of beds. We like the location because it is more family oriented than some locations, it is quite and you hardly realize there is anyone else around. I love the kids pool area. The pool gradually goes down and if you have some kids that don't like the water to good then it is ideal. They also have a wonderful time in waterpark area. The only thing that we were disappointed about was that we could not take snacks or drinks to the pool area this year and the towels were not available and we were required to take a pass with us every day. Some times you just can't remember and if there is a person at the sign in table you have to go back and get it. I think as much as we have to pay for the Condo and all the extras for groceries it is to much to ask us to go and pay that high price for extra food. Other than that we had a wonderful time. You are half way between St. Augustine and Daytona and I just like the quite area. Also, there is a Publix that is not far from the Condo so that was real convenient. And also, we had everything that we would need in the kitchen. We brought a grill and waffle iron but everything is provided.

This unit had the perfect location, furnishings and decor for a beach getaway. It was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Our family consists of three adult couples and 2 children, and we LOVED this 3 BR 3 Bath unit. Each couple had their own bathroom. It was GREAT!!!
