Excellent Oceanfront property! Beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and beds ready to sleep in which was awesome! Enjoyed coffee on the deck, walks on the beach and riding bikes exploring the island. Would definitely rent this place again!

Windswept is very convent to the beach and a lovely porch to sit on and watch and listen to the ocean. Had a great storm while we were there and enjoyed it a lot!

Another disappointment was finding people in the condo when we came in from the beach at noon. It seems rude and inconsiderate that someone would be inside without advance notice to us. My guess is that Akersellis was a top notch company in the past, but has become complacent. Their relationship with VayK also damages their reputation because of the poor quality equipment and service by VayK.

The views are everything you expect; even more lovely than the pictures. Steps to the beach...elevator down four floors and you’re on the boardwalk! We loved that it’s by the elevator-made unloading the car a breeze! We already have reservations for September. Will be staying here next year for sure. Highly recommend!

The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. It was so nice to have covered bike storage and easy beach access too. We will definitely rent again.

Overall the villa was lovely, Bathrooms looked to have been recently renovated and the location was perfect. Only suggestion would be to replace washing machine as it was moldy and would sporadically stop working mid wash. We have always had good experiences with renting through Akers Ellis and have already booked our return visit for July!

More compact than photos appear but good use of space. Negatives- no lamps for reading, only in ceiling lighting. Bring you own pillows and bar soap.
