Loved this property in a quiet setting in North Phoenix.
No complaints. The hosts went above and beyond with great attention to detail and all we would need for a wonderful stay. We will stay again for sure.

My spouse and I had a wonderful two-week stay with our two small dogs! This casita was incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the hosts could not be more welcoming of both us and our four-legged family members! The home was comfortable, and the fenced-in yard was so nice to have for our dogs! (It was a bonus that the hosts’ two dogs got along with ours very well!) While we enjoyed going out for dinners nearby, we appreciated that the small kitchenette allowed us to prep simpler meals when we wanted to stay in. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the silence and darkness at night made for great sleeping conditions! Also, the garage was a great additional part of the unit that added convenience and value to our stay, as we could easily store our bikes and dog trailer when we went out. This was definitely one of our favorite rentals, and we hope to return!

Bryan and Colleen have a cute casita with everything you need. Really enjoyed relaxing on the patio and meeting their dogs! The bed was super comfortable. We couldn’t ask for more! M

Bryan and Colleen were amazing hosts. The property was better than expected, the bed so very comfortable, the shower was awesome, pool (cold) but great to be out in the sun! We spent 2 months at the Casita and it was amazing. It is a nice, very clean, cozy, and felt like home. There was everything you could need and more. Colleen and Bryan were the best hosts and cared so much for our dogs. They truly loved them. I can’t say enough good about the Casita. Sitting outside on the porch each morning enjoying coffee was heaven. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again.

easy to communicate with. The rental was beautiful, comfortable
and exceptionally clean. We traveled with our dog, they are total dog people. They made it clear our dog was welcome and had the run of the property. We look forward to staying with them again.

This rental is exactly what we were looking for. Well kept up and cared for. Nice quiet area in Scottsdale. Close to just about everything. We had a slight problem with the TV and Brian was quick with a fix. The only small problem for us was the Wi-Fi being slow at times. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Bryan and Colleen make their casita a wonderful place to stay!
This is our second month long stay at Bryan and Colleen's casita. Located in a lovely neighborhood, it is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in sunny AZ. They made us, and our golden retriever Nellie, feel right at home. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area outside the casita that was used every day, especially by Nellie! She loved the dog treats that seemed to appear every time she saw Bryan. The casita is an easy drive to restaurants and local shopping and the weather could not have been better. We'd love to came back. Thank you, Bryan and Colleen!

Fabulous casita
My wife and I spent a week in this wonderful casita visiting our son in the Phoenix area. Can not say enough about this great place, it had everything that you would possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable. Bryan was a great host and we enjoyed our conversations with him. We hope to someday return and we both highly recommend this place.

Our Second Visit
We returned to the most adorable casita in Scottsdale. It is everything the listing says it is….only better!
A lovely and secure yard for our three furry children! Bryan and Colleen spoiled them every day with treats and special love.
The size is just right for our extended stay.
It’s as comfortable as being at home. We had total privacy, yet, Bryan and Colleen are steps away if needed.
We love having the garage. The full-size refrigerator is an added bonus. We were able to host a few family members for Christmas and had room to store all the goodies.
The location is ideal. A myriad of restaurants and activities within a two mile radius.
A perfect getaway for our month with our family.
We look forward to returning in 2022!

Unfortunately Scottsdale is so hot that the pool was overly warm. But my niece and I still did some swimming. Safeway and Starbucks are 5 minutes away! Overall, a nice place for two people.

Long golf weekend
Colleen and Brian were excellent hosts, the casita was peaceful and comfortable. The casita was perfect for my long weekend. Fully stocked kitchen and bath, pool and jacuzzi was a nice touch for 115 degree weather. Will rent again when back in Scottsdale. 5 star rental!
