-AMAZING LOCATION: Sits on the bay/gorgeous view, 3-minute walk to the ocean, quiet neighborhood, walkable to everything, centrally located with only a 20-minute drive to everything else-but why bother -AWESOME HOME: 5 bedrooms/4 bath, lots of seating areas, great patio with lots of seating and just a few feet to the bay, big house (with lots of nooks and crannys)-our family of 13 (infants to grandparents) loved it! -OUTSTANDING SERVICE: Cindy (property manager) was great. From pre booking questions, to booking, to pre travel questions, to on-site questions, Cindy and her team "knocked it out of the park!" Our entire family would DEFINITELY RECOMMNEND THIS PROPERTY! (ps- If you're traveling with little ones, we highly recommend Toddler's Travels for rental equipment)

The home has a very different and unique layout, with nice furniture. The location is perfect, on the Bay and about one block from the Ocean. LOTS of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and lawn games on property for use during one's stay. There were 11 of us, so we appreciated having a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. The home could use some updating, however, specifically attention to the wood throughout, the kitchen cupboards, and the bathrooms. There is lots of indoor lighting and a spectacular bay front patio with 2 large umbrellas and a huge table seating 12! It worked out so well for our big family! We had a fantastic week!

My father-in-law passed away and we wanted to gather the family to say goodbye in San Diego, as that was his favorite place on the planet. This house is so amazing!! My wife and I arrived first and spent 30 minutes just exploring. When you think you've seen the whole house you turn a corner and find more stairs to another room. So unique. Location could not be better. Great bay views. Ocean just across the street. Short walk to Belmont Park. Really just perfect. Cindy was so easy to communicate with and personally completed a final inspection before we arrived and checked in once (via text) the day after we arrived just to make sure we had everything. Entire experience could not have been better except that we eventually had to leave. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The house itself is huge and it like a maze inside. The vaulted ceilings with the skylights and the back doors that open to the bay made for the most beautiful setting. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great, very close walking distance to the beach and there are nearby restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay in this home!

Great location - we all had a terrific time

Very relaxing. Heat wave in San Diego with humidity. No AC in the house other than the bedrooms which was great. It was not enjoyable when it came time to fix our meals. We had 9 adults and 7 kids. We all spent a lot of time in the water. The oven went out and they were very prompt to get a repair man there and to get it repaired.

First of all we had a great time! It was our 50th anniversary so all ages were there. Cindy was very attentive and provided us with AC units for all the bedrooms. This might not be the home for you if you want central AC. The house has doors you can open which is really cool but so many flies. We did go the hottest week so you might be ok other weeks. The ice maker does not work on fridge and you cannot put all your groceries In there or will overheat. The house is very eclectic, which adds to its charm but you can see into bathroom on stairs. Not all bathroom doors lock. I ended up really liking house but make sure all your needs are met.

This house could not have been better for our large family group. The house is big enough so we all had our space. The location on the serene bay front was ideal and we loved the outdoor area with fire pit. We also loved all the toys. Five stars plus!

We loved the house. Very interesting layout with lots of space. Great living and eating areas. Beautiful natural light and view of the bay. Super quick walk to the beach! We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayak! Home could use some updating but everything is clean and functioning. The house was very warm at times. There is NOT a central AC system for this home. The bathroom doors do not lock which was a bit problematic. We would definitely stay at this property again.

House was not real clean location was great

Came down with three of my children and their spouses and six grandchildren and had a wonderful time. Golf, deep sea fishing, the zoo, boogie boarding, playing in the water, bicycle riding, hiking and wonderful meals in your kitchen. Wish we could’ve stayed for another week.

Wonderful layout and access to the waterfront, clean and spacious. Property manager readily available and friendly. Would stay again.

This home was the perfect size and location for our large family gathering. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay; beach toys, towels, grill, large kitchen and plenty of parking. We'd definitely rent this home again!

Family reunion. Easy access to everything in San Diego. Lots and lots of room. Great sunrise and three blocks to the ocean sunset!

The view from the back and the loft was beautiful. It’s a 5-8 minutes walk to the actual beach and Belmont park which was great. Place needs to be updated. Rooms were more than enough. Only problem was the bathrooms that were outside the rooms had no lock, the rooms were like a maze, it was confusing at first.

Great for a big family.

The property Is beautiful and well-kept. It is perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen is well-equipped and roomy. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beach toys that were made available to us.. The property manager was very easy to work with and responsive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Our large extended family (8 adults 3 children) enjoyed all the roomy space in the house. Great collection of sand toys for the little kids as well as paddle board & kayak for the big ones. Enough room for 3 cars which is unusual for Mission Beach. Unfortunately the bay is not for swimming but just a quick walk across the street to the ocean. I would recommend the place for large group but it does need some updating. All the doors/windows need new blinds that are easier to operate as well as screens to keep all the flies out!

Sometimes you see houses online that look great, only to be disappointed when you actually see the place. That was definitely NOT the case for this house. This property hit all our boxes for our large family of 11, ranging in age from 5 years to 60 years old. The common area was spacious enough that we never felt cramped. The large dining room table was perfect for meals. The amount of rooms and bathrooms easily accommodated everyone. The outside patio area was beautiful and peaceful to sit and relax during a morning breakfast or to watch the evening fireworks from Sea World. The close proximity to the bay was literally right outside the door. And the beach was only a block away, accessible by foot. This is a great house for large families. The only thing negative was that we couldn't stay longer.

This was our second stay at this property. The location cannot be beaten. Our adult children love Mission Bay because the sand is right off the patio and our grandchildren spend hours playing in the bay. The home is very spacious and has what we need for our large group.

You will need to do some grocery shopping but the Ralph’s is just a few blocks up the street.The communal areas are bigger in person (a cozy den area and a grand area with a large sectional couch). It has two large areas for eating plus a nice patio. The downstairs bedrooms both have king sized beds and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed.There is another guest bathroom and a laundry room on the main level.The upstairs has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms has an extra bed area (and bed) and one of the bedrooms has the third floor balcony.Cindy was great and the property is very well maintained!Do not hesitate to book! You won’t regret it!

Great house for a large group and family fun.

This unique property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and lots of room for everyone to be together. The house is a short walk to the rides and attractions of Belmont Park. Our teenagers used the kayak and paddle board provided to explore the bay. We used the bbq and patio area nightly and enjoyed greeting the friendly people on the boardwalk. Our full size SUV fit in the garage and the carport was perfect for guests.

This property is beautiful and my group enjoyed our long term stay here. Any time there were any issues with the property, the management company were responsive and fixed the issues quickly. We highly recommend staying at properties managed by Cindy and her team!

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of room and fun little areas for the kids to explore. Everything you need at your fingertips. Bathrooms and downstairs bedrooms could be updated. The dishwasher was old and the top rack was broken. The garage door opener on the keychain was also not working which made leaving with our car a pain. In all, it’s a great house but for the money we paid it should have been perfect.
