We were a total of six ladies. Some of us hadn’t seen each other since 2019 because of Covid. It was a perfect setting for us to reconnect in a beautiful setting.

A wonderful condo with a fantastic view and well furnished. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utsils, small kitchen appliances . The master bedroom was large with a comfortable mattress and the guess rooms as well. My family and loved the easy access to the beach and at night we enjoyed the 70 inch tv. Overall, this has been one of the best vacation rentals I have rented.

I am always a harsh critic with the services industry. However, this stay has been the best from every standpoint. The owners are very responsive to ANY inquiry. Nothing was too small or large to answer. They were proactive from reservation thru checkout. I can’t say enough positive things about them. The condo is made for a movie. The living and dining room faces the gulf and offer wide views up and down the shoreline. The kitchen provided everything we needed to make every meal for our party of ten. Space was never an issue in any room. The wrap around balcony allowed one to enjoy time with family or book reading around the corner. The AC kept the condo very cool, never feeling the heat or humidity outside. The WiFi allowed the kids to decompress in the evenings. That’s two Xbox’s and two Nintendo Switches plus the adults iPhones and Netflix going. In other words, no bandwidth problems. The location is fantastic. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Parking easily fit our 15-passenger sprinter van with room to spare. Most spots easily accepted two cars. The road is never busy compared to the main strip, but you could easily access the length of the island from the condo. Finally, the owners provide those small extras to make you feel like they care. A small toiletry kit was in the bathroom. Fresh Red Bulls in the fridge to wake you up. Plenty of towels for beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on the beach and relax. Stress free from beginning to end. If we come back to SPI, we will absolutely to stay at this condo again. Nothing could have been done better.

Well, we were not prepared with everything that was provided. I mean everything! Like in your own home, you would find these things, and more. Coffee pot, nespresso AND a keurig! We took so much that we didn't need to touch the items provided. Except the coffee pot. When i got there at check in cleaning ladies werent quite ready for me. I imagine, it had to do with the folks checking out before. There was a ton of trash and a ton of food they were leaving behind. Shame on them! There are specific instructions that make check in and check-out easy. It was so clean you could see your reflection on the floor! Beautifully decorated. Beachy, but not cheesy beachy. And the beach access......uuummmmmmmm......incredible. beautiful views with L-shaped balcony. Beach area in front of condo which is steps away...seriously....was not crowded at all. This was my sons first experience at the beach and my mother has terrible leg pain issues and she was able to walk to the bach and enjoy it. My father who hates the beach even said, "I would love a place like this." We're already talking about next year. Thank you to the property owners!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Near the beach and plenty of privacy. I definitely recommend.

The view is amazing!!! We went to celebrate my daughters birthday. I was able to make her favorite meal for dinner (lasagna) without any problems since the kitchen is fully equipped. We ended the night with playing Uno which was also provided. We had more than enough room for our family of 6. Communication with the owners was great. Highly recommend!!

Great place, everything was excellent. Very clean, had everything that you would need in your vacation. Best place we have stayed at so far and we stay there every summer. Communication was also a plus.

My family and I loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and clean with an amazing view. The owners were amazing and did all they could to make sure our stay went well and we we had all we needed. ❤️ I recommend this property to anyone visiting south padre.

Great experience! We have a big family and the space did not disappoint. Very clean. Very relaxing. We got the best ocean view. Seeing the sun rise from the balcony was very pleasant. My family and I Enjoyed every minute and are really thankful to our hosts for going above and beyond.

Location is amazing! Facilities were great! Weather didn't play along but the house was perfect!

Perfect location and space for the 5 of us adults. Waking up each day to watch the sunrise over the ocean from our balcony was so peaceful and beautiful! We enjoyed long walks on the beach each morning and afternoon. We were within walking distance of coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. The pool was private as well as the hot tub. The neighborhood was quite and the people were so friendly. We will definitely be back to stay on the beach in South Padre!

All you see in the living area and the main bedroom is ocean and beach. The condo is beautiful and the owners answer text as soon as you need them. We had trouble using the door codes, which was our mistake. The walkway to the ocean is right outside the door. It was so beautiful everyday looking at the sandy beach and the ocean as far as you can see. It's easy getting around on the island with free bus rides. We used the bus transportation from the Brownsville airport to South Padre Island all free rides. The people who run the 2 bus systems were so helpful when we called to see where to catch the bus. I loved or 7 day trip and would do it again.

We loved our stay at the condo. The ocean views were extraordinary with the large wrap around balcony. The interior was spacious but cozy. A two-minute walk to the beach. Perfect getaway for our family!

The house was amazing, communication with owners was easy and always a fast response from day 1! Had everything we could have needed to cook with, sleep with, bathe with! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! Hope to come back again!
