Wonderful home, no complaints at all. Very helpful owner, as we were arriving during a forecasted tropical storm. Great overall stay.

This was a return trip to this house and it was as perfect this time as last time. Comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen and huge table for eating and playing. Short drive to the beach without any traffic.

We would definitely stay in Matt’s house again. Close to town, shops, and restaurants. Wonderful area if you have children. House is very well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Thanks Matt!

We needed a place in mid September to attend a family wedding on the Vineyard to accommodate five adults. Matthew’s home was a perfect find for us in a lovely residential quiet area close to Edgartown. The home was extremely well furnished with a professional kitchen and it really felt like home away from home. It had all the Wi-Fi and entertainment ready to go as well as a nice deck off the side with an excellent gas grill which we used for two nights. We are already plotting our next return to this home! We were visiting MV for a family wedding and this house turned out to be perfect for my wife, my five adult children and me. The house is well-maintained and all the furniture is in great shape. The large dining table was perfect for our game nights. The deck was spacious with a grill and nice-sized table that led to very nice "hanging out" time for the family after beach days. The decorative touches throughout were really pleasing, giving the property a very comfortable vibe. Location was convenient, close enough drive to both downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs for visits. South Beach (our favorite on the Island) is also not too far of a ride. Morning Glory Farm is a short ride for morning coffee and pastries, as well. Matt, the owner was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Very helpful and communicative. Overall, you can't go wrong with this house. We intend to stay again next Summer if our vacation schedules allow.

Perfect for 2 couples! Clean, comfy, well equipped and perfect calm location! The beds were very comfortable and we found everything we needed… We had a great stay!!!

This was a wonderful little cottage! A colleague and I stayed here since hotels were fully booked. It had everything one could possibly need and was well appointed. It was also in a location that was a close drive to anything one would want to access. I had an issue on checkout, and the property owner was very understanding, which we so appreciated.

This was our second time staying here and it was as great as we remembered! The house is immaculate and has everything we could possible need. We can’t wait to come back again!
