We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, fully equipped, and conveniently located. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Owners were very easy to work with. Short walk to the beach, Coligny shopping center and grocery store.

Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Condo was beautifully located a few minute walk from the beach. Condo was very clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, so many add-ons. The wagon with umbrella and chairs was a real nice touch. We were able to leave our items at home. We would definitely stay there again

This property is in a great location and very clean. We were able to walk or ride bikes to many restaurants and shops. I love that beach chairs were provided. I would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. It had everything we need and was a great place to relax, great place for a family vacation. Location to beaches, shops, parks and general activities was perfect.

I visit Hilton Head several times a year to visit with my adult son, who lives there. In the past couple of years, I have tried different types of accommodations and have found the VRBO option best and most affordable. This property was wonderful! It felt homey and was very relaxing. All of the main attractions of Hilton Head were within steps of this property which made it convenient (and I didn't have to drive!). My teenage son and adult son were able to spend significant time with each other, which was a delight to witness. Wendell and Ann were amazing! Direct communication and answered any questions I had. Lovely hosts!

A perfect spot to enjoy all HHI has to offer! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to text and email messages. I would certainly book this rental again!

The condo was clean, well organized. Loved having the extra beach chairs to use. Balcony was so nice to drink our morning coffee on and listen to the fountain. Thanks for a comfortable place to relax.

Condo is located on a corner second floor unit quiet community complex overlooking a pond, which is a home for alligators thus wildlife view is guaranteed. Main level has living room, dinning room, kitchen, a balcony and a powder room. Kitchen is fully equipped to allow home cooked meals. It also includes a Keurig machine, which we did not use. The refrigerator has water and ice dispenser, which helps on having to purchase water bottles. A small closet under stairs has all beach gear needed for fun under the sun. I personally enjoyed the Tommy Bahama chair and a big umbrella as well as the wagon to transport beach gear along with personal items such as towels and additional equipment we brought with us. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and TVs with their respective bathrooms. One room has 2 twin beds and the other a queen size bed. The space is spacious for a comfortable restful time. A stacked washer and dryer are located on the upper floor. We appreciated the started packets for dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and a couple water bottles. Great quality bath towels (2 sets per person) and linens were provided. AC worked great. Water pressure is perfect when all using showers and sinks. We had a great time in HHI and can’t wait to be back!

This was a very nice condo that was an easy walk to the beach. The owner's also have a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella & some sand toys available at the condo for use. The wagon made all the difference for my friend & I. We each had a room & our own bathroom plus the 1/2 bath downstairs. The kitchen had what we needed plus a few extras that previous renters had left behind (we assume) plus whatever the owner's supplied. We would definitely stay again!!

We loved everything about this place. Perfect location near everything! Short walk to the beach & Coligny plaza. The owner provided everything we needed & then some! The decor is beautiful & cozy. We felt so comfortable that it was tough to get my family up and moving! Our vacation went way too fast & was sad to leave. We plan to return again & again!

Townhouse was clean and comfortable. Basic supplies. Pool in complex. Great for a young family. Might want to bring a fire stick to enjoy movie nights or rainy days as TVs are not smart TVs. Ann and Wendell were very responsive to questions and requests.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping and was the perfect size for a family of 4. It was also great to have a wagon and beach chairs for us to use!

We always love staying at the Conyers home. It has all the room we need, everything is clean, kitchen is great, and convenient to everything including the beach, dining, golf, and shopping.

Near the hustle and bustle, but quiet. Closing to everything including the beach. Very clean and liked that there was an option for brewing coffee and pods. There was a cart, chairs, and toys to take back and forth to the beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo with all the essentials. We loved walking to the beach (about a 5 minute walk) and walking to the local restaurants (about a 8 minute walk). The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The linens/towels were great quality. We loved having a washer/dryer and loved that they included 2 little tides (which was unexpected). We thought that toilet paper would have been provided so we had to run to the grocery store for that but other than that the condo had everything we needed. We loved watching the alligator outside our balcony everyday as well! Great place to stay-would definitely recommend!

Clean, comfy, and equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in Hilton Head, the villa is perfectly situated across the street from the beach and a short walk to Cologny Plaza with all its restaurants and shops. The Piggly Wiggly is right there, so we could walk or bike over anytime we needed more provisions. While there is a bike rental place adjacent to the complex, we found a better deal for our week-long rentals from a place that delivers anywhere on the island (The Bike Doctor). We cycled almost everywhere, except to drop off our son and his clubs at Shipyard and Heron Point for his tee times. Villa owners Wendell and Ann were super, texting us as our vacation neared, letting us know when the villa was cleaned and ready to check in (early!). The whole thing was seamless and easy. We prepared most of our own meals. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, and equipment we needed, and very clean. Wendell and Ann thought of everything, they even have a folding wagon and beach chairs in a tiny closet under the stairs to ease your trip across the street to the beach. We visited in March and the pool on the property was not yet open, but we enjoyed walking and biking on the beach, particularly at low tide. It was a great vacation for our family. We would definitely recommend the property and hope to come back again.

This villa was perfect for the price. Great location. Can walk everywhere. Good shopping. Good entertainment at restaurants. Big playground for kids. We went early March for Spring Break, unfortunately it was a cold weekend. The pool had yet to be opened and it is not heated. The villa itself I would ask for beach towels and more bath towels. Overall, I’d come again.

We’ve been to Hilton Head Island previously but first time at this location. The home was comfortable and convenient for the beach, shopping and dining. We would stay again!

The property and host were extremely accommodating towards my family and I. We made arrangements to stay at the property last minute and had no issues with booking or check-in. Overall, the property was well-put together and neat. My family enjoyed the free on demand movies, the board games, and the beautiful view from the back porch balcony. Having a bathroom downstairs and in both of the bedrooms was extremely nice because nobody was having to wait around on anyone else. Along with this, the pool/playground area was a very close walk and extemely family-friendly. We would reccommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Everything we could possibly need was provided by Wendell and Ann and then some! The beautiful condo was clean, and well-stocked with essentials and extras! We loved our balcony view of the lagoon, and we appreciated the beach wagon and chairs. The kitchen was awesome, and we used both coffeemakers. The bathrooms and bedrooms were great with clean linens and very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the cozy living room with the large TV. It was great to be able to wash and dry our laundry before returning home. Can't wait to come back next summer to Sam's Hilton Hut!!!

This was our 2nd trip to Hilton Head and we greatly enjoyed the location and amenities at this condo. Especially appreciated the beach cart, umbrella, and chairs. Nice pool, comfortable beds, and kitchen utensils/plates, etc. Really appreciated the washer/dryer on the upper floor. This condo might be a little tight if you have more than 4 people, but that's a preference kind of thing. Also, be aware that there are 3 flights of stairs to get up to the front door. You can walk to everything! Beach entrance is almost right across the street.

Clean, great size, all amenities you need are available. Convenient location. We would stay here again!

The location was good. It is walkable to Coligny Beach and shops. The villa was large and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. FYI the parking lot is somewhat tight. Also, villa is 2 levels and is on the second floor so there are quite a few steps.
