Very nice property. It is exactly as advertized. Clean and has an awesome ocean view. We loved it!! Chad checked on us early in the week to make sure we were happy with our stay. We have stayed at several vrbo's before and this one was top notch!!

From the time I booked this until we left everyone, including staff at the resort, was wonderful! Condo is beautiful and has all amenities needed. Quick response on questions, and Lisa and Chad were awesome! The balcony and view was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely book this condo again!

This was our third Holiday visit at Treasure Island (our youngest son lives in St Pete) and we have found the place we will return to year after year, From cleanliness, comfort, completeness of all accommodations, professionalism and really nice demeanor of manager and owner, great pool and hot tubs, close access to beach, and spectacular views from fifth floor balcony (complete with comfortable balcony poly adirondack chairs), everything was perfect start to finish. We will definitely be back next year - if not earlier! Thank You!

I have been vacationing at Sunset Vistas for the past 16 years. We love the location and amenities. I have rented from both the hotel and management companies. This trip we decided to book from VRBO so we could stay in one of our favorite condos 507W. At first glance everything appeared to be okay with the unit but you could see it really needed a deep cleaning. I travel with a child with special needs so I always do a once over and do a cleaning of my own for her safety. I found that all of the towels in both bathrooms were still damp as well as the beach towels in the closet. When pulling down the bedding for my daughter at bedtime I found the sheets where dirty with blood on them. Mind you, not washed sheets with blood stains, but actual drops of blood - that had not been washed. Also went through the towels and found one that one was not clean. I contacted Chad the property manager, he was very apologetic about the situation and assisted with providing us new towels and bedding. When he picked up the dirty bedding and towels he examined and again apologized. The whole situation left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness of the condo. We paid a premium for a gulf front unit in this building, and we’re very disappointed overall. I have stayed in several other units over the years without issue. I worked with Chad to contact the owner for compensation. All that was offered was a refund of the $125 cleaning fee we paid with rental. NEVER AGAIN!

This is a great location, nice big beach. The parking for large vehicles at the property is lacking. If the reserved spot is under the building it’s hard to get in and out! Had to park up front and then was nervous about leaving in case I lost parking spot due to smaller vehicles being parked there.

The condo was just as described. The views from the balcony were wonderful! The place was well furnished with pretty much everything you need. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Loved the beach and swimming pool! Check in was smooth and easy. Communication was excellent! Would love to return!

Our first trip to Treasure Island! It did not disappoint! Fireworks for the 4th of July was an added bonus! The view of the ocean and beach was beyond amazing! Perfect for family of 4 - anymore would be too small. Did enjoy the open kitchen, though! Thank you Chad for excellent communication checking in and out!

We have returned to this same condo for many years, and it never disappoints! Lisa and her team are very easy to work. Check-in and check-out is a breeze and they respond quickly to any little issue, or question that arises. The condo is kept updated and every year we enjoy new furniture and furnishings! The gulf views from deck are stunning. Just hate it when we have to leave, but we will be booking for next year promptly!!!!

Beautiful view and pool and hot tub clean and relaxed atmosphere at the pool with no glass rules enforced and we were glad for it. The beach was wonderful with dolphins seen on most days

This is one of the best places to stay at Sunset Vistas (which is the best place to stay on Treasure Island) as the balcony has a full view of the gulf, not a side view. We also appreciated the beach umbrellas and towels which made things easier on our end. Would definitely stay here again.

We are repeat customers to the property. The property has been renovated since our last visit. Everything was perfect. The property was very clean, the furniture, beautiful. The property was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect. Directly on the Gulf, overlooking the pool. Simply beautiful. We look forward to returning again in the future. This is our second trip to Treasure Island and Sunset Vistas. Our stay was perfect.

I have been back to this condo many times over the years, and I love it more every time. It's beautifully decorated, always clean, and just feels like home. My favorite thing is watching sunsets from the balcony. It's right on the beach, a short walk to many great places, and I love the pool as well. Lisa, the owner, is wonderful and is very quick to address any issues that may come up. I guess the best thing I can say is I can't wait to go back!

We had initially had a VRBO place in Ft. Myers and of course had to reschedule with only a month as we kept the same travel days. This place offered us everything we needed. Loved the beach and pool. Everyone was great! Thank you.

The property has an unbelievable view of the gulf. The unit itself needs some tender loving care but it was clean and the view makes up for it. Will rent again in the future.

There is no place to put luggage except on second bed. Carpet in bed rooms needs to be replaced with another type of flooring. Place needs a detail cleaning. Dust on perphery of carpet. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Bathrooms were clean.

It was a nice condo with a beautiful view with easy beach access and pool!
