Kitchen is well equipped, super soft sheets and comfy beds and a nice deck! The only con is that they need to provide a few more bath, hand, and wash towels.

I stayed at the condo the 8 days and found it to be in a great location and all worked well.

Beautiful area..had problems with both the entry code and the gate code but comfortable and well appointed .great adjacent huge green area for dogs.would stay again.

This cozy but spacious condo was the perfect place for our stay in Bend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Broken Top. The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities. The views of the golf course and the hot tub were an added bonus!

This is a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed. Broken Top is a great community, central to everything. We loved the dual on suite set up of this condo, hot tub, golf course view and good parking.

It was just what we were looking for!

Great location, great condo that is well maintained and has all of the amenities. However, the jacuzzi temperature was set to 109 degrees and the regulator appeared to be broken, so we were unable to turn the temperature down to a reasonable temperature. This was a special trip with my son and a big part of the appeal of staying at this location was the jacuzzi. We reached out via both phone and text to the property manager, but no one ever came to fix the problem and no one at the property manager's office followed up. We were not able to use the jacuzzi at all during our stay. Also, the tank for the shower upstairs appeared to have a ridiculously small capacity. My son took a five minute shower and when I went to take one immediately afterward the water was freezing.

This villa unit was very clean and comfortable. Great deck and hot tub, great location - close to skiing and close to dining. Great dog walks and play area just across the street. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay for Mt Bachelor skiing

The property was clean and in a great central location.

Great location for access to Mt Bachelor, and comfortable well-equipped lodging. Made a couple suggestions to owner regarding ice maker and TV/music options.

It’s in a great location and a nice home. Definitely ideal for a weekend getaway with a max of two couples. Master bedroom suite is spacious and quite lovely. It’s a vacation rental so there are certainly some maintenance things that should be done (hot tub screen broken, dishwasher front wood panel coming off, etc) but nothing that makes the experience any less relaxing. Would definitely go back! :)

The place certainly had everything anyone could need (except a microwave cover--it would have been handy!) the dishwasher may have a problem: the detergent packet was still there after we ran a load (we had set it on "normal")! and both sets of living room drapes had problems with their pull function. Our last day we noticed the lights out on the modem in the downstairs bedroom, which we had not touched or used. Otherwise, everything worked, once we figured out the shower valve. Lots of leaves on the outdoor steps.

All-in-all, the property was pretty much as advertised. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, and good size bathrooms that are a little outdated, but not bad. A couple of things that needed to be better are that the hot tub was low on water (but functional), the bathroom linens were not of the quality that matches the rest of the unit…need upgrading, and the Greese tray in the outdoor grill definitely needs cleaning. Other than these minor things, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Super spacious and had everything we needed! We did have some problems with the hot tub (it wasn't full when we arrived), but we were able to fill it and get it going.

Great place to stay! Very clean, fully stuffed & great location. One comment, when you arrive, make sure to go through the main entrance on 62000 Broken Top. At gate, they will provide a guess pass to get in during their working hours. At night, there is a phone box to call to enter. Anyway, will come back definitely!
