We have stayed at many homes over the last 15 years and for the first time my adult and teen kids asked that we PLEASE stay here in the future. Picture don’t do this place justice. So close to the beach! Joe was amazing and very responsive. I can’t wait for our next visit here.

Home was very comfortable and beach within 100 yards of the property. Joe made some restaurant recommendations in the area and he knew what he was tAlking about. We ate in a few nights and plenty of cookware and dishes available. The only improvement would be to add some glassware.

First off, Joe is super sweet and so helpful. He seems to truly want his guests to have the best time possible. He responds so quickly and with true concern for what’s in question. That was a huge plus. Second, the location can’t be beat. Basically right across from the beach, just have to turn the corner pretty much. SO close to the beach. We had no problems carrying stuff back and forth. That’s always a big deal for us. Third, the house was very cute with plenty enough room for our family of 6, which consisted of my husband and our 20 and almost 13 year old daughters, my mom and dad, and our fur baby Nala. She really enjoyed the fenced in backyard every day. Everything was great for our stay, and what problems we encountered were quickly and efficiently taken care of by Joe. I would definitely recommend this place to others and hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at Shore Beats Work. The location is a very short walk to the beach and is very quiet. The backyard is completely fenced in and we loved having our fur baby Marley with us. The house has a great floor plan and is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has lots of seating, a large dining room table plus a breakfast bar with bar stools. We would love to stay here again !

Enjoyed our stay in this house which looks like it has been newly updated. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you would possibly need. Our dog appreciated the fenced in back yard. Excellent communication with Joseph the owner who gave some very good recommendations for restaurants. Also felt very safe during our neighborhood walks, an interesting neighborhood in transition. Enjoyed our stay.

The home was just as listed. Very close to beach walkover. Joe, the ower was very accommodating. Nice neighborhood for walking. The home was very comfortable and met all our needs.

The renting process was very simple. Joe was helpful with any and all questions we had. Property was beautiful and it a fantastic spot for a quiet beach getaway while still being very close to any nightlife and family restaurants. Truly enjoyed.

The house is wonderful! Has beautiful tile floors throughout the house. Location is WONDERFUL and just a super short walk to the beach and right at the beach access. Has lots of things in the garage: 3 bikes, chairs, toys, floats, paddleboards and kayaks for your use. Joe (the owner) is SUPER friendly and always quick to respond to your questions. We had an AWESOME week staying here and definitely want to stay here again in the future! Thank you Joe for sharing your great house with us and for allowing our sweet furbaby to come with us!!!

We loved the location. It was a very short walk to a beach that was very sparsely populated. We had the run of the place! The beach itself is beautiful and clean. Plenty to do not too far away but far enough away that it didn't feel touristy. The house was nice and spacious. There were a lot of extra amenities for taking to the beach (chairs, toys, paddleboards) and all but the cookware was a little limited. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Clean, simple, beach home. Has kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, bikes! Pet friendly! Owner is great. Will definitely stay again. Needs more cooking pans/pots, cutting boards, oven baking cookie pans and utensils. Other than that, it's just a quick walk to the beach!

Joe's house was so cute. We had 2 parents and 4 kids 18-21 years old. Everyone had enough space- double sinks in the guest bath were awesome. Also queen beds were great - hard to find larger than a twin these days. (Master had an awesome king bed). Loved the huge kitchen table too. He also had 2 kayaks and 2 canoes - that was fun! Beach was never crowded and we had sun for 7 days straight! I would rent again. Thanks Joe!

We had a wonderful week in Laguna Beach! We had four adults, 3 children, and our dog staying in the rental. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen each evening. The proximity to the beach is unparalleled! Each day we walked to the beach and set up camp for the day. The beaches were not at all crowded. Our family especially enjoyed the beach toys, stand up paddle board, and two kayaks. The beds and showers were great. We definitely intend to stay here again i the future. Joe was extremely helpful and accommodating. We truly did not want to leave and could not have asked for more!

This house is an absolute gem! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything is very nice and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very nice and plush. The shower in the master bedroom is AMAZING! Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed during our stay. The house is maybe a 3 minute walk to the ocean. It’s just 5 miles to Pier Park and the heart of Panama City Beach so it is close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded and quiet. Joe the owner is awesome too. He was so attentive and quick to answer any questions He even checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to PCB!

The house is very close to the beach and is decorated so cute! The house wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped upon arrival. There was already sand all over the floor like it hadn’t been swept or mopped before we arrived so I had to sweep right away. The mirror in the master bath so was dirty you couldn’t even see yourself in it. The fence in the backyard is falling on one side and the yard has tons of ants making it a little hard for us to enjoy it. Other than that, the house was nice. We were very close to the beach and enjoyed taking the kayaks with us. It was close to Panama City and pier park but wasn’t right in the middle of everything so it was peaceful and the beach wasn’t crowded. I think if the few problems the house had were taken care of, we would stay here again!

This property was great !!! House was bigger than appearance from photos and felt very homie. Loved the large fenced in backyard for my doggo. Very short walk to public access to beach. Garage was stocked with 2 Kayaks, 2 paddle boards , 2 bikes , beach chair , sand toys , beach cart , and boogie board !!! Loved the neighborhood , far enough away fro PCB that the beaches where not crowded but just a short drive in for dinner or shopping. My family and I look forward to staying at this property again !!!!

Spacious, clean house. Only about a 2 minute walk to the quiet beach. Even had paddle board kayak and several chairs for the beach. Perfect yard for the pet lover. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place in a great location. We went during a busy week so check in was a little later, but we ended up hitting traffic so that worked out as well! The property is much bigger than the pictures looked.

I can't say enough about Joe, the owner, taking the time from his busy day to call and introduce himself and to call him with any concerns. The house is by far my favorite with only one story (yay!), huge dining room table, the most comfortable beds, located on a quiet road, only a couple of houses from the beach, and close to anything we might need. Our Poodle went nuts when he got into the huge fenced in backyard! He ran around freely without a leash for quite some time! Unfortunately, since we left our damaged home and his doggie door in Panama City, he's been limited to how often he gets to run freely. Thank you Joe for helping us feel welcome and sharing your lovely house!

Super cute house just a stones throw away from the beach. Perfect location away from the crowds yet close to shopping and restaurants. Try Joe's recommendations for local restaurants, a must! Would recommend to my friends and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joe!

This was a very good location - only one short block to the beach. Owners generously provided vacation items for guest use, fenced yard was perfect for a dog, and house was spacious and very nicely remodeled. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the surprising paucity of basic kitchen supplies (like potholders, a single baking dish, no countertop cleaner, etc), but we were a family of five and were able to figure it out. Additionally, the owners requested a list of suggested items and seemed genuinely willing to supplement the items. Beautiful beach and not overly commercial area.
