The property was even better than we thought. The view was incredible from every room and especially the two decks. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom setup was great. Easy access to the beach from the private concrete steps. We will definitely stay again.

We have been traveling to Rocky Point for over 40 years. From camping on the beach to renting homes on the beach. Casa Ciao is by far the most beautiful, well equipped, everything worked in the home that we've stayed in. The location at the end of Las Conchas is wonderfully quiet and the beach is pure sand. Communication with Alana was excellent and the information provided to us on the website and our check-in package was super informative. All in all a great place to stay and we'll be back. The attention to detail was impeccable. The maintenance to the property was impressive. No deferred maintenance on a beach front property is a hard feat to accomplish and they do it and make it look easy. We felt like we were VIP guest staying at a luxury beach front villa. Alana was in constant communication throughout our stay taking care of all our needs. Everything from kayak rentals to arranging wonderful massages for us on the veranda. She even welcomed us with bottle of tequila, limes and salt with a personal note. The location was wonderful. Located at the end of the community it was private and the beach was sandy and easy to access to splash and play in the water. The views were AMAZING of the water/beach and the star gazing at night was MAGICAL. Beautiful views of the aqua blue water from every room, left me wanting to never leave the property. The property comes with everything you could think of from beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, fire pit, grill. The linens, towels and beds are of the best quality. No corners are cut here. We cannot wait to return to our home away from home!

The beach directly in front of the property is flat with no rocks. Straight down the stairs to all beach/water activities. The home has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. The upper veranda has views to die for and the traffic is minimal due to its location. Let Alana and Rick spoil you with perfection. We will be back!

Fabulous property. So clean and well cared for making for a very comfortable stay. Loved being able to communicate directly with the owner. We've been visiting Rocky Point for years and this is by far our favorite rental. Nice welcome with the margarita fixings. Very comfortable beds with the freshest smelling linens ever! We will definitely look to rebook in the future!

This was a beautifully furnished home. Very comfortable and relaxing home on the beach. Along with the pleasure of celebrating with friends my 60th birthday. Fabulous 4 day stay that is for sure!!

The rental was beautiful! Alana was responsive and quick to respond to questions. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The tequila bar was a wonderful touch. Alana did a great job providing helpful information about things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this rental and would rent from Alana again. This area of the beach is by far the best we’ve stayed in Las Conchas. It was sandy, quiet, and there were no rocks. We come down to rocky point once a year and we’ll definitely rent this home from now on.

Best renting experience we have ever had. The communication is absolutely amazing. The owners are just beautiful human beings. We arrived after it was dark, the lights were on for us, a bottle of tequila with limes and the tide was coming in all the way to the wall for us to enjoy. The house was extremely clean and very organized. The view is breathtaking and the best house on the block both inside and outside. The private yard is great to nap in and just relax and soak in Mother nature with the ocean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept like babies even in the pull out bed. Comfortably houses 6 people and enough space no one is on top of each other.

We used many of the resources provided and all were fantastic. Communication replies were prompt and friendly. The property itself was stunning, clean, updated, and in a beautiful location. We were amazed at the fluctuation of low tide to high tide. During low tide we were able to find octopus, sea cucumbers, crabs, sea sponges, etc out among the rocks in the tide pools. The beach was sandy and clean, and vendors delivered pina coladas to us on the beach. During high tide, waves crashed literally against the sea wall of the house. We took paddle boards out to the rocks, where we spotted bat rays and other larger fish. Simply paradise! Thanks again!

This is our families 3rd time staying in this home and it gets better each time. We have 14 & 15 year old children. We actually count down the days until we get to spend our vacation in Casa Ciao. If you are looking for a relaxing, absolutely beautiful home to stay in then THIS is it! The owners are so great, and very responsive to anything you may need. The inside of the house is fully stocked and plenty of outdoor goodies to enjoy too. I can’t think of a negative to tell you but I can tell you we will go back again and again! We love this property! This was our second time staying here and we love it! Our favorite place to stay in while in Rocky Point! Everything was perfect! Modern home with everything you need, beautiful views and a sandy beach. 5 stars!

We loved our stay in Casa Ciao. The view is spectacular; when the tide is in, the Sea of Cortez comes right up to the patio. This part of the beach is not rocky at all – pure sand out for a ¼ mile or more. The plumbing was top-notch and worked perfectly, as did the screen doors (never a given in Rocky Point, even at the higher-end properties). The place was immaculate, the beds were comfy, the TV worked great, and there is awesome beach gear in a little closet off the patio (floats and chairs and some cool toys if you have kids). I could go on, but I will leave it at this: we have been to Rocky Point many times over the past 20+ years and this is one of our favorite stays and certainly the best run property (thank you Alana and Rick!), and we hope to return again and again.

Simply put, everything about this vacation home exceeded our expectations. Alana is an excellent communicator and gracious host. We will definitely be back!
