The house was perfect! It is very spacious - plenty of room for 3 separate families to spread out during our short stay. The area was quiet and safe but convenient access to downtown and University areas. Absolutely loved the decor! Little things matter when renting a home away from home!

Absolutely Amazing
This property is very well decorated and spacious. It supplies everything one would need during their stay in Memphis. Very close to stores and restaurants. Also very safe neighborhood. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful...we met her in person and she spent extra time writing down a few places for us to eat along with her already printed out suggestions. She was also very responsive when I texted. She was a pleasure to meet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO BOOK. We will be back in town visiting in the future and we hope to stay again.

Lovely home
My husband and I spent a long weekend in this house resting. We found it very comfortable and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. Decorated perfectly. Would opt to stay here again next time we visit Memphis.

A Gem in East Memphis
Elizabeth and Mike were extremely prompt in responding and communicating with us. Check in was easy, and they were so accommodating when our flights were late leaving on Sunday. In addition to providing charm and elegance; beauty inside and out allowed our family a to visit together in an upscale setting.

Memphis Summer 2021
We had a great visit to Memphis this summer and couldn’t have stayed in a better house for our family. This gorgeously appointed house lives up to the pictures and accommodated our family of four perfectly. It is located in a very nice neighborhood in East Memphis that was conveniently located for all our activities in the city. The hosts were incredibly responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities that we all really enjoyed. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had over the years.

One of the nicest homes we've stayed in
Property owner was delightful. Pound cake waiting for us, all instructions were perfectly articulated. House is decorated fabulously. Everything worked water pressure was great. This is in a who's who neighborhood of East Memphis, simply beautiful and safe. Joggers and dog walkers all throughout the neighborhood. We felt like we were at home.

Needed to spend the night in Memphis as part of a longer road trip with a total of 4 adults and found this home.
The house is gorgeous. It is very well appointed and decorated and located on a beautiful property. Feels like you are in your own home. The neighborhood has to be one of the nicest in Memphis. The owner communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed.
If you are looking for a quiet home to fit a family or a few friends, this has to be one of the best options in Memphis. If we are ever in Memphis, I hope we can stay here again.

Wedding Bridal Party
Elizabeth was very accommodating and we were able to do an early check-in, which was extremely helpful as we used this house for all of my fiancé’s bridal party to get their hair and makeup done for our wedding. Highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! The hosts were punctual, kind and very thoughtful in their welcoming us into the home. Keyless entry was a cinch and it was the perfect respite for us and our two kids for our one night stopover in Memphis! Our kids enjoyed the home as much as we did and stretched their legs running throughout the expansive backyard after our long drive. Easy to locate and wonderful hospitality!

Thanksgiving gathering
Siblings who grew up in Memphis took Thanksgiving back home this year. We rented a couple of houses, but One Fine Day became everyone's favorite gathering spot. The enormous kitchen had plenty of room for multiple cooks, the huge TV let fans keep up with SEC football, and the dining room table was perfect for game night. The location is ideal, near shopping but in a beautiful neighborhood, and the house is beautifully decorated and maintained. Hope to be back next year.

Great Home and Location!
This is a beautiful home in a very nice, established neighborhood of east Memphis. We loved the décor and the beds were extremely comfortable. Elizabeth met us at the home as we arrived to help us get settled in, which was appreciated. The neighborhood is very attractive and felt very safe. We really enjoyed going to the Memphis Botanical Gardens and Shelby Farms Park, which are both within a couple of miles of this home. We would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Memphis. A great experience!

Husband used his key to walk in on a group of Women unannounced. The most uncomfortable feeling ever. The House was Beautiful. The Husband showed up everyday. That was very uncomfortable for us.

We enjoyed staying here for our gathering of college friends. The owner was prompt, friendly and flexible in responding to questions and providing information about accessing the property and turning on lights for evening arrival, thanks! The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was relaxing and quiet. The bedrooms were welcoming and fresh. We were out and about seeing the city during the day. We did enjoy some walks in the neighborhood, it was very clean.

The home is beautiful and in a good location; perfect home for bridal party for my daughter’s wedding to stay and to get ready for the wedding at; made it extra special for all of them to be able to get ready for the wedding together in such a beautiful home; the extra key outside was helpful as all the bridesmaids arrived at different times from all over the country so that made it easier for them to come in when they arrived

Great Accommodations!
My wife and I and two other couples traveled from Iowa and stayed at One Fine Day for three nights to attend the Liberty Bowl (Go Cyclones!). The house is very nice and very spacious. It is located on a quiet street and is easy to find. A short distance from the house you will find a Kroger grocery store, Gus's Fried Chicken, and Gibson's Donuts. There are many other stores and restaurants close to the house. The owners were easy to work with and were helpful with any questions we had. I will definitely contact them again if we ever make it back to Memphis. If you are in Memphis and have a group/family that will need two, three, or more hotel rooms, this is a MUCH better way to go.

A beautiful home
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It provided the perfect backdrop to our family Thanksgiving. The home is filled with lovely decor, plenty of coffee and delicious muffins for our first morning. It was even decorated for Christmas which our children loved. Thank you again.
