The location was great. Restaurants, beach, and shopping within walking distance. The gated community had a nice pool and beautiful grounds. It was nice to take a walk around the property. The interior of the townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a wagon and chairs available for us to use, which was nice considering that we had 3 kids with us. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows needed to be replaced. The living room furniture was uncomfortable too. When we sat on the couches we sunk into them and could hardly get up. The floors were filthy. We went barefoot and our feet were black. The ice machine on the refrigerator didn’t work. The toilets didn’t flush so well. The place looked very pretty and we liked the complex but I feel for the money we paid there should have been some better quality of the maintenance of the unit.

Very nice for large family. Very clean and very well appointed! Disappointing that although house sleeps 12, only 6 passes are provided for pool. $70 charge for any additional needed. Understand thats how it is at most places, but still.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and beautiful. The neighborhood as fabulous and the location within sunset island was perfect. Parking can be tough if you are bringing three large SUVs but they will all fit. Would absolutely stay there again.

This was my second time my friends and I gathered at this property for our regular ladies prayer retreat. We had a blast! The home was perfect for our needs and the location is wonderful. Lots of space to stretch out but also gather together. We loved walking around the community (except for the mosquitoes, they were pretty aggressive even with bug spray), journaling on the pier, and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is very close to the beach but far enough way that you dont hear the traffic from the main road. I did feel like some of the upholstered furniture needed to be deep cleaned as there were some stains on the white couch and the cushioned ottomans but overall the house was clean and we felt very comfortable. Would certainly recommend staying here for a scenic, safe, and peaceful trip to OC.

Could not use jacuzzi tub in King suite no water pressure. Bathroom near kitchen toilet didn’t flush. Seems all plumbing equipment needs serious maintenance. Was not aware of some special fees when checking in. $70 for pool pass outrageous I had 8 people. I had to supply toilet paper and paper towels.

We enjoyed our stay at this Sunset Island TH. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being so near to the pool and restaurant.. Drinks at the bar were convenient and good! The only complaint we had was that there was low water pressure at the kitchen sink and the refrigerator. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our 2nd stay at Kelley's place in the middle of Sunset Island. They have everything you need in rhe garage for beach/pool time to help you lessen your packing. Our family of 10 enjoyed being back in one of OCMD's hidden beautiful gems!

This was our third stay in Sunset Island and this was our favorite. It was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the pool table. We would definitely stay there again. The only problem was the check in process. If the check in time is 4:00 why does the office close at 4:30?

Nice property. big garage to store your beach stuff and park 2 cars. Also, room for two more cars on parking pad. Excellent kitchen with everything you need. 4+ bedrooms, 3 full baths and two powder rooms. Nice decks fully furnished. The house is big! Walking distance to the ocean or bay and many activities.
My only complaint is that the cleaning people do not do very good job. The floors are filthy! and the toilets could not have been sanitized. I think the owner should check up on them.

Great place in the heart of Sundet Island!

We had a fun-filled week at Sunset Island. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 8, including 2 kids (13 and 9). Everyone had their "own" space. The living area was large, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were beach supplies including a wagon, umbrella, and six beach chairs, plus some beach toys. We enjoyed the ocean beach, Sunset Island pool and bay beach, mini golf, fishing trip, paddle boarding, cycling at Assateaugue, and a fun beach day at Assateague National Seashore.
Host, Kelley, was excellent, and responded quickly to any questions that we had.

Excellent beach bayside home for large family
We loved our week at this house. With family ranging from 1 year to 64 years old, the property was a perfect fit for all ages. We were impressed with the cleanliness/maintenance of the grounds throughout the neighborhood and enjoyed the smaller private beaches. Kelley was excellent with her response time and welcoming with her communication. We hope to come back next summer!

Wonderful beach trip to Sunset Island!
The Sunset Island community is the perfect place for a family vacation! Our children loved the trip.. We kayaked at the small beach in the mornings, enjoyed the pool, learned about the bay at the environmental class and enjoyed swimming at the little beach. Everything is so close that if you have little kids, trips back to the house for nap time are super easy. The house is very spacious and includes everything you need for a perfect beach trip (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys). Kelley responded within minutes when we got to the house and had a few questions. What a great find. I highly recommend!

Nice week in ocean city
Started off a little bumpy bc the cleaning company didn’t do a good job. Called the property manager and she made sure to take care of it. Other than that we were very happy with the property.

Was a great well equipped house. Clean and had everything you needed including beach supplies. Only piece of advice is to get to the check in place before 430 because that’s when they close—otherwise you won’t be able to access the pool/gym until the next day

Awesome time!
We had a great time St. Patrick's Day weekend (even though the parade got canceled due to weather). The house has enough room to accommodate my large family and its in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again!

Family Beach Vacation
I really enjoyed this big, beautiful townhouse. We were 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had their own comfortable sleeping and bathroom arrangements. The huge fully equipped kitchen with table seating for 10 was my favorite place to gather and eat. The neighborhood was nice to walk around and great location to walk to either beach. (ocean or bay). We definitely made some great family memories and look forward to renting this townhouse again. Kelley was very responsive to all our concerns and questions and gave great recommendations. Thank you Kelley!

Not Worth Money
First I'd like to say the kitchen was large and very nice. However 3 of the 5 bedrooms are extremely small. Those 3 bedrooms also have no mirrors to accommodate people getting ready and they also have limited dresser space because of the size. Most of the furniture is cheap mixed pieces and numerous cushions are stained up pretty good along with the carpet. Parking was also a hassle as you are not given a spot on the street and are forced to park in the rear garage/driveway. So if you have multiple families with multiple mid size to larger vehicles you will constantly be forced to move vehicles as there is not enough room to park side by side. The place is just average especially for the price.

Great location at Sunset Island
The property was as advertised. We all (9 of us) we easily accommodated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only problem was the ants we found in the house; however the owner, when contacted, found someone the day we complained and he came out that day and eliminated the ants. All in all, we had a great stay.

Lovely home
The property is fantastic- clean, convenient and great amenities. My children have multiple food allergies and I needed to cook quite a bit. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you could possibly need. Thank you, Kelley!

Fun 4th of July Week at 12 Corner Store
The house is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need. The homeowner is quick to respond to inquiries and provides very helpful information. Would recommend if heading to OC.

Perfect location with Beautiful views!
We had the best time staying here for our girls trip! There were 10 of us and more than enough room. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is close to everything including Seacrets and lots of great restaurants. We all highly recommend staying here! Kelley was wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! I’d give her 10 stars if I could! ;)
