Home is large and spacious which is rare for oceanfront in mission. Clean and nice kitchen. Beautiful beach view from living room. Nice access to small outdoor patio on second floor with bbq grill and beach view. If there was anything to complain about it would have to be the walk downstairs to access the beach view patio - but that was easily overlooked with it being large and spacious. Pro tip- bring a volleyball- you will have access To the many nearby sand courts- we had a blast. Larry is accessible and quick to respond!

Our summer get away was very nice because the place was as we expected. It was very comfortable for our size family which was 6 adults and 3 children.

This house was great for a family get together for our daughters Marine Corps graduation! Awesome location right on the beach! And a short drive to the depot. Had a good amount of space for 9 of us! Would stay here again!

The wonderful front wall of windows right on the beach was perfect for dolphin, surfer, and people watching without the wind and sand, and is close Belmont for the teens. This is one of the older homes we’ve stayed in but was clean with plenty of space and good communication with owners.

My wife and I live in Coachella Valley and needed an escape from the craziness that comes when Stagecoach Festival is in town. We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations here. 1st class all the way around. Thanks Larry, we had an awesome stay!

Booked this to celebrate my parents 50th. it was perfect, they enjoyed the sitting chairs overlooking the boardwalk and beach. great location for watching volleyball and playing in the Surf.

We were in San Diego to have a family gathering with our adult children, their spouses and children ages 3-13. The location was perfect (and we lucked out with great weather). The kids enjoyed the beach, the adults liked watching the beach from the porch and the living room. It was a short walk to many restaurants and Belmont Park and we took advantage of this. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils so we ordered food for delivery a couple of times and cooked a couple of times and ate at the house. My only thoughts for improvement--(1) we could have used a few more towels for the group of 11 or maybe a dedicated group of beach towels; (2) we could have used more paper towels and some foil and had to buy both; (3) there was some mold in the master bath shower and (4) the sliding glass door was very hard to open. These were all minor and did not stop us from having a wonderful time. The location was perfect! Thanks.
