All rooms were spacy and clean, and we enjoyed staying there very much . The only problem was that all 16 people could not sit on the same table at dinner. Actually, the table was only for 10 persons.

The cottage was perfect for a large group. There were plenty of rooms, all of which were spacious. The property manager was extremely accommodating and answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. All you really need to bring is yourself because the cottage was fully equipped. Thank you for everything!

We stayed here with friends and our kids, total of 9, and it was great. Games room kept adult and kids occupied and interactive, large rooms and well equipped throughout. We went in the winter and were able to ski on the lake and take snowmobiles on the lake for a rides and easy access to official snowmobile trails few km's down the lake at the wharf. Nicely equipped kitchen with dual ovens, we couldn't get the broilers to work in either ovens but reported that and I'm sure they will be fixed. The stove top is little slow to cook on (radiant glass burners cycle on and off constantly ) making it longer process to cook certain meals, but other than that, great place to stay. Would have given 5 stars if not the oven broiler problem and slow cook-top which made it longer process when preparing meals for large group.

This cottage was exactly what our group was looking for when we had a weekend getaway from the city in mind. The place provided a variety of different activities, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen and more to help make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Jake was also extremely helpful and attentive when we had questions and required assistance throughout the visit. Would recommend for larger groups.

Amazing place for a reunion of 14 adults. Off season and poor weather but beautiful view regardless and never felt cooped up

The cottage was so clean when we arrived! And the property is to die for - right on the lake. Wonderful big rooms and lots of room to sleep plenty. Definitely will recommend this to friends and family. The property owners were a pleasure to deal with. All services worked perfectly (WiFi, etc). No complaints here.

This cottage is perfect for large groups, we had a group of 15 people all together in one place. The cottage is large enough to accommodate everyone. It is clean and well maintained, there is enough beds for everyone to sleep and things to do, as well find your own space to relax. We certainly enjoy this stay and will be back soon.

Although we did not stay for the whole week, but we enjoyed every moment of our two days. The is a very beautiful cottage. I would highly recommend for big families, extended families and group of friends. The cottage is very neat and clean with lot of space. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay very comfortable. The washrooms and kitchen are spacious.

Spent a great week here and created some wonderful memories.

The property was just fine for us to gather around tables for meals, indoor and out. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed (did buy some extra forks and smaller spoons at the thrift store, left them). Enjoyed the dock and boat rides around Lake Muskoka. We had great fellowship and fun in the games room and large sitting areas. The dining table was very sticky because of the wrong finish used It was great to have parking space for our cars and boat tow but there was not much room for outdoor activities, and the Canada geese took over the yard. We enjoyed the town, especially the harbour area, but the walking trail there along #169 had constant traffic.

Property was lovely right on the water and very handy to tennis courts and walking trails.

We throughly enjoyed our first cottage experience with our extended family. There were 17 of us and there was more than enough room for all of us to be together and separate when we chose to be. The family/games room was an ideal spot during the extreme heat wave over Canada Day. The highlight of the trip was the fishing - the kids especially loved it. We would recommend this cottage for large families!

About 16 of us stayed at the cottage for 4 nights on our wedding weekend. It was the best time ever! Plenty of sleeping space, awesome dock and deck and the massive rec room with a pool table and air hockey was THE BEST. Everything was clean and cozy. The downfall is that almost every phone GPS struggled to find the place on the map, not sure why that is but it was tough for us when we had to guide lost floral deliveries, videographers, limo driver, etc. Wound up providing rental info to multiple people who stopped by for visits during the weekend. Rent this cottage if you get the chance!!!!

I was very impressed with the cottage. It had a large kitchen that had everything we needed to cook our meals. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group of 14 and probably a few more if we had more people come. One negative about the place: my friends did say that the mattresses on the bunk beds were not the most comfortable. They were foamlike so when sleeping on it they can feel the slats underneath them but otherwise most of the beds did it’s job! Very convenient location. Close to restaurants/cafes (20 min walk) or less than 10 min drive to a grocery store, liquor/beer stores and the main strip with more restaurants, cafes and bars. Beautiful lake and absolutely amazing property. Would highly recommend and will definitely rent out again! Thank you to Jake who was always on hand and responded to emails promptly. It wasn’t on the site but was emailed to me, when using google maps as GPS you will have to put a specific name instead of the address because it will direct you to another area. We didn’t need to call Jake for anything but he offered to be on hand if we required any assistance. Thank you!

Pictures don't do this cottage justice. We had a great time and we will definitely be renting this cottage another weekend soon. Our weekend was all we could ask for and more and this place met all our expectations. We had three boats and a seadoo and there was still plenty of room on the dock.

Went up with a bunch of friends on May 24 weekend of 2016 and everyone had a great time at the cottage. The manager was super helpful and responded quickly with any questions or concerns.
