The house is beautiful, it’s set up for large families & very easy to walk out and snow play. We had a blast.

We loved staying in this cabin for a family ski trip. Plenty of beds for everyone and the beds were much better quality than some rentals I’ve stayed at (we had 11 people with room to spare). The kitchen is large and stocked with all the cooking supplies you need to make your meals. Location was incredible for skiing, and easy to run home mid day. One thing to be aware of, is if you have more than 3 vehicles, there isn’t room to park at the cabin or on the street… just something to plan for if you book this property. Thanks for letting us stay in your great cabin. It was perfect.

This home was perfect for our group. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and a places to chill out. The location was great and the fact that we could actually park our cars inside was amazing. Would stay here again.

The photos did not do justice for this home. It is large with plenty of room for the 12 of us, 6 adults and 6 kids. Different varieties of kitchen appliances were available to make your meals. As for bath towels and linens, you will not be disappointed. Location was convenient if you want to go to the Navajo part of the slopes and if you wanted to do an afternoon of snowmobiling, it’s also 3 minutes from the home. We will definitely renting this home again when we come back to Brian’s Head.

This is a great cabin, beautifully furnished and well stocked. Our group of 18 fit comfortably in it. A minor fault was that the A/C didn't work but for most of the time it wasn't needed, even in early July. We would be happy to stay there again.

Had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the great views. Everything was perfect! We look forward to coming back.

This Bear Cabin is our favorite so far in Brian Head and we have been coming for 15+ years! The house is beautiful and big enough for 4 families! We will be coming back! Thank you so much for making our annual ski trip more memorable!!

This is a lovely cabin home. It was very comfortable! We loved being a couple minutes away from ski resort. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was that there were some important things not in working order...direct tv was not working and the microwave was not working. The internet was also very slow. For me, one way to improve the functionality of the cabin would be to have a game/coffee table in the upstairs great/family room.

Great location to Brian Head Resort. House was very clean with lots of room. Kids had a great time along with the adults. Will definitely stay again.

Property perfect for more than 10 people. Perfect location and the deck is exactly what we were looking for. The little store around the corner was good to fill in some items we may have missed I do recommend getting groceries before you head up the mountain cause once you are up there you will not want to leave. Highly recommend this property

This was just what we needed... a good place to reconnect with family without the hassle and the craziness we live in. We rented the cabin before our son left for school with his wife. We had grandpa/ grandma (age 78) down to nephew (age 5). There was enough room for all. We had a great time. Very nice cabin and fun to get away.

This is our third time staying at Black Bear cabin. We come to Brianhead every year for our annual snow/ski/snowboard family vacation. The cabin suites our needs perfectly. Well supplied. Great location. Hopefully next year we will be back. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We all highly recommend this cabin

I have stayed in this cabin for few times already, and I would say this one is really one of the best cabin that I've stayed in Brian Head. The owner, Leisa, and the new property manager were very responsive and communicative. We had 12 of us staying, and it was very spacious. The living room was spacious to accommodate all the kids playing and running around. The custom kitchen was well-stocked and very clean. The best part was that the Navajo Lodge was about 3 minutes away, door to door. My wife, who did not ski, was making rounds between the lodge and the cabin, when I forgot my gloves and wallet. Thanks for another great vacation, Leisa!

We loved our few days at the black bear cabin! It was easy to find and very well equipped with everything we needed. Management was very easy to communicate with and made the whole process very easy. We would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in good condition and perfect for our friends’ and our family with four young children. The terrace is very peaceful with the view of the woods. It is close to the center of Brian Head and four wheeler trails. The downstairs bedrooms are little bit cold but they have nice heaters which worked very well for us.

This was my second time staying on this cabin. The place was well-kept, and returning to this place made an instant comfort for all my family and my friends. It felt like visiting my aunt's home for the Christmas. The location was convenient for skiing and snowboarding. It was about 2 minutes to Navajo Lodge and about 3 minutes to Giant Steps. We had multiple pick-ups for the kids since they all ended their skiing session at different times, but they were super-easy. All the items were fully stocked, such as paper towels and toiletries. We went with 7 kids, and they loved the two bedrooms with bunkbeds (two in each room, where you can comfortably sleep 6 per room). Leisa has been always communicative. She informed me on the night before my arrival about the planned power outage. I had to call her for an emergency at 12:15 am, and she answered and provided instructions! Since the house is two-level, it made the staying much easier on everyone. We had some trouble going up-and-down the stairs when we stayed on a cabin that was tri-level. It was little warmer when we stayed this time. There were 7 space heaters that were in the laundry room, so we placed three of them to the rooms downstairs since we knew that the temperature and comfort level were different from people to people. Great communication, well-kept cabin, great location! I would stay here again if it is available. I just checked and it was booked already! :( One caveat: the road from the cabin to the main street, although it is 20 yards or so, it is little steep. Should there be any snow or ice, two-wheelers had trouble going up that part of the road. (Last time, it was Hyundai Santa Fe, and previously Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna). I would recommend snowchain.

This was our second time staying at Black Bear Cabin...it works great for our family of 13......spacious....wonderful kitchen..... plenty of beds...and 2 large tvs in separate rooms so we can have more than 1 movie going at once.....we spend our family vacation in Brianhead every year and if all goes well we will be back again next year to this great vacation home...Thanks Leisa

This was our second time staying here and the house is gorgeous and very spacious. We were hitting the slopes within minutes of pulling out of the driveway. We will be staying here again in the future.
