The property was perfect! Took a trip with my parents and my two sons (1year and 4years old). The property was everything we needed. Beautiful inside. Bedrooms a great size. We enjoyed the pool quiet a bit, and bbq for a few meals. The owners were friendly and easy to get ahold of. Answered any questions I had before booking the trip. We would stay here again 100%!!! Thank you for a great stay!

I read reviews on this place some had me questioning my decision but I promise you the neighborhood wasn't bad it was very quiet and peaceful the pool guy was even a help with the weather we definitely enjoyed our vacation don't miss out

This was a very clean place to stay with everything you could possible need as far as kitchen goes. My daughters family stayed with us and we really enjoyed the pool with our grandsons. It was also very nice to have a garage to park in with the thunderstorms that seem to come on the evening. Siesta beach was absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit Sarasota again we would stay here.

This property was not “newly remodeled” as described. It’s an older home that still needs some updates. It was clean and the property manager responded quickly to questions. The neighborhood is a little “sketchy” but I felt comfortable to walk during the daytime. The house is a close distance to grocery store, restaurants, and the “legacy trail “ bike trail. We enjoyed this trail every day either to walk or ride our bikes on. I would say compared to other properties the price is average to slightly higher and for that reason they need to make some improvements and updates. But we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs.

This house was nicely decorated and newly remodeled with all the comforts of home. The owner made check in and out a simple and effortless process. We were very coimfortalbe and would rent it again.

Clean, ample kitchen supplies, functional space. Beach chairs in the garage, basic cable channels accommodated 8 people nicely.

We were only there 4 hours, then bailed. My son & DIL were not comfortable for 3 kids to stay the night. Online pics are older, "stunning, fully remodeled" probably applied some time ago. Kitchen needed a thorough cleaning top to bottom. Mattress in spare bedroom needed replaced. Glass-top coffee table for children was inappropriate. Glass panel by front door broken. Overall, looked more run-down than pictures imply. For the cost per night we should have gotten 2 hotel rooms instead.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and fully remodeled. The pool is heated and a great size. Siesta Key beach is about a 15 minute drive. Several grocery stores nearby. The actual neighborhood is a 6/10.

We had a lovely stay in Sarasota and especially enjoyed the enclosed patio and heated pool of this beautifully maintained home. The location was personally convenient for us, yet near enough that we didn’t mind the 20 minute drive to spend time at the beach.

Beautiful property! Plenty of utensils and silverware to save some money eating out! Felt very comfortable walking into the house and felt it was clean and did not even think or feel that I needed to sanitize or disinfect myself. Pool is great even when it rains. We loved our stay here. It was relaxing and just what we needed. We had a week-long stay at this property with another family, 7 of us all together. The place looks pretty much just like the pictures, no surprises. LOCATION - The house is a perfect location. Not being right on the beach makes it affordable, and you are really not far from the beach at all. In about 15 minutes you can get to the prettiest beaches - Siesta Key to the south and Lido Key to the north. Both have a small town center on the way (Siesta Key Village and St. Armands Circle, respectively) so there are plenty of spaces to eat, shop, etc. If you want to explore further, Turtle Beach is another 5-10 minutes to the South and Longboat Key is further north. We went all the way to Coquina Beach - a nice, public beach with lots of parking and great facilities. That was about a 45-minute drive. Our favorite was definitely Lido Key. It was the prettiest and least crowded. Arrive early to snag the street parking. ACCOMMODATIONS - The house itself is great for families. We could spend the day at the beach and finish the evening in the pool, while we grilled out. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils. We brought groceries and did not have to spend money eating out. Sleeping accommodations are perfect for 6 people. The 7th sleeps on the pullout couch, which was not super comfortable, but you can just throw the mattress on the floor and be OK. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus! The washer is huge, so we were able to do a couple of loads and leave with clean clothes and beach towels! CUSTOMER SERVICE - No complaints. One day, we all left and closed the bottom lock of the door and no one bothered to grab the keys on the way out. When we returned we gave the property manager a call and someone was there to open within 15 minutes. (Sorry about that!!) What we learned... just use the code :-) CLEANLINESS - It was July 2020, so the first thing we did when we arrived was to sanitize, just in case - wipe down doorknobs, light switches, TV control, etc.; spray furniture with disinfectant. That was a personal choice though. I have to say that when we walked in, the place smelled freshly cleaned and a little bleachy which, believe it or not, was actually comforting :-) We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for an affordable beach stay.

We rented for a week with our three kids and two extended family members. The layout of house worked great for us. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. It was great to have the pool to cool off in on hot afternoons after being out site seeing during the day. We were able to bring our dogs with us which was great and made our vacation so much more enjoyable not worrying about them. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Would suggest that a ceiling fan be installed over the patio table on the pool deck . We will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful week. The house was perfect for us. Pool was nice. Beaches and shopping was close. Quiet neighborhood.. Just had a great time!

Property owner responded very promptly to the few concerns or questions. Pool and layout excellent for our needs, except might be nice to replace dirt in yard by pool with grass. Bamboo trees overhanging property from neighbor pose a threat in high winds. House was clean and very uncluttered and proximity to everything was goood.

What a great stay for our family! Clean and comfortable home with a quick commute to the beach. I highly recommend and would be likely to return. There are a few house rules that did add extra time for cleanup before departure but overall our family enjoyed ourselves in renting this home for our vacation.
